Huge shop . There is display of almost everything. But bit on costlier side i think. But great place to purchase electronic products

Electronics store comparable to our Mediaworld. Polite patient staff with product knowledge. Different price ranges for the same items. I found many small things that in Italy cost slightly more. Ideal to spend a few hours relaxing. Easily accessible by public transport and located on Alexander platz.

They got a variety of products and if you urgently need something, that isn't too individual you'd probably find it here. The prices are normal, not cheap but also not very high.

I have been in the area of photography and it is a luxury to have so many different camera models and battery to try them. There were also many accessories and I ended up buying a photo backpack.

The expectations to find a planet were disappointed.

Please send the Microsoft guy at the laptopsection to a product and sales course. Not only was he completely clueless on anything past the superficial specs of a laptop, he didn't even manage to offer us a solution to replace his initial crappy proposal. We wasted 1,5 hours of our time and bought the pc elsewhere.

Saturn is a really good shop for anything computer and electronics related. It has enormous offer of different items. I have given them 3 stars because they have very expensive cables for electronics. For some reason they keep shoving the HAMA brand of cables for everything, which are really expensive. For a 5$ (or 5 ) cable you would pay on Amazon, to will pay at least 3-4 times as much in Saturn for HAMA cable of same sort. That is scandalous.

No idea about music. For the employees everything is rock / pop. And too expensive

You can find all kind of electronics, but what I really like is the employees who are very professional and friendly. My phone was stolen the first day of my arrival to Berlin and the employees were very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. Thanks a lot!

One of the worst experiences ever in a big store. I guess these guys are the equivalent of BestBuy In North America.
Went there with a friend to get pre-paid sim card, as we just arrived in Berlin and needed them for our stay. Took about 15 minutes to actually get someone to help us.
Customer experience was terrible, the worst I've experienced in a long time. Out of 5-6 stations, only one was available for all customers looking for phones and sim cards.
This guy made us wait for 45 minutes without any advice or direction, after he told us to go pay then come back to finalize our purchase. He started working with other people and completely ignored us for the rest of the time. We had to leave the place, as we couldn't wait any longer and we never got to activate our sim cards.

The staff of Saturn is extremely rude. You definitely go out there with a negative feeling. That's why I will not buy anything there.
I now get my kitchen and household appliances elsewhere.

An equipment store with an excellent assortment. All that is on sale you can try, see, turn in your hands. There is free internet.

Very big store with lots of unique products like drones, instant cameras or large selection of headphones. Prices for some items I checked are only a little higher than on the Internet. But despite large offer some popular items seem to be missing like Tamron new lens for Sony cameras. And when I was there at the begining of a year there is no sale so it was a bit disappointing.

Best Saturn market in Berlin, stood 5 minutes and was approached by 2 employees.
Has never happened to me, otherwise I always have to run after me to get information.

Here you will find everything you need for household electronics. Nothing to complain about.

The staff are very friendly. Also today for Black Friday. the shop is nice and big with lots of choice. He is also clean.

There was a problem with online ordering, which was solved very patiently, competently and friendly by the employees when picking up in this market. I was very positively surprised.

Very big Saturn. Nice presentation of goods. Unfortunately, very expensive goods for 0815 brands. An original Samsung Type C charging cable costs as much as one from Hama. Total rip off!

The biggest advantage of this Saturn is its central location on Alexanderplatz. Whether on foot, by car or public, you can get there quickly and easily.

The photo service is also very practical, where you can simply have everything delivered.

There is even a 3D printer there. You can have yourself scanned and have a 3D figure printed of you.

The offer is typical for the large electronics stores. Sometimes you can find what you're looking for, sometimes not.
