Great family venu. Some amazing birds to see. Great things on over the halloween break.

Not worth it. Shabby and some scraggy looking birds. Pretty bad food. Over priced for what's here. Needs a tidy up and some redecoration.

Excellent day out despite Covid restrictions. About 90% plus of the previous content was available. Restaurant, train and Aquarium missing. Easy to book on line. Great time for adults and children.

Good place to keep the kids busy for almost all day.

This is a great experience for young people, highly recommended, so times it can be a scam for money

Fantastic. My husband and i went there for a few hours a few weeks back. Such a fascinating place... You have to have quite a strong stomach because of some of the birds foods smell is unpleasant (deceased baby chicks) but it was no bother to us really

Great park for kids and adults. Wonderful selection of birds and farm animals at the end was a nice touch. Petting rabbits and goats!

Excellent bird-focused. Must admit was not expecting great things, but there's a lot there, the specimens are interesting and the shows that they do are good. Cafes on site too. Really enjoyed the visit and would go back.

Wide variety of birds. Underwater section is also delightful

We had a birthday party at Birdworld for our 6 year old. All the kids had a fantastic time. Organising the party was easy and the staff were very helpful at every point. You get so much for a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Amazing place lots to see and more than enough to play on. Well worth a visit with family.

Actually we went to Forrest Lodge Garden Centre which is next door but owned by the same family.

Great place to take the kids. Penguins to owls, parrots to emus not to mention the odd crocodile, turtle, goat and pelican. Plus a few play park and a very friendly visiting Robin.

Excellent afternoon at birdworld. Well worth a visit but not everything is open.

A large area to walk around with some paths not ideal for wheelchairs but this did not stop me from seeing the whole park.

Love it here. My granddaughter did an owl experience for her birthday. It was amazing, she got to fly two owls and learnt so much about them. A fantastic day out for all the family.

Great day out, variety of birds is great. The park looks lovely with all the wildflowers. We were there for a penguin feed which is a great experience, the keepers were so friendly. We visited on a day outwith school holidays so it was quieter. Henry the Cockateil was a hit. Lots to see and do.

Great day out. Feed all sorts of birds. Watch out for the hornbill he likes the worms a BIT too much.

Good value and the staff actually seem to care about the animals.

Only if we had more time!, was really nice seeing different types of birds. Staff were friendly and helpful. Place was generally nice and clean.

We had a lovely visit to BirdWorld, well worth a visit , discounts for DLA kids just take evidence, very interesting animal talks , very clean and well maintained.

All the birds averies were beautifully clean and well looked after with lots of greenery for the birds to enjoy

Good selection of birdlife, excellent Owl enclosures and healthy looking birds, good layout of attractions, we had an enjoyable visit with our two yr old and grandparents.

A fantastic day out for everyone! Great range of animals including penguins, parrots, flamingos, farm animals and an aquarium! You can get really up close to the animals and feed many of the birds!

My daughter loves it here! The penguins are her favorite.

A brilliant place for adults and children. The wildlife is great you can have some food and drink. Ample parking facilities.

We spent a lovely day in this gorgeous park. A small secret for those that would like to interact with the birds - they really like attention just before the park closes. So wait for it!

Took my son here, on a mum and son day and it was lovely. We got to walk around at our own pace, taking in the huge range of birds. And they are so well informed there. We actually walked away learning a thing or two. Ice cream was lovely and just a really nice way to spend some quality time. The owl area is stunning.

Weird place. Feels like a family business (not in a good way). But they have a nice park for small kids in the farm, which the kids enjoy.

Excellent place to visit with children over 5 I'd say, although it is pushchair friendly for younger children. Food is available at the on site cafe but for a more grown up meal it is worth going to the neighbouring garden centre which is all part of the same complex. Great gift shop with plenty of resonably priced items.

Good to see nature in bird world. One of my favourite place to go ,only thet don't have halal food options..

It's interesting to see a different kind of these birds. It's best time when the sun shine is on that day.

Good parking and access. Top marks for the toilets right alongside the car park.

Some upgrading has been done to reduce the tired and well worn basic nature of this place. Hopefully the improvement will continue.

The birds appear well cared for and are not upset by close proximity visitors.

The highlight for us was the Penguin beach, particularly the smaller birds which were so unbothered about the noisy visitors getting up close!

Sadly visitors are allowed to smoke (or worse?) Vape, which is appalling.

The flying display is boring, lots of families voted with their feet after two birds which were (at best) waist high and invisible to anyone not in the front row. The P.A. was either broken or badly set up. The display presenter was having to shout at the microphone!

There are lots of feeding stations around the grounds selling pop, ice cream and classic snacks, no sign of healthy snacks as far as I could tell.

The self-service restaurant is available to all, being outside the paid zone. Food in the restaurant is well presented and palatable.

Overall we enjoyed ourselves and will be back.

First visit to Birdworld had a great day , so much to see, enjoyed the flying experience definitely recommended this .

What a wonderful place this is. We have visited many times and really enjoy the experience every time. You can see birds from all over the world plus the Jenny Wren farm is lovely to see chickens, turkeys, pigs, sheep and reindeer. Plenty of places to sit and have picnics plus a very goo cafe. Well worth a visit.

Love this place, even during the pandemic it was still a good day out, lots in place so you feel safe at all times

All different types of birds, flying displays, also a farm, underwater world, so much to see, great value for money

I went yesterday and enjoyed seeing the birds and animals but disappointed wasn't told about the flying display of owls and missed them

Best place to go for looking varities of birds so it's an excellent place for all bird lovers and for kids to know more about birds in person.

We had a lovely day at Birdworld yesterday. There was 2 adults and a 18 month old baby who loved the farm part and feeding the birds. It's a lot bigger then we thought it would be.

Been lucky enough to visit a few times with complementary entry tickets. I don t think I d pay to visit. Place is a bit tired looking and rundown. Birds in cages. Food doesn t look good. The gift shop is not too bad. Plenty of parking.

Bit tatty around the edges but not bad cafe is great

I thought it was pricey for what there was to see and do, everything's quite dated. A disappointing day out :(

Unfortunately I didn t get to see the aquarium because I was feeling unwell
