Have never met such rude and bossy leasing staff. They charged me as much as $250 for a so-called "furniture disposal" during move-out, even though there were already unwanted furniture at the place where I dropped mine, and one leasing staff member also confirmed to me that it was the right place to leave furniture. What makes me even more angry is that they claimed $250 was a after-discount price. What on earth removal service would cost $250??
Apart from that, they are nice when touring customers around though, when you become a resident they would not answer your phone calls and reply to your emails really slowly before you actually move in and after you move out.
As for living experience, my unit was okay but 6th street was really noisy at night. You would hear people chatting loudly and sometimes shouting at midnight several days a week.
Avoid this apartment if you don't want to spend time on a rude leasing team. Housing prices are going down these days and your money worths a better living experience.
