Customer service should be taken seriously by all employees.

Everything is well sorted from A-Z in the Saturn specialist store. Only the sales staff is sometimes unprofessional and even incompetent.

Super nice staff and you get everything you need. Be it gaming accessories, kitchen appliances or other things!

I love the business! The many floors and the large selection - great! With the large glass facade you also have a good view of the Alexanderplatz.

Tried to return an Epson printer here (a few months old, printed a few dozen pages with it) and Saturn boldly avoided its warranty. Bad dealer. I feel cheated and exploited!

Good advice but customer service is also not important here. Too bad because nowadays every company should be happy when shopping.

Have almost everything that you could want in electronics. The store is set up in an easy to navigate manner with lots of help from the staff when needed. The store also feels very friendly and looks neat and professional.

Always a huge selection. Almost everything you are looking for can be found here. If you can't find it, there are usually nice colleagues on site who are happy to help and advise you. With its several floors, everything looks very neat and tidy.

The toilet was once free. It's a shame they changed it, but understandable. A Sanifair principle would still be great. Toilets pay the money, or get some of it back through the purchase.

I needed an SD card. So I went directly to the information desk at the entrance and asked "Hello, on which floor do you have SD cards?"

Me: "Memory Cards, SD Cards"
She: "What's that? Ham, huh!"

I left again. Maybe Saturn should put someone with minimal expertise in electronics to the info counter. Of course, this store carries (overpriced) SD cards.

Wanted to buy only a Grundig TV today ... there was only one seller on the floor with a customer was busy ... when we asked him after 20 minutes if he could call a colleague ... there was no one time for us 2 answers regarding a device already for purchase .... everyone had to fill out some form at some point or something similar ... 40 minutes passed already .... To give just two of many examples: When returning / repairing warranty cases, no information about the damage / causes and on 4 floors they do not get it, set up a free customer toilet. Saturn is located at Alexanderplatz 3, Berlin.
This is where all kinds of home appliances are sold. Of course, it's a good place to buy digital devices, cameras and peripherals, and perhaps this is the biggest store in Berlin.

It's also fun to look around the square around the Weltuhrzeit.

Dying business model!
the employees often have absolutely no idea about the topic. You try to convince the customer with pseudo-facts, although as a specialist salesperson you have no plan.
here you can only lose from price / performance models.
The prices as well as the professional advice are simply no longer attractive.

The customer is literally left out in the rain.
The online order is picked up with long queues behind the market. The waiting time here is over 45 minutes.
It's raining, no tent, patio heaters or the like.
After waiting 40 minutes in the rain, the door slams in front of you. No friendly apology, nothing. Comment from the leader: it is your own fault.
Order from Amazon next time, no stress, nice support team.
