Best Western Royal Brock Hotel Review

Daughter said the bed was too hard, but enjoyed her stay.

BE WARNED. THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR CARD WITHOUT ASKING, FOR INCIDENTALS. I WAS CHARGED 75 DOLLARS WITHOUT CONSENT AND IT HAS BEEN 5 DAYS AND THE MONEY HAS NOT BEEN RETURNED. SHAME ON YOU DELTA WHILE YOU COLLECT MILLIONS OF DOLLARS OF PEOPLE'S MONEY FOR YOUR OWN INVESTMENT. ################################## TO THE RESPONSE OF DELTA. DON'T BE FOOLED ..... THEY DID CHARGE ME WITHOUT ASKING TO CHARGE MY CARD AND IT HAS BEEN OVER 5 BUSSINESS DAYS AND STILL HAS NOT BEEN TAKEN OFF MY VISA CARD. THE WOMAN KEPT SAYIMG "YOUR NOT BEING CHARGED SIR" THATS FUNNY B/C I HAD TO PAY MY CREDIT CARD OVER THE WEEKEND. SO YES IM BEING CHARGED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Food was very disappointing and the wait to actually get the food was ridiculously long.

Fantastic suite and service. The reception was extraordinarily helpful and enthusiastic. The bed was comfortable and the room was well maintained. The room and service would get five stars.

The breakfast buffet was overpriced and disappointing. I would suggest eating elsewhere or ordering from the menu.

Blue Mountain is always a great place to visit, everything looks amazing there and everyone is happy and cheerful. Lots of activities for all the ages, from the young kids to adults and seniors.
We stayed in Grand Georgian this time, Village Studio sweet that is looking on the pool and the jacuzzi, although it was clean but you feel it is old, the voices of those who were in the jacquzzi can be heard clearly from the room and also Saturday late afternoon and night music were very loud and can be heard from inside.
However, as we enjoy so much, I would always recommend the place, maybe not this hotel, and I will definitely go there again and again, this was like the 5th time we go to it.

Stayed here a corporate event. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the food however is great.

We had a short stay but the room was beautiful and we enjoyed our time!

We ended up staying there as a backup plan, rooms were very nice. Wasn't a huge fan of the restaurant, pretty expensive, not particularly good.

Very nice clean hotel with a nice complimentary gym access. Marriot hotels have always treated me well. Friendly and pleasant staff and clean rooms. 4 stars because you have to pay 14 dollars for parking in a small university city hotel

All walls remained upright. Sturdy overall construction. Floors were also quite level.

A very nice comfortable room w/ well appointed amenities. My room had 2 televisions but only 1 worked. I reported the problem the first day I was there but they were unable to rectify the issue. That said, if I were in Guelph again, I d have no problem staying at this location.

Very happy with the service. We did not stay for a meal because there were unfortunately no vegan options for one of our guests.

The location is convenient as it's in the University area. There are a lot of good restaurants nearby, while Delta has their own restaurant right outside their main building. The staff is friendly and premises are impeccable. The hotel has plenty of parking available.

Rooms are clean, staff is friendly, and the amenities seem like the usual. Breakfast seems like nothing special and costs extra but is available.

Went book a room, they had rooms but after whispering together the clerks told me they had no rooms left. Mind you I will as tired and had work clothes on, but it was clear they used my appearance to decide if a room was available.

Been to this hotel many times and enjoyed it. That's why we always come back to this hotel when we are in glueph. However this experience was very upsetting as our door key had to he changed 4 time as it never worked. Our bed sheets has stains yet they didnt do anything except say we are sorry but yet everytime we went out had to get front desk to open our door. Very disappointed
