I buy there more often. I am often satisfied. Last Saturday May 30th I was there with my wife. My wife wanted to buy hair care (eyebrow machine). She left time to find better. I stood and wait and look around. Then an employee came to me and spoke with a mask. And showed them that I can't hear. I'm deaf. Then she immediately removed his mask. So I could read his mouth picture and ask me "everything ok?" I answer with . I was amazed that she was so friendly and thought with me. When we were at the cash register. The seller showed me that the price was not right. Because BluRay Film costs 15.99 when it scanned it was 16.99 . She was careful and honest. And immediately called that the price wasn't right. And they changed right away. And I paid for 15.99 euros. Everything is going great. Kudos. Thank you.

I went today and bought a Samsung S10e and other accessories, so overall almost 600 . Then I asked for an invoice and they told me to get it at the information desk. I went there and the employee was already being very unhelpful to the people before me. When my turn came I asked for an invoice, showed him the receipt and my id and then I had to wait around 20min while the guy moved from one side to the other of the counter checking in both computers, but without explaining anything, he even left my id at someplace in the counter and left to the other side. After more time that it was normal we asked what was going on and the employee in a very unfriendly manner said he couldn't find my receipt in the software (like it was my fault). The problem is that all the time the guy was being very rude. Then he said he could only write me a manual invoice and he pulled out a piece of crummy photocopied paper and then barked in german: "but I need your id!" The same ID he had left in the counter unattended and which I of course had recovered. I asked if this was a valid receipt because the written piece of paper looked like a total fake. Again a rude answer saying he would stamp it, which he did, but the paper still looked like a fake. Anyway, I cannot understand how Saturn has this kind of employee. They turned what should have been a happy buying experience into a negative one. I used to go there always to buy, but now I am even considering to take the phone back and buy it again somewhere else where service is better.

Terrible service, staff was very rude, did absolutely nothing to try to assist my husband and I with what we needed. We came there to purchase 2 local sim cards for our Android phones, the guy asked us to go and pay first and then ask the service counter for assistance to install the sim card. which is ridiculous given the fact that two years ago we came to the exact same store and the same person helped us with everything. Going to the service counter we saw several people waiting in line while the clerk was very busy restocking something, and a sign in the smallest text imaginable notified clients that the service counter was unavailable due to inventory check. We returned to the same clerk and he again refused to assist us to install the sim. I mean, what place behaves like this? Avoid at all costs. I would give my money to the phone kiosks at the street instead of returning there in the future.

Huge sales area on several floors. And for people like me, who rarely enter a real business (because there is no search function), there are actually a lot of attentive employees who instantly recognize and address a wrong customer. Nice!

Incredibly bad service. Advertise the opening time at 6:00 p.m., send people away at 5:25 p.m., as nobody can be processed. Now like to buy somewhere else.

Often errors happen that should not be or wrong advice or no advice. For that it is so big you could expect a lot, go to which are smaller and better.

The seller was competent, helpful and friendly. He has made every effort to give me good advice and to answer all my questions.

Its always loud,full,not enough Kassen,no self check out. Prices are much higher compared to online stores. Sometimes they have good deals,than its best to order online and pick up at the store. The location is in the middle of berlin crime hotspot but has good connections to railway metro ,bus and tram services.

The last shop I know. Ordered and paid for 2 months ago. Articles weren't in stock. I've been chasing my money ever since. Nobody responds to emails and calls, and Saturn customer service cannot help me either (although I actually ordered on saturn.de and not in Berlin). It seems to be that Saturn doesn't care about the individual customers. It's just a shame that I've bought everything there so far. Probably not in the future.

Best electronics store! They have everything what you would want, make sure you have money.

Biggest Saturn of the city as far as I know - you can find everything electronic there, from kitchen to computers

Incredibly large and easy to get an overview of many employees who try to help you as well as possible and are very nice. The coffers are never so crowded that you are there for more than 2 minutes.

The store is very large and well structured. The staff is 90% very capable and well trained, but there are only failures, unfortunately, are too few consultants / salesmen in the store at the major shopping areas, which are then overflowing and you have to wait a while for this.
