I have lived here since 2017. This apartment is mediocre at the best. It has a great location, good amenities, and many potentials to be a great apartment, but the building itself is old and the management is lame, and greedy. They are quick and responsive only at two things: signing new leases and issuing fines. Here are a few among all the other issues:

- Water leakage is a serious issue here.
- In order to claim the reference bonus, you have to make many phone calls, talking to them on multiple occasions, and wait forever to never get those.
- The elevator hasn't been working properly for almost a year in 2019.
- They simply ignore noise complaints and never deal with those.
- Once I extended the lease, they mistakenly treated my apartment as vacant and billed me vacancy fees, and refused to take responsibility.
- All the light bulbs and cabinet doors start to break loose one by one after moving in.

With so many other great options within this Midtown area, many with similar or better pricing, Biltmore is no longer competitive at all. Think twice before you move in.
