Eric and Chandler are freaking incredible... Eric is an incredibly knowledge sales agent but is 100% transparency, easy to work with, and goes above and beyond to ensure you are happy with the deal.. He even stayed with me after business hours & after I signed for the car to show me all the cool bells and whistles of my new Audi.

Chandler... wow, one of the nicest people I've dealt with hands down. Sweet, knowledgeable and uses story telling to offer perspective into why certain options might make more sense to have/not have. Great people and absolutely love my new car. Thank you both.

I would leave a zero star if I could. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Received verbal harassment from their financial lead employer. Absolutely awful encounters all around. Wish that I had gone elsewhere for my vehicle purchase. Would not wish my experience with the employers of this Audi dealership on anyone. Stems from the top down.

If you do business with them be prepared for the worst horrendous disgusting customer service.
And I'm not over exaggerating!!!
This people will make your life a well after you do business with them
They will make all that is under their power to make you take their super high interest rate even if you have a lower one with your bank.
They are tight with "dead lines" only if it is convenient for them but when they won't do anything to help you.
I traded my car for one of the car and they didn't pay the debt. They have my car and I continue paying for that car even tho they already have it their power.
They are a SCAM

Helen Stredder was awesome! This was my first time leasing a vehicle so I had the typical expectations of buying a car from a dealership but Helen never made me felt pressured and went above and beyond to get me into the car I wanted. We made a deal over the phone and when I arrived at the dealership the car was clean and ready for me to pick up. I was only there for about an hour! If you re in the market for an Audi ask for Helen at Santa Monica Audi.

I purchased by Audi A4 last December, and have been so pleased with the excellent customer service Santa Monica Audi has provided me. My service advisor, Jake Silbergeld, is absolutely AMAZING. I have leased many cars over the past few years and have dealt with many service advisors, but Jake has been, by far, the BEST. He gave me the ultimate VIP treatment when I took my car in to be serviced and was extremely kind. Although I have had some problems with my car, Jake has made up for all the agony I have experienced! I highly recommend Santa Monica Audi and give their customer service 5 stars!

She and her manager Ash Ali got me the car I wanted at a competitive price and went out of their way to make sure I was happy. Beyond furious at Santa Monica Audi right now. First of all they managed to lose my garage clicker from my previous car, after confirming that they had found it. "They" referring to the sales manager David. He then proceeded to blame it on the "not so bright receptionist" that had previously worked there at the timeframe that the clicker was lost. That's an extremely inappropriate and unprofessional thing to say. I also did not receive a 2nd key when I purchased the car. He told me they would locate and send it or order a new one. I followed up multiple times about both items. At first he responded and continued to remind me about the "survey" that he needed a good review on. I gave him a great review and then he didn't follow up after that. 3 weeks later I had not received my garage clicker or 2nd key and then I got a call from my previous loan servicer that my vehicle had not been paid off and I had 4 days before they would report it the credit bureaus. Needless to say, I was furious. Again I reached out to David and his manager and got a half ass response. [Side note, California state law states that trade-ins are supposed to be paid off within 21 days.] After leaving a message with the finance department and calling Audi customer service, I finally physically drove to the dealership to find out that they "forgot to sign the check." Although they re-sent the check, I still had to make a payment on a car I don't even own anymore because of their errors to avoid ruining my good credit. It's really a shame because the car itself is beautiful, but everything about the buying experience from them left a really bad taste in my mouth. Love Audi but I would NEVER deal with this dealership again.

I had a pretty bad experience getting service for ...

I had a pretty bad experience getting service for my 2009 Audi R8 here.

I brought in the car for various different reasons and explained them well. The brakes felt like they needed new pads at the very least, the fuel sensor needed to be replaced. I also wanted the suspension/electronic stabilization checked, full diagnostics and inspection. The most important of everything was an electrical issue I noticed where the car randomly turned off.

After six days of having the car and not communicating much, they said my car was ready. I go to pick it up and they had only changed the sensor, nothing else. All of these issues were listed on the service papers but they only did one. They did quote me for 4 hours of diagnostics but they clearly never did it and said did not find any issues.

Now the fuel sensor job is pretty simple unless the engine oil needs to be flushed, otherwise the car needs an oil change. So the advisor basically told me that the oil did need to be changed and they charged me for the oil change and sensor replacement. I took the car to another mechanic and it was clear they never did the oil change either.

Took the car elsewhere and they fixed the electrical issue, found a problem with the suspension programming, as well as the actually fully checking the car, all within 5 hours.

Things this dealership missed:

1. Magnetic suspension issue
2. Faulty battery
3. Carbon buildup in engine
4. Issue with engine wiring
5. Mass airflow sensor replacement

Two stars because they did at least replace the fuel sensor.

Recently obtained a vehicle from Santa Monica Audi! Dreading the car purchasing/leasing experience, I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by this dealership. Having researched that they had consistently positive reviews and were the best in customer service in the area, i found those claims to be true. Derek Randolph was my salesperson who exceeded my expectations and made the experience positive. Highly recommend SM Audi if you are looking to obtain an Audi!!

Do not buy pre-owned vehicles from them. I should have been suspicious when I saw that the vehicle was priced 1,000 $ under market value.

1. Within two weeks it started having transmission issues. The transmission now needs to be replaced.
2. Turns out the vehicle had previously been in an accident. Internal damages had not been repaired. It was covered up by a sloppy body repair. None of this was reported in carmax/ disclosed beforehand.

Save yourself the time and money and buy from a reputable dealer that conducts proper inspections and is straight forward with its customers.

I bought a preowned Q3 over the weekend (3/6) and had to share what a pleasant experience I had. Based on past experiences with other dealers I had my reservations. Luckily, Omar, the sales person was very pleasant and easy to work with. He was courteous, helpful and was not pushy at all. Even though I can tell he was swamped with other customers, he took his time and addressed all my questions and concerns. Tegan, our finance officer was the same. 100% professional. All around great team!

Helen Stredder has been outstanding and professional from the start to finish. No bait and switch, and she delivered as promised. We live in San Gabriel Valley and there're quite a few Audi dealers within 15 minutes and we're more than happy to drive across town to complete the transaction.

When it comes to finance, Michael was straightforward and we got everything done in less than 30 minutes.

Before driving home, Steve did an awesome job of describing the features of the vehicle in detail.

Overall, we couldn't be happier with the whole experience. The whole team was professional, transperant and courteous. Not to mention that they were able to offer me the price no other dealers are willing to match. Thanks again and keep up the good work.

I do business with Chris Haugen, he is extremely professional and easy to work with. It is a lot better working with the lease manager than a normal walk in salesperson, you don't have to sit around waiting for the back and fourth of the sales manager game. He does the numbers right in front of you while you sit in his office, once you shake hands on the deal because he's a manager you are in and out of finance and in your new car in half the time. Make an appointment with him because he is always beyond busy.

I recently dealt with the Santa Monica Audi Service Department. I was 50 miles away from home when my brand new car (purchased at Costa Mesa Audi ) brokedown in Santa Monica. Angel Aguilera ( service advisor ) and Tammy Waitas (service manager) exceeded my expectations in their handling of a very stressful situation for me. They were kind and very professional . They explained what caused the " Drive System Malfunction" and did more than fix the failed coil by replacing the other 3 to make me feel safe and secure. Even though I live 50 miles away from Santa Monica Audi, I will take my car there for future services. Thank you so much Tammy and Angel for giving me the best service experience that I have ever had!!!!!!!.

I just left this dealership, and had a very underwhelming experience. It took ten minutes for anyone to even come up to us. We weren't offered any information, outside of a brochure, not even a test drive. There were about four salesmen just sitting around. Clearly, they did not want our business.

The car took much longer than I was told it would....

The car took much longer than I was told it would. I was rung and told it was ready so I ubered over, I had a lot of luggage with me. NoOne offered to help me, service guy was rude and just disappeared, car wasn t ready. I stood there for 15 mins before anyone even said anything. The car was apparently cleaned it hadn t been. And a brand new 40 dollar JUUL electric cigarette from the console had been stolen. I checked the car throughout before calling to mention this. I was put on hold, on hold again, the phone cut out. I called back and back and back. No one had an answer. Finally a few days later Ken emailed and Said he wanted a receipt of the item, I sent it An he said he would forward to his manager. Two weeks have passed and no Cheque. I will not be going to an Audi dealer for the further 2000 dollars worth of work. I have instead found and honest, polite Workman who will do the job for less. It s in Culver City and called fox car now. It was much cheaper and a great job explaining everything. Thanks for nothing audi. Public review is also being posted as seen above on any public forum that will let me.

I found the service at Audi Santa Monica to be terrific! Jake, my service adviser, was helpful and attentive. He also was quite knowledgeable and gave me good tips on how to work my bluetooth. I want to recommend Audi Santa Monica's service department to all Audi Owners. A few months ago, I advised them to develop a loaner program when the car was being serviced. Recently, I was notified that they will have it all set up in a few months. They really try to listen to their customers.

This review is for the service department of Santa...

This review is for the service department of Santa Monica Audi. I've brought my Audi here for regular services. The "misses" Santa Monica Audi had:
- When changing my brakes they installed the wrong brakepads - I am lucky to still be alive
- When doing the regular services, they missed to replace fallen of screws at the bumper, which caused my bumper to fall off eventually and needing replacement...a $1300 miss, which they deflected
- When asking to adjust the height of my frontlights (which were clearly too high) and which btw is also mentioned in the official service manual, they said "it is already at the min". Looking into it by myself, it turned out to be a lie...they have not even touched or looked at it...so I watched a youtube video and adjusted the 2 screws to bring the headlight to the correct height by myself
- They charge a whopping $240 per hour for their services...they offer to do a needed repair for $1500 ($600 parts, $900 labor). When asking my trusted 5 star yelp review mechanic , he offered me the same service for $800 total (including $600 original audi parts)

My advise: Go there for having a chat with the likeable service advisor but bring your car somewhere else for repairs...

Great car shopping experience at SM Audi! Ask for Noah when looking to buy a car at this dealership. He was easy to talk to, very knowledgeable about his Audi vehicles as well as the competitors, and was never pushy about making the sale. Ehab, the sales person who attended me, was great. Excellent customer service. No pressure-tactics. Although I didn't buy my car here for reasons unrelated to the dealer's offerings, I was left with a very positive impression. Ehab was extremely patient. Of the over 5 dealers I visited, he provided the best customer service, informing me and educating me in a way that made me feel that Santa Monica Audi genuinely cared. I look forward to buying my next car here.

I went to this dealer to lease a car for my wife but unfortunately the salesman Willie didn't want to help and show me the right car because he said the car is in a storage and too much work for him and start explaining i have to make appointment wich i tried afew days before no one called me back that's why i decided to walk in and then he start showing me prints on their windows to why he can't help (he asked at the beginning if i need help or not) then he changed his mind, was very rude and unprofessional I asked for someone else the receptionist called Eric but he didn't show up too and i left the dealer.
Please don't go here they don't deserve your business if they're not aggressive to sell you a car.
