OK service at best... Food had no flavor, the goofy drink menu was definitely geared towards the new Avon "Yuppie" crowd. The tasteless food was served on an old piece of wood, just think of all tha bacteria in that wood..??? GROSS!! NEVER AGAIN P.S. The owner and/or cook..(if he wants to call himself a cook) must be full of themselves... they don't think they have to put salt & pepper on the tables.

The food was good with a beautiful atmosphere. Our server Michelle was great. She even brought us out a card signed by all the staff wishing us Happy Anniversary along with dessert. Very nice.
Great food, packed on a Tuesday night. I had the scallops for at least the fourth time. My wife had the veal short ribs. Both meals were great and half priced bottles of wine.
1st day open after Ohio restaurant shutdown. Great venue. Food was extremely good. Would have given 5 stars if scallop happy hour selection had one more scallop.

This was a nice, higher end place. The decor and atmosphere were confortable, Service was friendly, and the food was great. I had the steak au poive cooked med rare, and it was perfect as far as i am concerned. The mashed pot were great. The veggie was brussel sprouts which i am typically shaky on, but these were delicious. Then we had cheesecake that was chocolate and mocha that was also fabulous. Would definitely visit again

This is the second visit as my husband and I traveled through Ohio to New York. The atmosphere is lovely and the food is scrumptious.

The meal was fantastic from start to finish. Very tasty vegetable soup. Great seasoning and minimal salt. Other restaurants should learn how to make soup like Bistro 83 instead of using 20,000 mg of sodium like many do. The rolls were excellent! My wife and I are not big steak fans. Once yearly is plenty. Glad we chose this as the time to order steak. The Steak au poivre was excellent. The perfectly cooked medium rare juices mixed with the cream sauce and was unbelievably tasty as were the rosemary mashed potatoes. Green beans are usually just that----green beans. Whatever seasoning used on these beans made the entire meal a super dining experience. We do not visit this restaurant as often as we should but that will now change.
Just been back after about a year. The expanded dining room and bar are great additions. The menu is not large, but everyone is always able to find something to eat. Along with the items being what I believe are unique. Enjoy the flights that they offer for whiskey and bourbon.

The food was excellent, but the service was below average. We ordered the flat iron steak, and the pork volcano with caesar salads. All food was excellent, but while they brought out the salads right away we waited 45 minutes for the main course. In the end it was worth it because the food was so good. I think our waitress might have been forgetful. My wife ordered red sparkling wine and she brought white wine...etc. I would suggest writing things down if you can't remember. The food is worth the price in my opinion. I will be giving it another shot.

Happy hour lobster tails! They also had very good drinks, friendly customer service and a large selection of choices on their menu. The customers seemed to enjoy the classy (not stuffy) environment and easy to find.

Not my first time there but this visit was tasteless.. I was underwhelmed with the service which was very nonchalant. Our server took their time bringing drinks after they were ordered (not mention we were at a 4 top in the bar area) our food was cold and under cooked (didn't know that was possible until that day) lobster tails were brought up twice to no avail .. Those weren't ate, prime rib was basically raw, (literally Pittsburg rare) when it was brought up to temp it tasted gamey and the short ribs that were very tender was cold.. All of this was brought to the servers attention. Her solution was to take the lobster tails off and then proceed to tell us.. "They said in the back u guys are regulars so it's ok"... Although we didn't ask for one No manager ever approached the table.. Had a $300 bill but left hungry.. Wouldn't care if I never dine there again..

The scallops were fabulous and the lobster was so sweet! The service was great. No problems with masks fall down past their noses and they socially distanced.
This place knocks my socks off. Beautifully decorated, fast and friendly food staff, owner checks in, nice touch. The menu is well balanced with vegan, vegetarian, to meats, poultry and seafood. Fresh, bright presentations. Been there three times since Thanksgiving and it hasn't disappointed once. Prices are mid range for a food establishment of it's high caliber so that's a bonus!

We went here for my daughter's birthday dinner and made reservations for 5 p. We were told that would to be out by 7 p. because they was another party arriving that would require our table. The food and service were both excellent!
Nice place, compares well with most downtown Boston dining. This is not the simply prepared steak and baked potato kind of fine dining that is standard in the Midwest. (Although they stick with the super friendly service that is also standard for Ohio.) Flavors are pretty traditional, but no skimping on quality ingredients, and execution is very good. The dessert was also great, which is not usually the case at smaller places like this.

Horrible service, will never go back. Sat at the bar when the hostess started it's a full service bar. Ok great until we sit down and the men behind the salad bar/bar just stared at you made you feel very uncomfortable. So after 15 minutes of waiting for a server he finally shows up takes our drink order. So we waited another 15 minutes still mo drinks or server so we left and the hostess just stared at us!!!!! Very rude and uncomfortable place would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!
Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! We always wanted to try this place out went with friends Saturday night the best prime rib I have ever had and I have prime rib everywhere I go. This place is amazing I would highly recommend.
We had a nice birthday dinner for my niece. Food was great, dessert was sublime, and did I mention food was great! I had the burger and loved it! Only reason it's not 5 stars for me was that it was freezing cold in there.

Wow, there is fine dining in North Ridgetucky; and, it is worth the visit. The best thing about the place is the happy hour/introduction to their addictive food and atmosphere, it makes you wanting to not leave. The service is friendly and outstanding, they know how to make you feel comfortable while giving you the kind of experience you come to expect when you hear the words "fine dining".

And my husband had a dozen oysters which were amazing. The manager and the Chef stopped by our table! They were extreamly friendly and informative.

Friends and I used to be customer at the Bistro. However, the manager is becoming infamous around North Ridgeville for calling the police on patrons as they are leaving. We would never go back again

The food was just ok. The area we were sat in was very cramped (in the back section), and extremely loud.
The prices were extremely high for the quality of the product and the service was just ok. If either the food or the service was excellent, then I could justify the prices. Over a hundred dollars for two alcohol drinks and 2 meals and at best it was ok.
Maybe an off night?
Unfortunately, it's not something I expect to try again.
Delicious!!! We frequent Bistro 83 and are never disappointed. The staff is wonderful and attentive- Shout out to Jess who was our waitress this evening! She was great! The Quattro Fromagio Flatbread is to die for. And i just tried the mocha chip cheesecake for the first time- it was amazing. Better than cheesecake factory, no joke. Love this place!!!
