The food was excellent, but the service was below ...

The food was excellent, but the service was below average. We ordered the flat iron steak, and the pork volcano with caesar salads. All food was excellent, but while they brought out the salads right away we waited 45 minutes for the main course. In the end it was worth it because the food was so good. I think our waitress might have been forgetful. My wife ordered red sparkling wine and she brought white wine...etc. I would suggest writing things down if you can't remember. The food is worth the price in my opinion. I will be giving it another shot.
