HORRIBLE customer service. If you cancel they will still charge your card every month, as they are charging mine for a game we could not even download months ago! The receptionist RUDELY hung up on me. They keep referring you to email them or try canceling online. DOES NOT WORK.

I would have written a much more favorable review days ago. I've been a loyal Big Fish customer for over 10 years. Always had excellent customer service for most of my membership. Won't bore you with details of my recent customer (dis)service experience other than to say that it isn't what it used to me. Want to send an email? Good luck with that if your query is about anything more than a couple of dozen or so titles. Want to call them? You have to do a search to find a phone number. (Nothing listed on their website.) When you do find a phone number to call you will them get to suffer through call center Hell only to be told to go online and send an email - which is impossible if your question is about anything other than the aforementioned dozen or so titles. Is anyone at Big Fish listening? Don't think so ... but I hope so
for the past two years I have written and asked for a password reset, each time they tell me to do the same thing I have been doing but to no avail. I have emailed a copy of the response I get when I try to create a new account because the old one will not let me reset, so doing this it reads that I already have an account and to AGAIN ! reset!!! then I TRY to reset and it reads You already have an account AGAIN! I send a PICTURE of what appeared and still NO RESPONSE from BIG FISH!!! I ONLY want what I HAVE PAID FOR to be able to play and use! now games I PAID for I can not use or access!!!! BIG FISH YOU STINK!!!!
I have purchased 4 video games from this company and I cannot use any of them! I have tried to cooperate with their instructions by sending my requests in email format since you cannot speak with them at any time; each time I have sent my request in email I have repeatedly asked for help with my purchases, I have enclosed my phone number and still I have received no help from this company. WHY they have chosen to steal from me and cheat me like this is unbelievable! I have just left them ANOTHER VOICEMAIL begging for help, yet I know that it probably will not arrive. I am asking anyone who works for BIG FISH to please help one of their customers and give me what I have paid for!
They've taken 7 bucks out of my account every month for years, and I have no idea how to contact them, AND I cannot even access their games. This is consumer rape through the anus.
Super friendly peeps. I would love to take my students to visit Big Fish as a field trip. So many great things to see for my future game engineers and aspiring graphic designers.

The "director of marketing" stole my sons drawing and used them in their newest game, Evermerge. I have it on record that he was given credit but then removed because the director of marketing was dumped by the father of my children. She promised a trust with $300k. I would love to speak to someone but it is almost impossible to reach a live person at that company.
Great place filled with amazing people with wonderful ideas. Also the location is very convenient from the docks.

They publish video games. Not really a place to visit, very often, but the tour is inteeresting if you call ahead and ask to schedule one.
Big fish has problems with there casino app for apple when you hit a jackpot it will not give it to you and do a crash and restart the app and when you send a ticket in they say it had to be your connection to our server kind of funny how it only happens when a jackpot is won don t do any business with them they will not give you what you win they always say it is your connection to the server
HORRIBLE customer service....will not reach out to its customers. I am not the only one that feels this way. They will lose my business if I cannot speak with someone to get this rectified. I cannot access my account or games I previously purchased.
