Trainers at this place great. They pay attention to detail. Various equipment are available and kept clean. They have someone who goes around making sure it's sanitary. People are helpful and available when you need them.

Love the place, the only reason I am rating it 4 stars is because the outdoor lap pool is kinda dirty, in lane 1 and 5 you see the dirt accumulating a little bit and once I found a band aid in the pool lol- but overall amazing and clean place :)

They don't answer phones and don't return calls when you leave a message but they keep charging your account after leaving messages to cancel your membership

This exercise place offers a TON of free classes and their monthly rate is cheaper than most.

I have only ever been here for the physical therapy and overall it was a great experience. The therapists are all skilled and qualified and very helpful and friendly. They have helped me with both a knee and a shoulder problem and would recommend their services to most anyone

I used LifestylesRX after my medical issue and they were fantastic.

LifeStyle is a great fitness club with tons of equipment, basketball courts, lap pools and more. My wife love it for the classes and I love that I never have to wait for the equipment I want to use. The staff is wonderful and after working out there for the past 6 years we consider them our friends .

Been working out for 23 years and been a member at about a dozen gyms during that time, and this one by far was my favorite.

Only reason I left was the fact I moved out of state. I still miss it, and it's been 6 years.

The two pools were not too crowded, on the sun deck and by the pool it felt like being in a resort on vacation. The indoor upstairs gym is very modern with so many different types of workout machines. The place has good air conditioning and lots of locker space.

Great place to work out and relax by the pool. Many excellent classes from yoga and dance to TRX and in pool movement for seniors. Staff is very helpful. Facility is clean and cool in the summer months. Work out equipment for all skill levels from heavy free weights to elastic stretch band.

Expensive, but nice. They've consistently shortened the open hours over the years.. because I work nights, LifestyleRx just cant accomodate my "Lifestyle"... if they were open til midnight or later it would be 5 stars ! Boohoo

Coming here is a treat for me! It is a friendly, extremely well kept facility with something for everyone... from little children to seniors. Locker rooms have everything you would need to feel clean and ready for the day... shower, body wash, lotion, blowdryers, and personal products (for the ladies of coarse). I have transformed myself... physically and mentally coming here. Thanks Lifestyles RX!

Excellent gym for recovering patients or people with any limited physical capacity. I was working out in program designed for people during and post cancer treatments. They had expressed designed for each level.
There r other programs too. Very good quality gym, which also has TRX equipment.

My sister has had knee replacement surgery and physical therapy sessions with good results. Now the second knee is up for post surgical physical therapy. I know the results will be just as good.

This gym, though up there in price, is well worth the extra cost if you weigh the benefits. The facility is pleasantly clean and in a good state of repair. None of the tattered support cushions or "out of order" signs on the machines that seem like the norm in the more "popular" gym complexes. The staff is friendly and attentive and the facility feels secure and welcoming. The range of workout equipment is very good, with extra amenities throughout, such a saunas and steam rooms to accent the locker rooms to a massive indoor basketball court and three pools.
If you're looking for high quality, the three bucks or so a day that the monthly fee breaks down to is well spent here. 5+ stars.

3 pools including one heated indoor therapy pool tons of classes personal training available massage therapists available many machines available huge free weight section. The price is on the higher side but for everything you get it is worth it!

Upper management refuses to relocate the bike rack to the front of the building where bikes will be visible to staff. MULTIPLE bikes have been stolen. It is about an hour's work with hammer drill and expansion screws. You would think they would want their members to cycle to the gym instead of driving. People are afraid to ride to the gym now because of all the thefts. The security personnel are not a deterrent.
