On first install we got Quick service. Competitive prices. Were quoted 3 days installation. It was completed in one work. On second install we called them because we were sick to reschedule. They will not come for 7 more weeks. Less than pleased we had to go to back of line when we wanted to protect the installers from getting sick. They have had our money for almost 2 months already.

Everything is great except the transition piece from old floor to tile. People keep tripping on it. Needs to be more gradual in my opinion.
I am a wheelchair bound customer by far this is the worst floor and tile installer I have ever experienced in my lifetime it seems they hire whoever they can find. I have over four years experience in this field.
I thought I was getting quality materials and installation, I received the opposite. General Manager Ernie Nogales and Sean Mcnatt have no people skills when it comes to customers skilled in the trade. They treated me like an idiot.
I had paid over $4000 dollars for new construction and materials. I received uneven tile throughout my home also they were off colors also mismatched. If you love your $$$ don't waste it here!
We had a vinyl floor put in our park model. We are very happy with it. The process from the beginning went very smoothly and Carlos was great to work with. Bernard the installer was great too. Jahna was an excellent sales rep and communicated very well with us throughout the entire process. We were disappointed with the amount of damage our trim and walls received with our tile installation. I communicated this along with pictures to Big Bob s three weeks ago and have yet to hear from them. The carpet installation went pretty well. We love our tile and carpet, but disappointed on the amount of repairs we had to make to our paint and trim after the fact.

There was a problem with the order it seems that the quarter round that was to be supplied as I paid for it was not ordered and he took it upon himself to get some out of the warehouse although it was not what was ordered he made the decision to bring the trim and install it . I am very pleased with the installer but not so much with the person who was to place the order. Somebody screwed up

Originally placed an order with a big box store here in town for a carpet install thinking they would be the cheapest and the quickest. Because the process was taking weeks I had to go another route. Called Big Bob's and Carlos answered. He was very professional and seemed like he sincerely wanted to help. Stopped by the same day to pick out the flooring. Mario and Roberto installed the next day. I am sure they are not able to do a 2 day turnaround for all customers but I was lucky enough to get in. The process was simple and everyone I talked with from the beginning to end was very polite and professional. Plus, I saved $500 compared to that big box store I mentioned earlier. We will use them again!

I only had a few days to get my project done before leaving town. I talked to a sales person,he told me they had what I was looking for in stock . A measurement was taken a day after I had talked to the salesperson by a very knowledgeable person. He quoted me a price on a Friday and said his guys could do it on the following Monday. Two gentlemen come out Monday and finished the job very quickly. They did a very nice job on everything. I am very impressed.Good job to the whole staff. Was recommended by my brother to go here after we had already gone to Home Depot and paid to get measured for carpet. Then turns out install was out 2 and a half months! So we go in to Big Bob's expecting it to be crazy expensive. We were wrong! Same price, if not a little bit cheaper than home depot. We dealt with Joe Espinoza and he was nothing but knowledgable, courteous and most importantly, PATIENT!! Me and my wife are on a budget but also dont want super cheap carpet. He patiently walked us through all the options while me and my wife probably took too long to make up our minds. Joe really did make the experience a breeze. We ended up getting measured and went in a few days later to pay for the entire purchase and we're set to get installed within this week! Crazy! I'm sure my brother will give me an "I told you so", but I'm glad lol! Anyways, really, Big Bob's is awesome, and Joe Espinoza is awesome! Thanks guys!!

Big Bob's will be on the high side of your bids and demands 100% payment in advance of the job starting. If that doesn't deter you, then proceed. They had Julio do our job and he is excellent but you cannot count upon acquiring his services each time as there is only one of him and many jobs. The field representative checks on the job while in progress, everyone is friendly. and the job was finished in the time frame referenced by the estimator. Four stars for the business and 5 stars for the work.

Over all was a very good experience between sales, installation and follow up manager. We have used Big Bobs 3 times now for installing Vinyl and still have 1 room to go.
Terrible job. They had to come back out fix about 4 huge bubbles in flooring, as well as re-do the caulking that wasn t done professionally, looked terrible and wasn t completed, then when they came out, they fixed 2 bubbles and left not even touching the caulking. Wish they would have treated my family like their own, because they did not.

We are very happy with the carpet we bought from Big Bob's Flooring. Our salesman Caleb was very helpful. The instillation went great. We are very pleased with the results.
After going through the local Big Box process of measuring my house and quoting carpet with installation, I can say that Yuma Big Bob's was an easier process with total prices that were cheaper. Steve came into my home, measured out the dimensions, and was able to answer questions I had. That was not true of the local Big Box store. At the Big Bob's store, Carlos helped me pick out carpet, padding, answered questions, explained the carpet installation process, and helped me in getting a great deal. I have not gotten my carpet installed yet, but so far I can say, that my experience with Big Bob's and their team has been wonderful.
Fabian and Javier (sp.?) arrived as planned to replace the carpet with laminate wood in two of our bedrooms. They were very pleasant and professional and appeared to have everything they needed to go to work. It took two days to complete the work and we have two wonderful floors. The work is well done and we are very happy with the finished job. These two seem to work well together and laugh, whistle, hum and sing during their work which made us feel they enjoyed what they were doing in spite of the heat and hustle which they did. We'd give them more stars (gold) if we could. Fabian explained what he had to do and why when it was out of the ordinary which we appreciated. The rooms are not "square" so they had to work with that and everything came out wonderful. GREAT JOB!
