I can't really complain about these guys. My rent check got lost in the mail one month and they waived the late fee. In addition the rent doesn't go up much and it's fairly cheap. Building is well maintained for what it is.

Bieck Management, and specifically the Marina Place Apartments, have been nothing but superb. From the amazing staff and property manager (Joe Enderman) to the cleanliness of the apartment, makes it an absolute delight to live here.
Another great thing is the location. Menasha has truly been revitalized and it's refreshing to walk down the street for some awesome local food and drinks. I've never been anywhere quite like it.
I've been living here over a year now, and if anything were go wrong, (which is often my over thinking something is wrong) Joe is there immediately. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone that wanted to make a place into a home.
Horrible management. When my when my security deposit was supposed to come back they sent me a letter that I was underpaying my rent for 6 months and that I owed them money. They did not bother to call or send a letter the entire time. Sounds like a scam. Look for alternatives!
I really like my apartment the people are quite in the building the office peoples are very nice and sweet keep up the good work. Tim the manager is the best when I need something fix he come right away.
Hill court apartments are nice but over priced. Charged me for a 90 day notice after I gave a 60 day notice. Still hasn't rented out my apt and charged me for cleaning carpet and painting the walls which are legally done by apt without charge to Tennant by state statute. Got charged almost $300 for them to clean the apt after I did. Those apts are $40k in debt and can't keep people in them. The neighbor across the hall left in June and they still haven't cleaned or did renovations to rent out his apt. Lazy, inconsiderate, very greedy and don't care about the Tennant if they need something. Sad. Will never rent from them again
The mayflower park apartments are the worst apartments I have ever stayed at. Do not rent here unless you like not having working heat and plowed parking lots. In the state of wisconsin, it needs to be at least 67 in rentals, and when its sub zero weather, the heat doesn't work correctly and its to around 60-62 in my apartment. Every year I tell the landlord and the response is that the boiler is working as hard as it possibly can and there is nothing she can do. No regard to the law and I'm done dealing with it. They also don't turn on the heat until they absolutely need to for the season, no matter how cold it gets during early fall. Free heat as stated in the lease, apparently is not free heat. They also don't plow the parking lot until late in the day. Last year when we got 3 feet of snow, they didn't plow until the snow storm finished, disregarding the fact that people still need to get to work and go places. Multiple cars needing to get towed out of their own parking lot and they still didn't care.
I have been renting from Bieck Management for 5 year at the logan apartment and 2 years at my old apartment! They have been always professional, and whenever there was something wrong they came right away to fix it and the property is very nice! Becky is also very helpful with any concerns or questions i have! Great place to rent!
Lived in a Bieck apartment for almost a year in Whitefish Bay. The building was pretty old. My front door didnt even go all the way to the ground. I lived on the second floor with my daughter who was 9 at the time. I could hear the dryer running through the laundry shoot even on the second floor. My unit had an "updated" kitchen, which basically meant it had a dishwasher. Randomly I got a letter in the mail that someone complained about noise and was hearing banging and stomping. I had no idea what noise the person below me could be hearing as my daughter and I weren't home much and went to bed early. I talked to my neighbor next to me who told me the apartments were paper thin, but she never heard us being loud. I also talked to the lady below me who complained to Bieck. She didn't understand how noise traveled through the apartments and was sorry she just complained about us instead of talking to me and it was mainly her 11 year old daughter who was complaining. Also, she told me she kept hearing a banging noise in the kitchen area. MY DISHWASHER. I mean did this lady think we just sat in the kitchen stomping. About a week before this, my daughter was in her room and tripped and the lady below us started banging on the ceiling scaring my daughter. I confronted her about this and she said admitted it. About 3 weeks later, my boyfriend's 3 year old was over and was running around playing. This lady came up and told us her daughter was sleeping and we were gonna wake everyone up. It was about 8am and I'm not sure how I can tell a 3 year old they cannot run around and play. Was it in my lease that children cannot play? She proceeded to tell me she would just continue to document everything I did. Later than day they were banging on the ceiling again. I called Kim at Bieck and told her the situation and she told me I needed to just call the police. Kim was absolutely no help. So somehow I can get noise violations, but this lady can get away with purposely doing things. Kim told me they were not going to make the other lady move out and they also were not going to let me move into an upper unit anywhere else. She barely would speak to me and said she had other work to do. She failed to realize I am a single parent, with a child in school. I ended up moving. I asked for leniency on the 60 days notice because school was starting in 6 weeks and I needed to switch my daughter's schools. Kim wouldn't. I had to move, switch my daughter's school, and lost my security deposit. All because of a woman who didn't understand old buildings. I lived in this building before this lady and the previous tenant said we were very quiet. I talked to the other tenants who lived in the lower building and they said they would hear the other upstairs lady's cats running around. If you can hear someone's cats, your gonna hear people. This was 2 years ago, but I am still bothered I didn't funnel this up at Bieck or call the police on this lady disturbing my peace.
DO NOT GIVE ANY TIME TO THESE PEOPLE THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY PAUL AND VIRGINIA HAVE NO PLACE IN HEAVEN FOR SUEING ME AND MAKING MY FINANCIAL LIFE A LIVING HELL. I ASK THAT ALL OF YOU READING THIS TO NEVER GIVE YOUR TIME TO THESE AWFUL PEOPLE WHO WILL BRAKE THINGS AND SAY YOU DID IT THEN SUE YOU YES I MADE THE MISTAKE FOR GIVING THEM MY TIME AND MONEY SHAME ON YOU BIECK MANAGEMENT I PRAY YOU GO OUT OF BUISNES AND SHUT DOWN SHAME ON YOU SHAME ON YOU!!!!!
The company is very unresponsive to phone calls and messages. Took forever to get back to me and that was after constantly calling. If you have other choices for places to rent do so.
I have worked for Bieck for close to a year now. What can I say with just a short few months? There is a great work/life balance which is very important to me. My boss is quick to respond to any of my needs. Most of my management experience has been from rental properties with long term tenants. The property I manage from Bieck is Royal Apts and about half of my tenants are students. It's close to the UW school, it's a new experience for me with so many turn overs per year. I will say my boss has been awesome with working with me and getting everything done! They are very family oriented, and love the personalitys of those I work with! Over all a great place to work for.
ROACH INFESTED!!! DO NOT RENT HERE!! DRUG DEALERS APPROACHED MY KID TO BUY DRUGS, JEAN THE APARTMENT MANAGER , CHARGES YOU FOR THINGS THAT YOU DID NOT BREAK, I ALMOST WAS ASSAULTED BY A MENTALLY ILL MAN THAT WAS LIVING THERE... FIND ANOTHER PLACE. I TRIED REACHING THE OWNERS TO COMPLAIN. THEY DO NOT CARE, AS LONG AS THEY GET THEIR RENT.
When it comes to property management firms they are very unresponsive to questions and have a lack of answers. I would steer clear...much better more responsible firms in Milwaukee.
I ve lived at my apartment for almost 8 years. Love love love it here! Super spacious, clean, professional, great prices, great neighbors! Bieck Management has always been on top of everything! Always updating this property. Looking for a place to rent? Bieck Management is your company to rent from!!!
The royal apartments are a great place to live. The maintenance is phenomenal, fast acting when something is wrong. landscaping is always clean and they always get right to the point of what needs to get fixed. they are just overall very nice and helpful and extremely professional.
Exceptional customer service and quality maintenance team. Well-kept landscape, too. Debbie is a wonderful manager and takes care of any issues promptly.
It s really hard to get in contact with someone here to do a showing. Then when you do they say the proprieties aren t vacant but yet they are advertising
There is a reason why this place is so poorly rated. This management company does not care about its tenants or prospective tenants. They will screw anyone over just to improve their bottom line, which includes making appointments they have no intention of keeping
I am being asked to move out. I have always paid my rent and have been a good tenant. Kelly of Bieck was appallingly rude and told me she doesn't have to give me a reason why. She was incredibly unprofessional. I can't believe she is allowed to treat people in that way. I work in customer service at a cancer center and I would never speak to anyone in that way. I hardly care I'm being asked to move. I'm upset by Kelly's inability to speak kindly. I do not recommend. The lower rent is not worth it. I will gladly move.
My issue was resolved, but I'd recommend tenants to keep every single receipt you receive (for example: security deposit and all rent checks). Also, keep a copy of your lease- you may need it even after you move out to another place.
My husband and I have rented from Bieck Management twice within a 20 year span. Our first apartment was managed by Bieck until the owner took it over. Currently we are living in the Germantown apartments and although everything isn't perfect, we have tenants that are not the most clean, and sometimes repairs are not done in a timely manner. Well, that changed when I decided to contact bieck directly and not rely on the property manager for every repair as he can get very busy. Whenever I need something fixed, issues with rent, etc. Bieck is always there to guide and help. I love Debbie and Kelly at the office-they are the best. Always kind, helping and understanding and they go above and beyond to help you with your needs. Thank you Bieck for everything you do.
Mike is great with the landscaping (property management), and he's definitely a mister fix it when I'm in a rut and can't seem to get to bieck quick right away. My only issues would be the up-keeping from some tenants, there's a smell that comes from the apartment on the lower level of my building and I've complained about it as well as other tenants. It's embarrassing to have company over as they always mention the smell, especially in the summer months when the hallways are warm. The odor reeks of garbage and dirt. Also, it would be nice to see some updating in the units.
PS The rent is affordable and is a great deal for the area. Germantown is expensive, and I think the apartments are reasonably priced.
Denise at Vermont Ct apartments refused to refund two applications ($40) after being denied and never notified us, rather led us on to believe we would get the unit. Claims to know all the up to date laws and doesnt understand how service animals law process works. Very unhappy!
I have been associated with Bieck management for over 21 years. I have never had any issues with the staff. They have always been quick to respond the any concerns That I have had, and staff is friendly and professional. Would recommend Bieck Management highly!
I have rented 2 different apartments from Bieck with 2 different managers and have never had any problems. Properties were as described in adds and priced fairly. If something ever needed to be repaired, they have fixed it right away. I see all the negative reviews and do not believe these people have ever actually rented from Bieck as I have never experienced any of the problems and they are always been there if any issues arose.
Is this management company that is forcing a gay couple to take their rainbow flags down ?? (Because decorating issues, but other apts have flags to and only they are being sent letter.) ANTI GAY MUCH. Pathetic management company ! Hope you go out business for your ignorance.
The maintenance is incredible! They had someone fix loosened siding before the storm was over! The whole property is kept clean, grass freshly cut, very nice and professional. My rental was an older building off to the side of their condos, and didn't have air conditioning. They put it in for me! Couldn't find nicer, more professional property managers.
Excellent experience living at the Frame Park Apartments on White Rock Ave in Waukesha. My husband and I were the first tenants to live in the newly remodeled upper 2 bedroom unit. They completely upgraded everything: carpets, bathroom, etc. It was very nice and spacious for living in an apartment complex. Steve the building manager was always so nice and friendly. If I did have an issue all I had to do was call the office and my problem was resolved within a reasonable time. Vacating the apartment was also an easy process thanks to Bieck Management. As long as you give ample notice, they are great with communicating with you on the necessary steps you must take when you move out. Of course there were times when neighbors were noisy (that's to be expected though when you live in the same building with multiple units) but overall it was quite for the most part. I highly recommend living here if you need something quite and cozy for a VERY reasonable price. -Kallie
Lived in 2 bedroom in Whitefish Bay. Unit was clean and on site team was responsive. Had to leave lease early and Bieck worked with me to re-rent unit. Overall, great experience!
This management company is HORRIBLE. I lived in a building for nearly 6 years, it was owned by a different company for over 4 of those years and we didn't have any problems. When Bieck took over everything went downhill fast. There was a terrible rat problem in the parking lot, rats were getting into people's cars and engines and destroying them. The tenants called and complained and nothing was done by Bieck. It took several people calling the city, who eventually came out to deal with the problem. There were still rats everywhere when we finally moved out in December. We had very little notice we had to move and Bieck did NOTHING to try to rent the apartment we were vacating, forcing us to pay the rent for the old apartment as well as our new one for two months. I passed along dozens of names to them of people who were interested in the unit, and told about 50 more interested parties to contact their office. Some how, every single one of them "didn't look like they would work out". The women in the office are terribly rude, as is Evan. When my husband asked why they told us they would "definitely be able to get our apartment rented before we had to pay" but still had made no effort despite all of the contacts they had gotten from us, Evan told him "I'm not sure what you do for a living, but I don't tell you how to do it". I literally did this man's job for him, finding dozens and dozens of people who wanted to rent it, including showing the apartment to them myself because Evan would never return phone calls or emails. Save yourself the hassle, the cost, the rat and bug infestations, the cops showing up at the building (and your own door) at all hours, and the unbelievably rude and incompetent employees and find a different company to rent from.
Paul, The Manager at the Candlelite Apt. on Maryland Ave. has kept this property in pristine condition inside and out. It's definitely a pleasure to live in this building.
Our washing machine has been broken for a week. After getting in touch with someone, she said the earliest someone can be sent out is in two weeks. The washer is an included amenity at this unit so to be told the earliest we ll get someone out to look at the washer is in 3 WEEKS is shocking. Everything has become more difficult since they have taken over. With old management, this washer issue would have been taken care of within days.
Horrible unprofessional people. Management acts like they are better than everyone else and are condescending and rude to tenants. I will never rent from them again.
COCKROACHES and BED BUG infestations. They also will lie about returning your security deposit and keep it. Corrupt and disgusting. They ve tried to blame multiple tenants for the bed bugs but hey why don t you fumigate the ENTIRE building you creeps not every single one of your tenants is responsible for your disgusting apartment buildings.
I just moved out of the apartment at 5171 N. Berkeley Blvd, Whitefish Bay, WI 53217 due to the health concerns. My bathtub faucet is leaking hot water for 8 months now. I have asked to repair this problem many times, as well as broken mailbox that I am afraid people can get my personal information. Windows cannot be locked from inside also a safety concern sine I have a daughter who is a minor living with me. There are more problems in my apartment, and I have asked the property managers to repair but they failed to take the responsibilities. I bet the mold is growing in my apartment for a long time that I did not aware of. I do aware of the apartment and the building smell very badly. I thought it might be the building is dirty. Now the weather is cold, and the heat is on. Windows are closed and hot water is non-stop running. I do not surprise that mold grows very quickly. I went to visit my family for a week, returning to the apartment and realize the visible mold is growing in my apartment, covering everything including my furniture. Then I realize how serious the situation is. I contacted the property managers, but they refused to take care of the mold. Evan Schell, the assistant manager went inside my apartment with me and saw mold everywhere in the living room, bedroom, and kitchen...etc. Instead of trying to remediate the problems as soon as possible, he replied me "I am not cleaning your apartment! Will he want himself and his family to live in an apartment has mold like that?? The mold growing in the building also post health issues to the tenants who are living in the same building. They do not admit their mistake and try to fix the problems to avoid the situation get worse and worse. We all know that plumbing repair is landlord's responsibility to prevent mold. Not to mention it is leaking hot water for 8 months! I feel very bad wasting water and energy like that. The worse is they do not care about the tenants' health and safety.
Bieck Management s Royal apartment is a mess. A completely bad impression of what rental service should be. Never clean out the hallways or come in a timely manner to fix something. Allowed me to move into an apartment with poor plumbing in the shower, although they were aware of the problems with it. Often time complain about what your doing as a tenant and does not uphold what they ask for a property manager. Would not recommend!
Jackie is very disrespectful! I was very excited about setting up a time to view a place with Bieck Management but after speaking with Jackie for only 10 seconds I decided to take my business else where. She is very snobby, sarcastic, and just plain rude. Yes! I experienced that in just 10 seconds with just speaking with her. Horrible customer service skills. I am very disgusted and shocked. IG someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning.
HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT: DO NOT EVER RENT WITH THEM. I leased with them for the better half of 2 years and I have a long long list of complaints, I'll only name a few here. I had packages stolen 5 months ago, it tool Bieck 2 MONTHS to even reply back to me, in which they "claimed" to have refunded me for my financial lost, they never did. I waited 2 years for them to put a lock on my storage unit. They never did. I waited 2 years for them to put screens in my windows, they never did. When my upstairs neighbors toilet was FLOODING my bathroom with urine and fecal matter, THERE IS NO EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE, THEY DIDNT RESPONDED THAT WHOLE NIGHT MY BATHROOM WAS FLOODING. And then they CHARGED ME upwards of $100 for CALLING MAINTENANCE, and claimed it was an "unnecessary call". Horrible management, horrible people.
Posting anonymously because I currently live here and don't want retaliation. I live in the Morgan Ave complex. The owner Adam was very nice the one time I had to interact with him, but the apartment manager Michelle should be fired for incompetence. For 2 years I have been here and not once has a single issue I brought to her attention been resolved properly as unbelievable as that fact sounds. -Took her 6 days to even reply to me about my A/C being broken during last years 90+ degree heat wave. -2 weeks for her to actually get someone to fix the dishwasher which was clogged and the water began to rot and smell so badly we had to stay at a hotel. -Multiple maint requests ignored. Doesn't matter if you put paper in her box or call or text her. It's like your request just goes into the void. -If you talk to Becky about how Michelle is not doing her job, Michelle lies and says she never got your text messages or calls (conveniently happens every time). -If her car is there and you knock on her door or ring the bell, she ignores it. A child was locked out of his home in winter and I had to call into work and let him stay in my house because, Michelle wouldn't come out of her house or answer her phone for several hours to help us (she never did to this day reply in any sense). -If you want to get anything actually done you need to contact Adam or Becky because Michelle is so non-confrontational that she will opt to do nothing. If someone is parked in your paid-for space she will lie and say she called a tow but the tow never shows and she'll instead make you play musical parking spaces with other tenants who get upset that you're now in THEIR spot. -Lies to you that she's working on a problem so she doesn't have to do any work, speaks way too fast, doesn't make sense and I would be continuing to stay in these apartments otherwise but Michelle is the reason we cannot stand to be here anymore. I've talked with my neighbors and we are in agreement that we don't know how she keeps her job when she hides in her apartment and lies to her boss about what she's actually doing. Get new management, she's costing you thousands and thousands of dollars from bad reviews and loss of tenants and you don't even know it.
Been living at one of their apartments for about 6 months now and have loved it. Nice neighbors and Michelle is a great landlord. Wonderful, updates units. Very cozy!
I have lived here for 3 years and bieck management has always been there to fix anything promptly. My stove went out and Angie ordered me a new one and with the pandemic it took 2 weeks understandably. Tim is always quick to help and fix anything. Bieck is understanding when I have been late on rent they have worked with me. I love renting from this company. Everything I is Whenalways clean. When I moved in everything was spotless and fresh. I live at the Bellevue location.
Horrible corporation to rent from. They make very little effort to communicate effectively with their tenants, require 60 days notice, and make little to no effort to re-rent apartments if you move out early. We always paid our rent on time. When we moved into a new place, we wanted to do it before it got too cold (October), and gave them 30 days notice. They informed us that we would have to pay for the month that we didn't live in the apartment. In an effort to help them re-rent, I sent them several applicants who had reached out to me interested in the place. They sent us a letter with what we would owe them for the month we wouldn't live there, and said that they would pro-rate (return a portion of the money we paid) the amount when they re-rented it. We sent a check which they didn't cash for over two weeks. In those two weeks our bank account had been compromised and we had to close the account. They contacted us (after not re-renting the apartment despite the four weeks that had gone by since we moved out) threatening to send us to collection. They also said that if we ever wanted to rent from them again that this would be a bad mark on our record. They don't have to worry though since we will never be renting from them again.
Me and my boyfriend currently live at their apartments in Bellevue/Green Bay Wi. And so far our experience has been great. Great people/environment. Maintenance and laundry on site. And anything we ve ever needed help or assistance with has always gotten done right away. apartment comes with a garage and we still pay such a reasonable amount with our rent not going up even once. Certainly can t complain
i wouldnt rent anything from these rude people the Lady Jackie was sooo rude to me and my daughter,i would not rent to my dog there. and the pics are not up to date, i had to leave 1 star to post my review i wish i didnt have to post any stars!
Loved my apartment on Martin Dr. Landlord was typically always on site and was extremely friendly and helpful if anything ever went wrong. Building is well maintained and comes at a great price point. Would definitely rent from Bieck Management again.
Have lived in our apartment building for ten years. We have had excellent experience with the management staff . They are very professional and always willing to correct any problems that may occur. Joe, our maintenance manager, is by far a very knowledgeable and capable member of their staff - always here on a moment's notice when needed and corrects issues that need correcting. Looking forward to many more years ahead!
Awful, absolutely awful management. I called the office to notify them that I was putting my two months in and was told to send a letter to confirm so that it was in writing. They somehow never got the letter and didn't notify me until a month later that my two months wasn't in. And then at that point, they claimed I would have to do a three month notice! Greedy people who don't care about their tenants, they only care about money. And they're an unorganized staff who are rude and disrespectful. Not to mention, I didn't have a working smoke detector for the first four months I was living here. Overall the worst rental management I've ever experienced. They will screw you over in any way they can.
I am currently living in an apartment run by bieck management. It is honestly terrible dealing with them. Here is my most recent experience with them regarding a carbon monoxide leak: I call my apt manager around 4pm on March 24 saying my carbon monoxide detector (that says replace by dec. 2015 on it) went off a couple times that morning and she says... "Ok well close all your windows and call me if it goes off again." It does an hour later and I call her back and she says "Ok well i'll be by to replace it in an hour, its probably just malfunctioning." 2 hours later she comes to replace it with a new one and tells me to shut my windows again. About an hour later the new one starts going off! I call her and am like, shouldn't I contact the fire dept or something? And she says "no they wont be able to do anything i'll come over and shut off your gas heater and stove and someone will be over there monday to see whats going on. So she comes to shut the stuff off and gives me a 10 minute lecture on how i should clean the grease off my stove top (which is basically baked on and not much of it) and how that will attract the roaches. The roaches have been a problem since last year. Multiple tenants have had them and I have only seen 2-3 in my own apt in the past year. The roaches are not coming from my apartment. And honestly I think they are coming from the walls of the building itself but bieck it too cheap to even find out the source of the problem. Not to mention after a recent conversation with a neighbor this past weekend, they told me they were not even aware there were roaches in the building! But that is besides the point, my manager basically said if I didn't clean the stove I would get a letter, this was just a deflection from the bigger problem at hand- WHICH WAS THAT THERE WAS A CARBON MONOXIDE LEAK IN MY APARTMENT. She gave me a space heater for the wait until monday- which i'm pretty sure is a fire hazard in itself. And today the maintenance came and said the reason the carbon monoxide detector was going off was because there was so much soot in the gas heater that it clogged the flue and essentially caused the gas to back up into the apartment! This was basically a result of poor management and lack of maintenance of a basic gas heater that bieck management is responsible for. The way they handled my carbon monoxide detector going off was slow and unprofessional. I had to sit in the apt for at least 4 hours with this toxic fume in the air. Complete lack of regard for tenant life and their rights. Through all this hassle bieck management only gave me a $50 rent credit. It makes me wonder how many other tenants have similar issues. People's lives are nothing to mess with. People are more important than profits. This will not be the last they hear of this.
Do everything you can to make sure your property is not associated with an employee named Kelly or you dont have to work with her on your lease or with issues that come up with your place. Without her it's a decent property management company with good service.
I've lived in one of Bieck Managements facilities for over a year now and the people who work for this company have always been very friendly and accommodating. The location and upkeep of the building is well maintained. The apartments are well kept and the price for the quality and location is fair. I would reccomend this company to others.
I moved in recently and had a great experience. The management staff helped answer all of my questions and took care of a few concerns that I had the same day! Great value and location!
Do not rent from these people. You will not get your security deposit back and also read the lease agreement closely. One year lease agreement end up being multi year agreement to them. You won't be able to get the apartment clean enough and you will be charged $500 for professional cleaning no matter what. Thanks for your response Mr Beick and I received your letter stating I owe you another $500 even after you re-rented the apartment...again, stay far away from this company of crooks.
This place is a complete joke and I will never rent from them again. Apartments may look decent but the management company lacks any customer service and is completely unorganized. They have lost my rent check on more then one occasion, then mysteriously find it after you present your receipt. Save yourself the headache.
Was a horrible experience. Not friendly people at all and will harass you to get what they want. I've never felt so disrespected before. The price is the only good thing about the apartments. I recommend you stay away. Plenty of other options out there.
I have rented from multiple companies in Milwaukee from Dominion Properties to Shoreline. This is by far the best company I have rented from. I feel like it is truly due to the specific property manager. Jackie managed the Wellington Apartments. She is very forward, communicates well and is honest. I have never had a better property manager. I would highly recommend renting from Bieck/Jackie. Sad to leave after 2 years.
Do NOT pursue any apartments run by Bieck Management. I've experienced nothing but problems as a tenant and strongly suggest not living here. Worst apartment experience I've ever had. The property manager was very immature and got upset with any maintenance issues that arose, not to mention the companies office ladies were always rude and hard to deal with. Please stay away!!!
I moved into the Royal Apartments in Whitewater at the beginning of September and had positive experiences all around. The new property manager is always responsive and helped with an emergency that I had the very next day, even going far enough as to completely replace the toilet. Every time I have seen workers from the apartment, it has been a pleasurable experience. I believe that the changing of property managers has done wonders for the tenants living here.
I've lived in a Bieck Management property for only a few months now, but have had a great experience so far. The property is spacious and well kept. The grounds are very well maintained. I have only made a few, very minor maintenance requests and they are super responsive and professional.
My family and I love Bieck Management! Bellevue properties are always updated, clean and our property managers are amazing! Always prompt when we need something fixed!
The door knob and deadbolt will not unlock from the outside and the property manager says theyll get someone soon even tho the website says 24hr matienence... its been 2 weeks and still no functional door knob or locks for that matter. I'm currently unable to get into the apartment from the outside which means someone has to be home in order to let me in. In the midst of it not unlocking, the knob completely falls out of the door.. guess who had to replace it? Us, property manager gave us the knob and expected us to do it ourselves. Mind you she didnt give us a key for it and the deadbolt does not match the knob . The matienence guy was AT THE PROPERTY today and apparently our door knob wasnt on the list even tho we cant even lock the bottom and leave the house? We call beick and someone there says that it will be fixed today... well the matinence guy left so who's supposed to put the knob and new dead bolt on our door so we can actually get in???? Other than the complete safety issue this is and Bieck wanting us to do matinence now ???? What a joke. Stay far away from here.
Rented from Bieck at the Candlelight Apartments on Maryland Ave on Milwaukee's Eastside for about 3 or 4 years. My property manager Paul was great and always available when things needed fixing. Nice property and well taken care of. Rent was affordable as well. Would definitely recommend renting from that location.
The worst apartment management system around. They come up with lies to charge you extra when you leave. They charge you extra months rent even tho your lease is up. The so called maintenance man that was sapost to take care of my apartment would never come fix anything that was broken With the apartment. And now because of him not doing his job, I am forced to pay for it. The day I moved in the carpet was destroyed and looked like crap and they are trying to make me pay for it even tho I cleaned the carpet multiple times trying to make it look better. They also are stating there are burn holes throughout the carpet even though i never smoked inside the apartment. My lease was up at the end of July but they are trying to make me pay for the apartment until September 30th.
DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! Half of their staff including office manager Jeanie are the RUDEST people I have ever worked with. Most recently, we have been without a working toilet for almost 12 hours. We were told that it was up to their discretion to send an emergency plumber. We literally have no access to a restroom and there was no empathy shown. Instead I was treated rudely as if my resquest was a bother. If you value quality, please find another rental company.
- CALL 911 - Bieck has a PHYSICALLY VIOLENT PERSON working at their Cudahy location on lake drive. One person got thrown by him. I got verbally assaulted and he almost came after me. Every single tenant in the building has a story of being severally mistreated as we have seen this every time we share our story. Bieck chooses not to remove him. This is serious and not a joke or intensified. There are 8 really bad stories I will not share to save time for everyone reading this. Why??????????????????
