I moved to Biltmore not too long ago, and I had a quick and easy move in experience thanks to Talia in the leasing office! From the first moment we spoke on the phone, she stayed in contact with me and actively helped me find an apartment that fit all of my specifications. I can be very specific when it comes to what I want, and she made sure the apartment I found was right for me. She s well-informed and truly knows what she s doing! Every time I ve stepped foot in the leasing office, I was greeted with nothing but kindness and leasing staff that actually want to help. I ve lived at four other properties in the Atlanta area, and this one by far has the best staff! The community is secure and the location is superior, making it easy to run errands and visit bars/restaurants.

I've visited many apartments in the Midtown area, and nothing really compared to Biltmore! It was very reasonably priced, the location was excellent, amenities were great, and the building is very clean and well maintained! What really stood out me was the level of professionalism and kindness from the leasing staff. I've lived in many apartments and no one has made the leasing process as seamless and easy as Talia. She is one of the best leasing agents I've ever worked with, she is very responsive, very kind, and loves to help at a moments notice. I have some friends who live here and I have only heard great things about Biltmore! I am very much looking forward to my move-in date!

Have never met such rude and bossy leasing staff. They charged me as much as $250 for a so-called "furniture disposal" during move-out, even though there were already unwanted furniture at the place where I dropped mine, and one leasing staff member also confirmed to me that it was the right place to leave furniture. What makes me even more angry is that they claimed $250 was a after-discount price. What on earth removal service would cost $250??
Apart from that, they are nice when touring customers around though, when you become a resident they would not answer your phone calls and reply to your emails really slowly before you actually move in and after you move out.
As for living experience, my unit was okay but 6th street was really noisy at night. You would hear people chatting loudly and sometimes shouting at midnight several days a week.
Avoid this apartment if you don't want to spend time on a rude leasing team. Housing prices are going down these days and your money worths a better living experience.

I give this place two stars because the apartment we have is nice and the guest parking is easy, but the inconvenient things in the building have made life very difficult.

At certain points, the key fobs to get into the building do not work and the parking garage gate will be stuck open. There have been cars with smashed out windows on the floor above the parking gate. This makes me feel anxious for my car and overall unsafe in the parking garage.
Furthermore, the elevator in building two has been out intermittently for months at a time.

We have also had leaking issues in the apartment, but those maintenance requests were taken care of quickly. I enjoy our apartment, but the overall complex difficulties are such a headache.

I have lived here since 2017. This apartment is mediocre at the best. It has a great location, good amenities, and many potentials to be a great apartment, but the building itself is old and the management is lame, and greedy. They are quick and responsive only at two things: signing new leases and issuing fines. Here are a few among all the other issues:

- Water leakage is a serious issue here.
- In order to claim the reference bonus, you have to make many phone calls, talking to them on multiple occasions, and wait forever to never get those.
- The elevator hasn't been working properly for almost a year in 2019.
- They simply ignore noise complaints and never deal with those.
- Once I extended the lease, they mistakenly treated my apartment as vacant and billed me vacancy fees, and refused to take responsibility.
- All the light bulbs and cabinet doors start to break loose one by one after moving in.

With so many other great options within this Midtown area, many with similar or better pricing, Biltmore is no longer competitive at all. Think twice before you move in.

I came inside on Monday to inquire about a studio apartment and a lady named Talia helped me out. She was so informative and helpful that I had to leave a review. Also, she has only been working at the complex for only a month. I had so many questions and she knew the answers and more to all of my questions. Thank you for a great experience!

I was initially skeptical about this complex after seeing mixed reviews on the internet. However, the leasing team (Nicole, Mia, and Tyler) worked hard to address my concerns and get me moved in on time and on budget. I was in a little bit of a weird situation, but they helped accommodate me with the compassion and care that I was definitely not expecting. The building itself is in a prime location with access to many amenities. It is a little bit of an older building but the friendly maintenance staff has exceeded my expectations based on previous apartment experiences. Overall, I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for an affordable, well located apartment!

Just moved in. Biltmore at Midtown's staff has done a very good job at expediting a clean transition into my new home. Centrally located in Midtown within walking distance to most of Atlanta's favorites - all the while allowing me to save money where I can - makes this hard to beat. Talia Gardner was my leasing consultant and she did excellent work in getting me moved in. She was honest, exceptionally responsive, and worked well with the other staff at the complex to get my apartment ready in good time and in great condition. 5/5.
