Last Friday I went to the better-bed store with my girlfriend (14 February) for an advice meeting. In that conversation the woman reflected great guarantees. You could exchange a better bed mattress for another. You have a trial period etc. etc. When we got home we decided to buy a mattress and paid online. But not before we have asked for advice by telephone about the dimensions that we had to order. A week later we received the mattresses and unfortunately. Just too small! No problem, I thought. I neatly pack them up again and within an hour I had a better bed on the line. What do you think! They say they won't take the mattress back! because it is open and used (1 hour).
