The experience is a bit funny. There are service persons who are extremely helpful and there are service people who are depressed since the buyer exists on this face of earth. Maybe a bit of racism, due to I am an asian. So that's the bad part. Besides they have a lot of things which you might need. But if it was India they would loose a lot of business due to Bad service due to this.
There is a girl working in samsung phone near the s10 counter department who was "super" rude. Besides I bought a premium phone, when I go to collect it after paying, after going through a long queue its not available on the collection counter. The person there didn't check it well and basically 'shooed' me off saying 'talk to my colleagues'. There was this other gentleman who went there checked the locker and helped me. Collection of a paid product took me half an hour and a feeling of helplessness.

Advice to management: Ask sales and service people to be concerned else this great company might suffer.

Good selection and a lot of space. Except for the price, everything is great, but that's more due to Saturn itself and me at this well-organized branch.

Large typical electronics store. Not much of a difference between this or the nearby media markt. If they don't have a particular color option for a product, chances are you'll find it at media markt. Nothing spectacular but do the size one of the better stores to go to.

I was there on Saturday gg. 11:00 there. After a short time there was already a very friendly, helpful, young saleswoman who took care of me. Since on the whole I already knew what I wanted, everything was very fast and uncomplicated. I quickly found a new TV .. the contract was completed quickly and I'm actually very satisfied! Now for the BUT ... Certainly, the employees are encouraged to "Saturn cards" and "contracts to other electricity providers" complete ... which annoyed me personally but rather! The shop assistant was great (I'm so far - very happy with my new TV), but what bothered me is the "compulsion" to have to listen to offers that you do not want (my statement: "I'm looking for a new one) TV there, I do not want a new electricity provider "). As I said, the saleswoman was patient, willing to provide information and has been prepared for me .. Too bad that there are such requirements. The delivery was uncomplicated and friendly (although I must remember that the contract included the collection of old equipment - which then went without discussion). In short: Large selection, nice seller, but please less "we have this and that for you" (and pay attention to what is in the contract at the delivery / pickup).

It's a good store. Some workers just speak German and it could be a problem.

Today I had to wait almost over 2 hours outside to get my goods that I bought online to pick them up on site in the freezing cold because the process is not customer-friendly as only 2 customers are allowed in, hope that they will change that soon

Definitely a good choice for special flavors. In addition to the well-known pop / rock genre, there is also K-pop to be found here. The selection is very stable and is based on the mainstream. But if you are looking for something special you have to order it first. But that's relatively quick. But as I said, the big bands are here permanently. These include BTS, Got7, Shinee, Monsta X and also a few smaller ones, e.g. Pentagon or Day6. If you are looking for something specific, the staff are always happy to help.

Repair dilemma!
About 3 years ago, at that time for 1800 euros a Surface Book with extended warranty, as if I had guessed. Out of warranty yellow spots in the screen and the feeling it will not stick to it. That's how it was. Display was pushed out on top left. Something should not happen with a device in the price class, but hey! A Mercdes is broken too.

On the 3rd of August I brought my beloved device to Saturn. Since then I wait for the repair, the exchange, whatever is done. Supposedly, a spare part is being maintained.

When I asked after 6 weeks, I actually got the answer that the device is out of warranty and I have to wait. Yes, that is also clear to me, but then a warranty extension to 4 years ad absurdum, if you make such a statement. Especially since it is not really customer-friendly and Saturn so well advertised, or is on something angwiesen, you know how it is about the entire holding company.

Well, anyway, so you do not keep customers!
Sure was apologized, but I am now for 2! Months without a device and that does not work.

As a member of Saturn Club and not just a few purchases, one thinks about whether to buy the next major technical acquisition elsewhere.

Unfortunately, the staff on the third floor were very rude to us and talked aggressively. This made me think twice about shopping at Saturn.

Very bad experience. I bought note 8 mobile to use it in the middle east . Salesmen showed that can be by using European sim card for 5 min calls. I bought a sim card and that didn't solve this issue and they sent me to samsung without any warently a thought they confirmed the solution

Absolutely bad I just sold a wireless mouse and when I looked into the box at home was no mouse in it just the USB stick something like that must not happen because I do not always have time and drive to this Saturn very long

I wanted to buy a printer, had been in this department for a long time, and had listened to several sales talks. Unsure prospective buyers who wanted to buy a cheap printer were not even made aware of the disadvantages of these devices in terms of cartridge consumption and their costs, especially if such a printer only had 2 cartridges!
I'm just glad that I am very familiar with printers, refilling cartridges and using external hose systems, even as a 71-year-old pensioner. I used my previous printers a lot for association and church activities; they lasted an average of 5 years, with refilled cheap ink. Then either the electronics, the print head is defective or the sponge is full. Particular attention should be given to newer printers whose cartridge chips cannot (yet) be reset. Here, the ink levels of refilled cartridges must be checked conscientiously by removing them.

Nice, large and well-kept market. Here you get also for the PC some spare parts, as well as fan, RAM, CPU.

Very large and clear Saturn. I bought a TV there. On the phone I was promised a discount and when I drove through half of Berlin, I had unfortunately almost half an hour with the seller "argue" to get the promised price.

Purchase of prepaid SIM card is possible. You can bring your stay address, passport and take the procedure at the O2 counter.

It's a giant store but not the biggest in town. The one near Europa mall is bigger. I like Saturn in Berlin because I can find somethings cheaper than in Frankfurt stores.

If you want to buy a sd card, you should know that they are located near phone cases but also in the photography session. If you are looking for something bigger and faster, definitely you should go to photography session.
