Nice place. I only was there for happy hour with me and my wife. The happy hour food menu is only for the bar so if the bar is full your out of luck. The first time I went I had a set at the bar and got duck wings they where awesome. The second time I ordered from the happy hour menu duck wings, burger, flatbread, and frys. So I got less wings then the fisrt time I went the burger I ordered medium well was dry as Arizona I was chocking on it. The flat bread was dry and not even hot.

This experience is only from the happy hour menu. I hope they expand the place it's very small also.

Insane amazing food.. Great bar service! But the great thing is the laid back feel and great customers that come in! Very nice place! I've been there 3 times now.

They want reservations. We walked in and they gave us a time limit. I had the worst cheese burger unless you lime your burger burnt. My wife had a lobster flat bread and it was burnt also. We will never go there again

Most reviews are on your entire dining experience but tonight our review is solely on our server. Jordan was outstanding in all areas. It s not that often that you come across a server that has all the qualities needed for a perfect evening. Jordan you are excellent!!!!! Thank you!!

While the service was great. Food didn t have much flavor. Steak a little overcooked. Just no flavor. Drinks were good but took a while. I will try it again I m sure. For the price I was hoping for more.

Home of the best bartender in Lorain county, three years in a row! Jeff is a wonderful host and can make anything that fits your mood. The pear martini is a favorite of mine. Plus they have pumpkin beer on tap again.

The food is awesome. Scallops and the zoodles (topped with salmon) are my go to choices. I will continue to come here.

Ordered a caesar salad...um I mean chunks of uncut lettuce with 4 croutons and 2 cut heirloom cherry tomatoes. They don't do carry out well at all. I hear eating inside is much better

Delicious, well prepared dishes, from simpler fare to more complex entrees. Relaxing atmosphere has either a well appointed dining room or you might enjoy the more casual, pub type bar with booths and televisions (sports oriented). Every trip to Bistro 83 we've made has been great. The staff is friendly and upbeat- always available, and never 'smothering' while doing that. This is a great choice for a good meal and enjoying your dinner partner(s).

I don t throw around 5 stars often. This is awesome. Not the same ol. Always seems like low reviews on a place is because the person is in love with Applebee s and Bob Evans. Go there please. Read the menu online at these places first. You know? Do a little homework. Love the atmosphere and decor in here as well.

Really great food! The service was good too. Friday nights seem to be quite busy, so if you go with a group don't expect it to be a quick meal. The meal service took quite a while, but it was still a great experience. As long as you don't have a tight schedule - highly recommend!

Seems like brand new bartender. Pretty clueless. Decor is nice. House salad average. Perriogis were cloyingly sweet. Bummed out.

Great place to eat and have wine. The service was excellent! Best service I have experienced. The food was amazing. I got the pork shank and my husband got steak. I got free cheesecake for my bday too. Will be definitely going back.

This place was amazing. Food was excellent. I got the scallops and it was totally worth it. Our waitress gave us drink and food specials and surprised us with great drinks we told her to order for us. Also the lobster Flatbread was to die for. Unfortunately we were not hungry enough to have their dessert but I past out when I saw their selection. I'm from Philly and when I visit Cleveland again I'll come here.

Top-notch service by Jessica. Food was fresh, prepared to order, and delightfully presented. Meals had generous portions and reasonable prices.
Desserts were the highlight; next time I'll eat the CHOCOLATE CAKE first, the CHEESECAKE second, and TUNA SALAD SLIDERS third.

Went here on a suggested date with my wife. From the street this place looked nice. The parking is NOT ample. you should also call ahead for reservations on busy days. Once we got inside, we were greeted and seated. The decor was very nicely done and everyone was very friendly, although rather slow. The chicken I ordered was very well prepared and quickly disappeared from my plate. Being that it was slow, we were there for about an hour to an hour and a half. It wasn t busy until round 5:30-6pm. 6pm was a beer celebration and everyone received a small sample of the featured beer that day. It was a nice surprise. We ordered the cheesecake for desert. It was really nicely made and again, devoured quickly.
All in all, it was a nice place, food was good, service was slow but friendly and parking was minimal. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice evening. Get reservations first!

Great food. Different from any other place around. A type of place you eould expect to find in a trendy up scale neighborhood of NYC. But very casual and relaxed.

Went here and ordered a dish with asparagus and when it came out, they replaced it with 4 green beans. 4. I was never told that they ran out and was never offered a replacement. I spoke with the manager who also didn't think it was a big deal that four green beans replaced a side of asparagus. Very disappointing and I've yet to want to go back.

Great casual place with the best food for miles. Great service. Lots of options. Covered patio. The lobster deal (add a tail to anything on the menu for $10) and the soups are consistently awesome.

Chicken saltimbocca was not impressive at all. An expensive dish great was Very poor. Service was great. So I gave them 3 stars.

We tipped amazing everytime we came, leaving thirty percent are more. They do have good food,but the ambience is snobby and Inclusive. Even tho we treated our service right, we were still treated as a annoyance. Seems like during happy hour they gave their regulars and nobody else is welcome.

This is the place for a rehearsal dinner! They did a phenomenal job taking care of our party of 17 people. Food, drinks and service where all top notch. Thank you Bistro83 for making our event such a good memory!

Bistro 83 is a great looking restaurant with a cozy atmosphere. We had a party of 7 on a Saturday night. We knew it was on the pricey side, so we expected great food. We had a variety of appetizers and entrees. The scallops were small , over salted . The steak was inconsistent, two pieces per plate but on piece was chewy but the second piece of steak was good. The Bolognese was not consistent from plate to plate, one person got a lot of meat the other didn t. Although the flavor was ver good , the presentation didn t look inspired. The pork was good. The calamari were small, but the dipping sauce was good. The vegan dish with fresh veggies was generous and the red pepper spread was delicious. The wait staff was excellent and friendly and on the ball. I was excited to try this restaurant, they need some higher quality in the kitchen. Maybe I expect too much watching Gordon Ramsey s professional expectations in his restaurants on tv!

Everything from the beverage to the the Devils horseback appetizer to the crab cakes and the banana cream pie was excellent. Will definitely be going back.

This is a diamond in the rough. Seconds from Redtail golf club, this place is cozy clean and the people, which is the biggest part of the equation are superb.
