My personal experience with Biesse is anything but positive.
I worked for Biesse for 5 years and the quality of the machinery is scarce compared to market leaders (eg Homag).
The heavy air we breathe in the company (in almost all sectors) affects the quality of the products, not to mention the service.

These machines are exported to more than 120 countries in the world and they are robotic machines that lead to being able to make the finished product in production is packed

terrible and bad company, all the experiences we have with italian companies are bottom to bottom, a total disaster but Biesse is bottom bottom, buy a machine yes, buy two and three but you will cry very quickly, they do not have a solved customer service network, and gentlemen dear if you are in production then you all know what service means, it is more important than the product itself, but they don't know or care about it in Biesse, send an inquiry you will never get an answer, contact the service you are in production you will get an answer in 2 months, forced we replace Biesse with HOMAG, NEVER NEVER BIESSE again, you can thank your service KOIMPEX SRL ITALY

We have many different Biesse machines at Prentice and believe they are equal or superior to there competitors and find it difficult to understand some of the reviews (one star ) this has not been our experience

We purchased our machine a Rover JFT in January of...

We purchased our machine a Rover JFT in January of 2020. It came a month late. That was the first disappointment with this company. We had done our research and chosen this machine specifically because it came with an optional camera ready (Optiscout) and two different knife heads along with the main router spindle. When it arrived it became clear the first day of installation that the installation technician had not been told what machine he was installing. We quickly found out that the technician had never set up the camera system or the knife heads. Not only that he became very upset about this and rather belligerent. IN their defense Biesse did finally remove him from the install and flew out some days later a much more competent technician with experience in running their Optiscout hardware. But the problems didn't end there. we have had nothing but problems with this machine. from their being a software conflict that disabled the automatic greasing to the vacuum bed being grossly under powered to the best one, the Optiscout not working for months. So for two months now we have been fumbling through daily remote technicians logging on to try and fix it with now resolve. When ever I ask to speak with some one about this they refuse to call. so not only have we spent an additional $20k on options that don't work we constantly have the machine taken off line for them to try and fix it which causes even more down time for our regular cutting work. If I had to do this again I would not buy Biesse machine. Their complete lack of customer care and service speaks volumes about this company. its been two months now and it still isn't fixed. We are quickly loosing hope and will start to look into our legal options.

A rich and instructive experience. A day at the Biesse is worth passing to see first hand what it means to be in everything for everything a true Excellence of "Made in Italy". From the welcome to the entrance to the final greetings always with a smile and an infinite availability. Really good and thanks to everyone for the great experience.
The 5 stars are all there, although a brochure and brochure dispenser next to each demo machine would be an added bonus. It would allow you to learn more about the product by taking away a memory of the machines of interest seen in the demonstration.

We bought a machine called Edge banding airforce machine and an engineer installed by the company Biesse. The resistance dangled twice because they said it was an electrical problem. It seems strange to us that one buys a car in the USA that is made in Italy that was not suitable for electricity in America. Before buying this Machina la Biesse treated us very well now that we have purchased the car we are very sad that we now have a problem and nobody answers the phone and we do not receive a service that we must receive. We still can't believe that buying a car in the USA that is made in Italy that doesn't work after the sale. The car is not working well now and this is not our fault this is a BIESSE problem now as if it were having a Ferrari without air conditioning in the middle of summer.
