Very bad service and misleading sales. Based on the advice and warned of nothing. Wanted one large mattress but the advice was two separate mattresses. Going with the advice, but this advice is not satisfactory in practice. Only after 8 weeks a complaint is handled, one by them as resolved, but there is no option to exchange because it is mandatory to exchange for a mattress of the same. I feel deceived and ripped off. 1600 over the bar! So watch out for people. Guarantee to the door!
Friendly people but it takes a lot and way too long
Super bad service. No response to questions by e-mail and sales is more important than keeping agreements. No form of complaint! So read the fine print carefully. What they say doesn't match the service! Of course they deny everything and feel no responsibility. I'm not buying anything here anymore. Let's go to the competition!

Bought 2 mattresses in Almelo on Monday by appointment. What a great and nice saleswoman we had. Extensive knowledge of the range and taking into account that we both have a lot of back problems. Now slept 2 nights and have not slept so well in recent years and much less back pain when getting up. I definitely recommend Beter bed and if we need a mattress again, Beter bed again.
Bulky thunders I order a mattress of 2x90cm I get 160cm and I can no longer exchange. They sew you an ear of 800 euros and you have nowhere to go

What a bad service! An order with 3 items placed and heard nothing for two weeks. Written an email twice and no response. Called, 30 minutes on hold, then told that 2 items are no longer available. When I asked why I didn't get a response and I wasn't informed either, I was told it was very busy. Now wait 2 weeks for my money.

Incompetent employees with a bad sense of service. Think only of their own commercial targets and are focused on quick sales. Building a long relationship (which one thinks of in a good company) does not know Beter bed.
Topper ordered in August, 2 weeks later it would be in the house. 4 weeks later (after ordering) no form of communication enjoyed from Beter Bed side (have to call / email all the time). After 8 weeks of waiting (because according to conditions, the selling party after expected delivery date 30 days to obtain extra time for delivery) still without topper. The initiative was taken to come up with an interim solution, namely a loan topper, people had not even thought of this yet. Then the lien topper received and again have to wait for the actually ordered topper.
In the beginning of November it was announced that the topper was in stock and that this could be brought along, but the handling (financial, or any compensation) was not spoken. Subsequently, but walked in at the University of Maastricht for a while to ask in a neat way how they looked at it. Both the manager and employees are not suitable for this work and certainly not for a sentence like '' client is king '' to carry!
In the end I paid and picked up the topper, but what a drama of an organization.
P.S: district manager and head office also does not give it their home, although they communicate somewhat better.

Unbelievably bad service. With broken mattress no trade-in guarantee but vouchers. Service technician can only come after 5 months while I can not sleep from the back pain on mattress. Never go to Beter Bed.
Good after-sales service. A hinge of our slatted base had broken. We have had these slatted bases for a number of years. Contacted Beter Bed via a chat session. We were asked to send an email with a photo. Photo sent and a few days later we received the message that as soon as the part was received, it would be sent to us completely free of charge. And so it happened.

You could exchange a better bed mattress for another. You have a trial period etc. etc. When we got home we decided to buy a mattress and paid online. But not before we have asked for advice by telephone about the dimensions that we had to order. A week later we received the mattresses and unfortunately. Just too small! No problem, I thought. I neatly pack them up again and within an hour I had a better bed on the line. What do you think! They say they won't take the mattress back! because it is open and used (1 hour). And exchange is only allowed within the same size. This smells of deception and scams. I have in any case turned to my legal assistance insurance. According to European legislation you can return a new and unused product to the store free of charge. Beterbed ... very bad of you! In addition, the following. In the store, there was never a single moment about discount. The moment we got home we saw that there was a 14% discount online that day. It seems that they also have some sort of competition between the branches and online and actually do not want to help each other. Dear better bed I hope you read this and come up with an appropriate solution because this is not supposed to be. Order number 20308636
