Extremely disappointed with what I had heard was a great recruitment company for graduates landing their first job. Unfortunately I had the opposite to a good experience during a phone call with one of the team members recently. Instead of feeling like I was speaking to someone willing & enthusiastic to help me progress with my application, I was talked to in a condescending manner, was quite rudely questioned whether I had even looked at the job description and was overall put off with proceeding any further with the application. The tone of the whole phonecall was extremely unprofessional and I was left feeling demotivated and embarassed by the end of it. Won't be dealing with this company again.
