I co-signed a student loan for a "friend" who I hadn't talked to in a decade. I am a widower with a 6 year old daughter who just got slapped with a garnishment that I wasn't aware of. I have talked to representatives there several times about arranging a payment plan. They refuse to lift any order and make an agreement with me. Life is pretty hard when you're a single father who gets 25% of my wages taken away for the next 5 years when I wasn't aware that the money was due. I'm going to have to leave my job that I like, so I can go back to plumbing because I can get paid under the table. I understand that the money is due, and I'm willing to fulfill my debts as angry as it makes me, but Javitch Block is forcing me to quit just so my daughter can have X-mas, and I can keep my apartment. Such an awful organization.

Received letter from them demanding money from a credit card back from ten years ago. The card was in arrears however, it was paid off in full. It was from Washington Mutual which was the largest US bank failure (307 billion) ever in the US. I had no paperwork to prove it was paid for and since the bank went out of business, there was no one to contact. The bank was purchased by Chase. I called Chase and they had no record of me ever having an account with them. I am fighting with this immoral and disgraceful business now over this. They are nasty, it takes over 30 minutes to hold per each phone call intentionally I'm sure. They do not send documents as agreed. They are corrupt and should be charged as such.

Absolutely Terrible! I would give a zero but that's not an option. The receptionist is atrocious. Completely unprofessional! If you hate your job that much and people don't be in the field that's requires talking to people.

Paid them in 2012 for an accident that happened in 2004 that I had no clue about getting sued for until I went to renew my license in 2010 when I moved back to Ohio. Then 2 years later, I get pulled over by the police because of a suspended license on a judgement suspension dating back to that accident and lawsuit. We agreed on a settlement which is what they got from me and apparently they didn't live up to their part of the deal. Now, I'm still fighting with them for that receipt and I agreed to pay them the balance on a payment arrangement because they are the almighty God when it comes to your livelihood and transportation. So,now I pay them $100 a month and more times than not, the money spent get applied to my account until I get pulled over again yup find out about a suspension and call them up and they apply it to the account.
Overall, between the lawsuit, reinstatement fees, impound fees and all the other b.s. it had costed me over $15,000 all because they don't want to do their job and hold up on their side of the deals. Btw, the lawsuit was just about $4200
