Big Bob's will be on the high side of your bids and demands 100% payment in advance of the job starting. If that doesn't deter you, then proceed. They had Julio do our job and he is excellent but you cannot count upon acquiring his services each time as there is only one of him and many jobs. The field representative checks on the job while in progress, everyone is friendly. and the job was finished in the time frame referenced by the estimator. Four stars for the business and 5 stars for the work.

I had a house built and they were the contractor that did the floor, counters, backsplashes, and master shower. All of the people I have dealt with are very informative and helpful. When I had to have some warranty work that needed to be done on the master bathroom shower they wanted to make it right. The installer they sent for the work was very professional. He was a little late but was very apologetic,did good work, and cleaned up well. I'm sure if I have any other issues they will be more than happy to make it right.

Had Big Bobs Replace the carpet in two rooms of my condo and it looks great! Their customer service is amazing, everyone was so friendly. Definitely will recommend. Fast and Affordable. Thank you!

I had a client looking for some flooring up here in Canada for their home in Yuma. I had called Big Bob's to inquire about the particular. The lady that answered name was Sharon and she was very pleasant and friendly. Being in the flooring industry and doing this every day, I was very impressed with her service she provided me with over the phone. If you are down there looking for flooring, go see her!

09/26/2018 - Installation of laminate flooring professionally exceeded our expectations. This success was achieved by Mr. Vinh s excellent attention to detail, his obvious care for and pride in his work, and the value of Stephen as a co-worker. Vinh and Stephen worked smoothly as a Team; Big Bob s should consider the business value of continuing these two working together. The quality of the product and the salesperson (Carlos), who was always ready to guide us through this process, were also exceptional.

Chris Hill was very informative about the type of carpet and padding to use. I highly recommend this company!

Excellent job, efficiently performed. Would highly recommend them. I wish I had received some care instructions for my new flooring but it was probably just an oversight.

The service tech was very easy to work with. He was very knowledgable and answered all of my questions.

They got the job done quick and efficiently and it's been over two months and the floor still looks great. I'd definitely recommend and use them again.

I always have a good experience at Big Bob s, and buying carpet this past week was no different!!! Fast, friendly service and the delivery was smooth and professional. Will be back again!!!

We hired Big Bob Flooring Outlet in Yuma Az, to install a vinyl floor in our park model back on Dec 28 and 29 2020. 2 guys came, the older fella was arguing with my husband saying that he might not be able to remove the old tiles and wanted to install our vinyl floor on top of the old one and we said no, we paid to remove the old flooring, and that was done. We weren t please with the finishing touches of the caulking, so we called Big Bobs flooring and then they send the 2 guys again on Thursday Jan 14 2021. The older fella argued again with my husband regarding the caulking to be done properly. We inspected the finishing touches in the bedroom and bathroom as those were the 2 places that needed more attention. The following day, my wedding ring became missing. Called Ted at Big Bob s Flooring and The 2 guys of course denied that they took it

Except for a couple of hiccups, Victor and Chase did an excellent job working on an old mobile home floor. It was even a terrific education for us because everything was explained as rooms were being completed. They were precise and answered all questions.

We received a friendly greeting as we entered the store. He offered assistance, should we have questions; but did not try to SELL us anything. We told him what we needed in floor covering; he showed us some options that were within our budget. This was a very satisfying, no pressure shopping experience.

We had a wonderful experience at Big Bob's, and we highly recommend. This is the second home we have had Big Bod's work on, both tile and carpet, and we couldn't be more pleased. We were welcomed by Jahna and she spent all the time we needed answering all of our questions. Steve came out and measured our home the next day, and he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. The only reason for the 4 star is that the poly liner was not ordered correctly in the amount, needed an additional roll, and when I called to order they said no problem in stock. When I went to pick up, they said they did not have any more,small frustration, but overall I would recommend and buy again

Greeted immediately as I walking in the showroom. Lots of stock to pick from. Very informative salesperson. Scheduled appointment for measuring for vinyl flooring the next day. The technician for measuring arrived on time. He had a mobile office with him in which he measured, showed be additional samples, printed out my invoice and scheduled my installation. All in all, I was impressed with the professional, ease and fast pace everything was accomplished.

The staff was very helpful and prompt in getting a us a bid. They were unable to lay the tiles for a month so I cannot leave a review about the job as it is still 2 weeks away before the install. It has given us lots of the to prepare.
