Nice rooms. Comfortable. Good breakfast. Did not get chance to have cocktail hour. Did not use pool. Rooms could be better designed. No power outlet at desk. No towel rack or hanger for hand towels at sink. Shower curtain kept sliding open.
Very easy to get to from Sky Harbor airport. Amazing mountain views. Clean rooms and grounds. Breakfast was fresh and plenty of variety. Easy access to and from hwy 51. Staff was friendly and greared us with smiles whenever we saw them. Clean pool and hot tub. They had grills for cooking. Microwave and fridge in room. Flat screen TV with cable and fast free wifi.
An amazing stay. Was suprised the location was a Best Western. Felt and looked more like a private resort. Staff was amazingly helpful and friendly.
Good. Comfortable. Enjoyed the evening happy hour for relaxation.
We did choose the "bargain" rated rooms, so perhaps it is a case of you get what you pay for. The room was poorly maintained, (i.e. paint layered upon paint so thick on the door hinges it flaked off when you opened the door, the toilet not steadily anchored to the floor.) The really bothersome problems were the style of sheets that hardly cover the"pillowtop" part of the mattress and snap off the first time you roll over, and the parts of the room that had not been vacuumed in so long that you could write your initials in the dust - if you dared to touch it. The fact that the rooms were next to a busy road and the traffic noise was our wake up call was just part of what you get with the less expensive rooms.
I will avoid this particular Innsuites establishment in the future, and advise my friends to do the same.

Didn't have our reservation available when we got into town at 2:00am our time due to overbooking. Had to find another place to stay after a 20 hour work and travel day.
There was no hot water and there was construction going on in the room next to us the whole morning that kept us awake. Very frustrating to not get sleep and take cold showers. However it was a really nice hotel and the breakfast and staff were amazing just wish those two things didn't happen otherwise I'd rate it a 5.

Best bed we had on our cross-country drive. Clean, stylish rooms, very reasonable pet fee (unlike several other places we tried in Phoenix), and an extensive free breakfast. Wish we could have stayed there longer.
Nice clean rooms. Not perfect though. Had a scorpion in my pants when I woke up! Welcome to AZ.

Pool and area around pool and exterior were very clean. Staff were very nice and helpful. Updated room was pretty good. Lots of USB ports available around the room, a nice convenience. I would definitely recommend this place.

I turned the jets on in the tub and worms came flying out. The guy at the front was kind and did not give us any fuss about giving us a full refund.
The room was clean, bed comfortable, but they use a deodorizer in there rooms and its quite strong.
Exceptionel place! The room was just clean and the receptionist was friendly. I asked for a Phone charger that fits in US sticks and wupti, she found one and gave it to me, free! All in all, a very nice place :-)

Typical midwestern ... tr oh ed to get a tea bag and re eptionist said they are out in the "24 hr tea and coffee". But there was one chain bag. "I don't have access to the kitchen ...' (staffed by other Arizo a residents.... If it were not that the good Ggene's stayed on the coasts and the poor educational sysstem. I would be disappointed.
Low cost, great location. I came here for a work conference that was at a nearby resort. Rooms were fairly priced, and updated. Clean and nice, breakfast was good too!

Very pleased! Room and linens very clean. Excellent continental breakfast. Impressed with the variety of food offered. Also, very economical. Surrounding area is great, we went hiking and there is a Sprouts and Walgreens less tha a mile away. Highly recommend.

The food bar..BREAKFAST IS AS IF YOUR AT HOME PICK AND CHOOSE...My kids especially love the pancake maker had excellent service the Ladies there are very friendly. The register staff were very POLITE....AS WELL THE NIGHT AUDITOR....I have more pics to post

The room was spacious and clean. The complimentary snacks and drinks were great. They also had a nice free breakfast. The location was close to a bunch of restaurants.
You might think that it would be a little pricey compared to comprable level hotels, but they do a really good job with it. The lobby is clean the people are friendly people are dedicated and work very hard. Your free breakfast in the lobby area is for the dollar a fantastic value. The rooms are up to par and they're very clean I would question some of the noises going on during the day like construction or something I hear you shall have gone there however it hasn't been a different let me get a good night sleep in fact the last time I was there was probably the best sleep I've had in a month.
The hotel was clean, friendly staff and convenient for avoiding morning rush hour to head to northern AZ in the morning.
Wonderful front desk staff...great rooms with plenty of counter space and a lounge chair..fridge, microwave and coffee machine and yummy breakfast and happy hour! Loved the pool and Jacuzzi too. Hope to visit again!! Thanks to all!
I was in town for training, I got in and realized I had my husbands credit card with me and of course I know I can't use it, but I also know that if he gives his authorization this is possible. Mind you when I got there I had been driving for 4 hours. When I told the clerk it was my husbands account he gave me attitude and rolled his eyes. I stayed calm because all I wanted was to rest and get to my room and this was the hotel my company reserved for me. I asked him if there was anyone my husband could give the authorization and he said no and started explaining policy. I said I understood but is there any exceptions or procedures to follow to meet each other's needs he said NO the whole time he was making me feel like I was just taking up his time. I asked to speak to a manager and he told me "there's a manager on duty but he is NOT going to allow you to go against policy". Finally a light of the end of the tunnel the manager said there was a form they could fax my husband giving me authorization. We went ahead and did that and I was finally able to get to my room. Once I get to my room and use the facilities I realize it's clogged but it's late and all I want to do is eat and rest and I do not want to deal with the front desk right now so I wait till morning. I call in the morning and the girl asks me"do u want to come get a plunger?!!!! I don't have anyone to send till 7" NO I do not! Are u serious?! I get ready and just want to check out ASAP. I got to check out and there is a guy there not the plunger girl anymore this guy Devante asked if "I wanted to charge my card"? I said no the state pays for it. He said ok and asked if I wanted a receipt. I said sure thinking it was just proof I didn't get charged. A little later I get an email from my company that they sure enough charged me and not them. So now I need to hope that they DO refund me. Horrible experience all around. Never again.
I loved the my bed, extremely cozy. When checking in the lady was extremely friendly and kind. Anything I needed I was given. I only had some noise issues from neighbors a few nights. But it did not effect my entire stay. Some ppl just don't know how to act. Thank you for the great service Best Western

Csearai at the front desk is an absolute sweetheart. You can tell she takes her job seriously. The rooms were simple and clean with all the amenities you could need. The only issue was no hot water for showers, im assuming due to the construction.

This BW is a motel/motor lodge with doors outside not in halls. It is possibly a Motel 6 remodeled at sometime to be a BW. If you need this location, a night or two would be fine. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have the regular free breakfast and an additional free happy hour--and who does not like happy hour. The room was clean and lobby attractive; however, this is the most 'low rent' BW I've visited.
We absolutely loved our stay at Best Western InnSuites! Perfect home away from home! Everything was great, from the excellent staff, who was amazing and so helpful, from the front desk to housekeeping, to the staff in the kitchen! And the wonderful breakfast they serve everyday from 630am to 1030am, which has so much variety, there's really something for everyone! The bed was comfortable, the pool was heavenly! And there's a really nice gym for guests to use!

Checked in close to 1am and the front desk reception was very friendly and polite. Room was very clean and spacious. Bathroom was a little small but also very clean and modern looking. Didn't hear traffic from the street. Could hear other guest going in and out of their rooms but I'm a light sleeper. Breakfast was amazing. Overall great stay, will stay here again.

I stayed for multiple nights at this hotel. Upon arriving, I was informed that they only accept debit/credit cards. The front desk lady told me she would hold a one bed room for me. When I returned from depositing my cash at the bank, the front desk lady discovered someone had booked the last available one bedroom online. Because of this, she gave me a two bed queen room for the same rate as the one bed. The rest of my stay, the front desk gave me the same rate. They were all more than helpful and friendly. They accommodate you in every way possible. When the batteries in my remote died, a maintenance worker was at my room within 5 minutes with new batteries, offering to change them himself. My room was clean and very nice, and at a very affordable rate. Breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of variety. They also offer snacks and drinks at 'social hour'.This hotel is only a little more expensive than the cheapest ones you can find- and it is completely worth it. It feels like a luxury hotel. Spend a little more, get an entirely better experience. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Staff was wonderful, but the room was awful. We had a smoking room, which I was unaware of until we checked in, and no other rooms were available. Of course, the room REEKED. I know it's a smoking room, but I have never smelled something that bad (and I have asthma on top of everything). The curtains were stained yellow, the floor and walls were dirty, and the room was extremely small for the price (half the size of a normal hotel room). Wifi was horrible, as it always cut out and did not reach into the room. The worst of it all was we found cockroaches and other bugs (no idea what kind) in our room. It was the last night we were staying there and it was already 2 am so I let it go for the night. I sent them an email the next day telling them everything about the room and got no answer. I tried emailing again, and still no answer. Clearly management does not care about future stays, as I will not return.
Nick the GM was amazing. He worked with us during a rough time and was very understanding. Ceasare was always warm and welcoming and made us laugh. The man on the night maintenance crew in a blue shirt (not sure of his name) was always friendly and helpful as well. We hope to come back for a staycation after we're settled in our new house!
The staff were outstanding in their attitude and service. My room was dingy& the carpet was dirty. The lighting was ancient and inadequate.
The bed was a disaster with a roller coaster mattress plus lumps.
The breakfast was good except for a complete lack of fruit. This is Arizona. They grow fruit.. Not worth what I paid for a quick business trip.
I thought the property was clean and well-managed they would work doing some remodeling fall over there which created a little bit of congestion and extra noise and lot of people around other than that Pleasant stay.
The rooms are large and modern. Clean and beautifully decorated.

We booked a standard room and checked in late at night. We ended up getting a Jr suite, I'm assuming due to availability. But it was very clean, very roomy. The towels were soft and plush. Bed comfortable as well. (though we were exhausted so a little bias, we could have slept on the floor) Overall very nice, very pleased with the place.

Great place, lovely place. So glad they allow pets. Landscaping included lawn areas for dogs, greatly appreciated in a city where concrete, blacktop and stone paving gets too hot for your pet to walk on.
Very nice hotel with a pool and Jacuzzi more enjoyable more open until 10 pm, spacious room clean and very well equipped (air conditioning, fridge, coffee maker, tv, Wi-Fi ...) buffet very full breakfast and the little plus 5 hour snack included in the price. Unbeatable value for money. If you are visiting Phoenix do not hesitate. Hotel with lavomatoque.

You won't be disappointed if you are expecting a well managed 30 year old Best Western Hotel. It is what it is and they manage it about as well as you would expect. No bad surprises here. They know what they are doing.
