Jahna was an excellent sales rep and communicated very well with us throughout the entire process. We were disappointed with the amount of damage our trim and walls received with our tile installation. I communicated this along with pictures to Big Bob s three weeks ago and have yet to hear from them. The carpet installation went pretty well. We love our tile and carpet, but disappointed on the amount of repairs we had to make to our paint and trim after the fact.
