I m very disappointed with the service. I called to order a pizza today and they said they cannot deliver to my area. I said you guys have delivered to the same address twice before and in recent times so since when did you decide not to deliver here? The guy on the phone said that it has always been like that and it is not possible because our system automatically discards any locations that doesn t come into a specified radius. I then said then how come you guys delivered twice before? He said maybe it was very slow that day or they made a mistake. Mistake. Twice? Okay, I am fine if you had simply said we re sorry it s very busy and we can t deliver today. Instead you made lame excuses, given that you had been delivering before without specifying you were making an exception. So how would I know you were making an exception? I paid $3 for delivery plus tip both times. As for today, I would have been happy if you said sorry we can t today instead of saying it s impossible to ever do that. So what you did? You lost trust. You lost a customer who lives under 10 mins from your location. So you think I will be calling again in hopes that is is a slow day. In addition, would I be recommending your service to many fellow colleagues, neighbors, and friends?
