The Staff guys are super lazy, i asked a woman if they have a product in lager in another Filiale & she answered "I need to check & it's very difficult to know so i don't know". Then i asked another staff member & he took 2 minutes in enter the code of my product & tell me in which other filiale I will find the product. Sometimes people there can be very incompetent & lazy.
Very good selection and friendly advice. Can only recommend the market.

a visit to Saturn fulfills my expectations, but is nothing special. The business is well sorted, employees are sometimes difficult to find but generally friendly.
As a tourist in Berlin I definitely had a positive impression and therefore give the 3-star rating (all right).

Large selection, incompetent advice, that's what awaits you in this Saturn market. Instead of responding to my requests, I was simply shown something that is more expensive (my impression). I asked for a camera with at least 16x optical zoom and good quality in low light. Instead, I was shown cameras with various focal lengths, where my husband and not the Saturn seller explained to me how I had to convert the focal length to optical zoom and it came out that these cameras only had a 3x optical zoom. It's okay to be told that the camera I want doesn't exist, but then shows me alternatives (i.e. real alternatives). Listening to the customer properly would be a real alternative here.
Conclusion: if you already have a clue and just want to try out various devices, this is the place for you. But if you want advice, you don't have to bother to come here. The person is better advised if he or she is self-sufficient on the Internet.
Pick up and collect absolute disaster. Shouldn't be done to yourself.

In a historical market place (which takes its name from Tsar Alexander) and the historical meeting place (November demonstration) it would have been better designed interior. The market could be anywhere.
Very courteous sales staff. Even the security staff at the entrance tried to help me and had more knowledge than me. Dressed and better looking than me, he was anyway, but that's not great art. ;))).

Saturn can forget, totally unfriendly employees and three employees fumble and prefer to hang out on the laptop, as to advise me as a customer. They probably do not need to be there for the customer. They do not see me anymore !!!
I could easily exchange a device. I am very satisfied because the seller was definitely obliging on the story. In the shop it turned out that the device was defective. But I wanted to use the two-week deadline for unused, fully functional equipment. There is the money back there.
It was not self-evident and extremely courteous to refund the price despite being defective.
