Saturn stop, you're looking for n Employees need time and nerves.
Mega departmental store, all in one electronics universe in the centre of the city. If you don't find what you are looking for here, it's probably not in Europe.
Everything in electronics is available at the usual high prices. Typical Mediamarkt and Saturn.
So that must be said once: The advice is excellent. The employees even find what they want and give valuable advice. That's really something, right?
Everything is good, friendly staff, and also competent
Very good customer advisors in the kitchen compartment in charge.
A big Saturn right on Alexanderplatz. The staff are unfortunately not always friendly.
I ordered a fridge there but had to wait a little bit because it wasn't in the store, they said they would come back to me... After 3 weeks still no feedback, I had to go to the shop again where I was actually told the fridge was there and have to wait now an extra 5 days in order to be delivered... And in addition no apologies or whatever regrets for the delays
Less choice variety for most stuff than the nearby Mediamarkt (Alexa)
I bought a new tower fan from the Koenic company for my friend at Saturn on Alexanderplatz and she is very satisfied with the device
Since the article is not yet on the market I have to buy the article later or elsewhere
A large and good branch located in the centre of Alexanderplatz
A must for every Technic (k) fan! There is a lot to discover and a large amount of offers.
As far as merchandise is concerned, this market has a lot to offer and also good prices.
Unfortunately, I didn't have much to do with the staff when I visited.
Time flies here while strolling.
The sellers barely speak German and are not really motivated.
Sometimes there is no price labeling of the articles and the specialist staff first run away when they see the customers
Very nice service in the service of warranty phones, poorly speaking German, you served us very calmly.
Store is laid out in an okd school fashion. Got yelled at because I asked a clerk a question in English. If they don't want people to speak in foreign languages to them, do not open a store in on of the most visited places by tourists
Great, lots of choice, but little to try. Long ways, chaotic arrangement of the goods, far too many areas that corporations can rent for advertising purposes. Samsung smartphones, for example, can be found in at least 4 different locations, always the same. Employees do not earn a lot, do not work long and therefore have little idea. But the mistake lies in the system, when all unnecessary stuff is sold off, always advertised as an innovation that no one needs. I'm already waiting eagerly for the Bluetooth box with integrated headphone, with which one can talk, shoot the photos and self-proces via face recognition pizza, while she manages your fingers.
I have already bought some products here, my seller was competent and his advice was plausible for me
You will be well advised at Saturn - but some important information will not be passed on to customers - where there is a possible repair location (Saturn in Warschauer Str.). Here, the customer is still being sent to Saturn at Treptower Park, although the repair has not been there for two years. Unfortunately, I was not the first customer to be so kidnapped. I do not understand why this notice is not changed on the website - Facebook. In addition, no seller has offered to insert the Simmkarte into the tablet.
Here customers are kidnapped ..
Unfortunately, the information in the instructions for use is unclear.
Unfortunately, they were unable to get a tablet case for the Mediapad T5 within 14 days. Call regularly, but you get wrong answers from the call center. The goods would be in the market, but this is not the case.
The call center shot the bird when they said I wasn't the customer. I have never experienced so little expertise.
Service at Saturn seems to be getting worse. The call center appears to consist of saboteurs.
You don't get an answer to your questions. Instead, you will be bombarded with pickup reminders.
And if there are technical reasons for which you are responsible, there is no cullancy solution either.
Customer satisfaction is a foreign word at Saturn.
Whether the managing directors know that or have you even instructed it? A prankster who thinks bad.
I think that I get no answer or only blah blah to my inquiries to the online shop for two CDs from different artists. It's easy to sell with no.
But if the CD is not available, like mine from Roxette, and after a week that the goods are there, they get the last pick-up reminder, then you ask yourself ..
Word has got around even on the net that the call center is incompetent.
I myself will no longer place orders online with Saturn.
It is a bit expensive compare with online store. But you can get stuff here without wait
One of the top places for electronics and technology shopping in Berlin. Very helpful staff and usually super flexible and informative about the products.
Very large assortment, friendly staff. I like to come here.
Unfortunately only a small selection of in-ear headphones
Nice store, sell & go machine available, where you can deposit your old phone and get a Saturn gift card for it
Customer advisors flee as soon as they see customers!
Found everything quickly, did not come in contact with the staff, kept very clear.
I haven't bought anything but the shop seems to be pretty good. The staff are very nice
Why does the pick-up at the market take over an hour for fewer than 50 customers? What kind of service is that please? Instead of someone scanning the QR codes in the queue and the things being prepared, each process takes forever ...
If This Saturn always has such a nice person, at the info, and as a service person in the shop, then that's perfect
I like to go shopping, but I do not go to the staff for advice. You would have to wait a long time for that. In the meantime, they seem to have reached the "you" when advising customers and are probably no longer hip enough without them?
It is a good place to find many electric staff, it is a little bit expensive
Probably one of the best stores in Europe for electronic products, cameras, and the like. Two massive floors with everything one can imagine for the nerd and the home. Huge range of coffee machines and supplies too! Right on Alexander Platz so take public transport to get there. Can't imagine where one might park! Go there but don't expect to do a quick shopping trip - you will want to explore!
This is big market. I think, here you get (almost) everything, on Elektokram. I needed something for taking pictures, which unfortunately did not exist there either.
One of the best stores for elecyronics, phones, tvs etc
Despite the Black Weekend, super nice sellers and I got here what had just arrived and was unreserved in the warehouse. It was not yet available in other Berlin branches.
Many problems. The lack of products and stuff, anyway not as good as Mediamarkt ....
Good pint and friendly advice, but the "security service" in front of the escalator has to make his sayings about women and stand so cheap that you can't get to the escalator.
Big shop, many levels. However, often zero advice also on explicit purchase and specific questions. Frequently demotivated employees, long waiting times for complaints
Very large, many products. But some employees are not nice and rude.
Really nice place, there a lot of things to keep a nerd occupied for hours
The place is ok, but the service waits a long time and is always a big crowd.
An excellent variety of products, from PC to home gadgets.
Very cool shopping center, a large selection of goods, average prices
The Alexanderplatz branch is one of Europe's largest Saturn stores. Selection, offers, product presentation and available staff are very good overall.
Although Saturn and Media Markt belong to the same group (Metro Group and Ceconomy respectively), I often find the better deals in Saturn. For me the best electronics chain in Germany.
Good location, huge store, but items selection and prices are not special. It is very convenient place due to good service, close to Alexanderplatz station, so you can hop in and get or check something. Wifi inside was very unstable, no free public restroom.
Selection has dwindled in recent years and looks a little like a Samsung outlet at this point.
Simple task: buy a USB stick. Intenso 32 USB 3.0 with 5.99 and 12.99 left side by side. Addressed a Saturn employee. Original sound: Those on the computers know. Waited for 12 minutes: 8.99. I found one for 7.99. Communicated the chaos to the cashier. "Yes, we know that."
Totally friendly service and very pleasant and helpful advice!
Everything you need with partly competent advice and specialist knowledge.
You can also negotiate prices here, for example. Get amazon prices.
You find all electronic and electrical appliances beautiful
Saturn is great anywhere in Germany. Everything I look for in technology, music, electrical appliances, I find it there
As always top of the Frank!
Show no weakness.
Good and lot of choices, difficult to go d your stuff, now signs hanging were to find items
I think there are too few employees, you have to wait a long time for a contact person, but everything is clear and the prices are attractive
