They have the best bbq chicken and bbq potatoes. They also make a great plate of loaded fries. You do have to specify your order multiple times though because they constantly make mistakes on the order. They pizza is also good with fresh toppings.

I cant even begin to describe how disappointed I am. Why have you guys been slacking i keep giving you guys a chance but I'm done now. Cold under cooked pizza every time ? And my last order looked like the driver was holding the pizza side ways all the topping slid off with the cheese the bottom of the pizza undercooked the topping under cooked I pay top dollar with tip and never do you guys remember to bring my drink or side of anything I order. Over a span of a year I tried on and of with what was my favorite pizza place but now I'm done !!

This place should be avoided at all costs. The delivery driver must have been driving in neutral to my house that s how long it took. The pizza was disgusting. It tasted like it was cooked with a toaster. The meat taste like horse meat. The cheese tasted like melted up cheese sticks. You would be better off getting pizza from subway.

The veggie pizza is consistently done well. The pizza is perfectly crispy on the bottom and is cooked through. Many times I order pizza from other places and the bread is doughy, but not from here thankfully.

Finally! Just what Dearborn Heights needed!!!
The staff is so kind and welcoming. Very clean establishment with an awesome "hole in the wall" vibe. The food is seriously amazing. The pizza is not greasy and is full of flavor. The BBQ wings are seriously the best wings I've ever had in my life and I think I might be addicted....

Ordered some Big Als when I went to visit my Nona in Dearborn. The pizza was great and that fried chicken with Cajun was delicious.

Best pizza in the area!!! Workers are super friendly and helpful. I've been twice since there soft opening and will continue to order from them!!! Highly recommend!!

Slow service was told 15-20 mins for a carry out ended up taking a hr.

I just was about to order delivery however it is not within my budget to tip the driver and especially after hearing that the 3 dollar delivery fee doesn t even go to the driver but yet the owner, I will not be ordering from this place again. I immediately hung up because I would love to tip the driver the 3 dollars but why should the owner get even a penny from delivery and expect the customer to pay both! Get your payroll together then I will be reordering from your place but until then I will order from local pizzarias that actually support the employees actually putting in the effort and not a greedy owner who clearly doesn t take into consideration customers budgets and their own employees wages, like seriously, 15 dollars for a large pizza. I bet the delivery drivers suffer from tips because of how much delivery driving is. 15 bucks and I have yet to tip because the owner doesn t feel like moving at least some of the delivery charge to the driver, seriously and I bet the owner wasn t even there and was sound asleep by the time I wanted to order. Do not get delivery from this place

Outstanding customer service and one of the best pizzas in the area make this a go to spot.
The guys in the kitchen and the one taking the orders were extremely friendly and treated every customer very respectfully.
After walking out I realized a minor error was made on my order and brought it to their attention and it was immediately corrected with a smile without any delays.
I will definitely come back.

I had to update my original review. The person on the phone was extremely incompetent he repeated my order 3 times, ignored me when I said I had a coupon, and STILL messed up my order. He charged me for chicken & fries when the word chicken never even came out of my mouth, I m a vegetarian! to top it all off they forgot my broasted potatoes all together. When I called them to complain they told me they would deliver the potatoes to my house and give me the refund for the chicken. It took them a whole hour to deliver the potatoes (even though I was 8 minutes away)and the driver didn t have my refund!!! He said he was going to drive back to the store to get it. At that point I was fed up I was at my in laws house and I wasn t willing to wait any longer. I ended up driving up there myself to get my money. Biggest nightmare I have ever experienced dealing with food. No food is worth that kind of hassle

Ordered a large pizza half cheese half veggies it cost $15. The veggies half only has three toping. It is very thin and taste horrible!! I bought from them because of the reviews which I don't think accurate now!

Me and my wife frequent Big Als on a regular. we drive all the way from Canton to order the BBQ chicken Pizza and wings and also to see our family friend Al.

I used to order 3 times a week..Horrible customer service&Dry food. I ll explain why, I ordered a Pizza out for delivery it took them one hour to deliver I called 5 mins before they brought it I asked what s going on where s my pizza. They said it s hot, ready, & it s almost there I said ok, it got here it was so dry & very cold, I couldn t eat cause how dry it was.. guys I warned you..

Amazing food! Dined in and Big Al came out to ask if there is anything I need. When was the last time anyone got that kind of care from a pizzeria? Definitely will be going back.

Best Pizza in town hands down! I spelled pizza with a capital P because that's how serious it is. Hussein always does a good job every time. Al is cool also. I'm giving you guys "10 stars" Better quality toppings, sauce, and cheese!

I come here every once in a while and this place never disappoints me. Their barbeque loaded fries are a must try. Staff is really friendly and sometimes will throw in a little extra to please you. Overall one of the best places I like to go to for pizza.

How the hell is this place still in business? I called at 9 to order delivery, it s 10:30 and still nothing. I had to call 8 times before someone answered, the first thing they say is were closed . That s great, congrats. Terrible service, by far the worst I ve ever seen in Dearborn heights.

Big Als is no joke. There professionally trained to help you to the best of there ability, and if the workers can t get to you Al himself will call you back and that just shows the respect of ownership. The wingz were incredibly tasty, & I m going to dig in into spinach artichoke pizza. Try out Als you guys won t be disappointed!

Food is good especially the chicken but they are definitely too oily.

I don t like to give negative comments, however I would like to give you my advice. Be professional, keep quality than quantity it will keep your customers. Don t be cheap over a few dollars here and there on ingredients.

Came all the way across town for the buffalo loaded fries and big slice!! Crazy good... pizza was cheesy and greasy just the way I like it!! I m from New Jersey and pizza at big Als rivals any in metro Detroit!

I always get my pizza from there . The other items are also very good . get the steak sub its very good . Great service and prices .Only 6.99 for a pizza one topping to go that's a great deal .They are also VERY CLEAN . and they practice saftey measures . Plenty of sanitizers and distancing .

Customer service was hopeless, no one even cared to come and check if someone has entered the store.

Ordered a pizza and broasted chicken, neither was good. Pizza was so dry and Broasted chicken was uncooked.

I went to this place because it serves halal food and saw some good reviews but will not be returning any soon.

And $26 for a tasteless medium sized pizza and uncooked 4 pieces of chicken is not something I would appreciate. Thanks.
