Amazing place, loved it. Breakfast was great and the bed was so comfortable.

Stayed at this hotel for 6 nights ,really enjoyed the place, from front desk staff ( Patti ,Chelsea) ,to cleaning people , food service staff ,all very good ,grounds are nice as is pool , close to 51 highway easy to get everywhere from there, rooms were redone last year and are in good shape ,modern ,everything worked fine , good value ,we will stay again

This hotel was very close to my meeting and was the primary driver for my stay. I would say it is more motel than hotel. The room was nice, but the over use of room deodorizer was in your face when you walked in. The room itself was nice and clean and worked for my purposes. Be advised if you arrive without a car, food is a challenge. Pick something up on the way in make your life easier. They only offer vending machines for food and drink. The breakfast was good and on par with other hotels that offer a free breakfast, not counting Embassy Suites.

Don't be enticed by the low rate. The local owner needs to put some money into the place and spruce it up. The rooms and lobby feel tired and like not much attention or money is put toward updates. We won't be staying there again, it's worth a few extra dollars to go somewhere else.

Very clean lobby. Checking in was fast and awesome. The front desk lady was very helpful and personable. The room was very spacious and clean. Highly recommend.

Went to visit a friend who was staying here. This was a decent hotel. It's in a decent area and seemed quiet.

Horrible. The hotel is under construction. So if you want to enjoy a noisy cold breakfast this the place to book. The website States false information in regards to what the rooms include. I booked in this hotel since it stated in their suite rooms they have a whirlpool. When checking in the receptionist stated she does not know if it has one that I'd be surprised when I go in the room. Very disappointed for the false advertising misleading information. Horrible service. Been a member since 2014 with best Western .by far the worst hotel.

The hotel looked nice but there were a lot of small issues coming up every day that made the 4 day stay here very annoying. Noise, replenishment of shampoo, etc. was sporadic. Having to re-log in to the internet if you were off it for a few hours which made for logging in sometimes 3 or 4 times a day. The breakfast room was not large enough to handle the numbers. Hair dryer shorted out and smoked. It was a $90 a night room for $130.

that I stayed at Best Western Inn &Suites Phoenix. Everything from the breakfast to staff service to comfort of the room was terriffic . Would definitly
stay there again.

It was my second time there and it was just as wonderful as the first time i was there. I love that they have a social hour with free wine and beer for the guest.

Hotel very satisfactory, the rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast is complete and generous.
The staff is super welcoming and pleasant.

Very nice rooms, amenities and even the TVs were updated. Definitely worth the price, I would recommend this establishment over ANY of the sleazier motels with numbers in their names.

Ok stay. Only in town for 1 night. Closer to park with hiking opportunity. Not a lot near by for dining. Bed was comfortable and 2 bottles of water were provided

Called ahead to ask about early check-in as the normal check-in was at 4 PM & we had an appointment at 4:30 PM. We were told we could check in any time after 12:30 PM. We arrived a little after 1 PM & were told the room wasn't ready. We came back an hour later & it still wasn't ready. We had adjoining rooms & were told they wouldn't be ready until 4 PM. They moved us to other rooms that were not adjoining. Other than that, the stay was great. Clean, quiet rooms, great pool & hot tub.

Whole place is under construction and was awoken each morning at 7 am by loud drilling right next door. Ask rooms to be switched only to have the water in ALL rooms shut off at the same time with no warning. When I spoke to the front desk they almost expected me to know these things were going to happen. Paid way to much compared to what other hotels in the area charged for what you get. Stay away.

This place was close to a family function for a one night stay with reasonable rates. The staff was super outgoing and we had a fun stay. The only downside was that there was a mix up in the rooms to be on the lower floor. Make sure you keep calling them to get it right.

No hot water in room 228. We reported it and we were told 24 hours later that we must've improperly turned on the hot water because it was working. We wanted to go up to the room that day of check out with maintenance to ensure that they weren't just saying there was hot water, yet we were told they would call us. No call for 24 hours until we initiated it. No compensation was offered. The TVs in the room were extremely full of static and very hard to see through.

Fast check-in. Small hotel room. Comfortable bed and sofa bed. The bathroom super clean. Good iron, and hair dryer. Plenty of towels. Good breakfast and clean dinning area. Good location. Good parking space.

place is clean staff is polite and helpful which you don't see that often anymore. Another thing I noticed when I was there was the all smiled and were friendly. This to me is a reflection of the manager & owners commitment to customer service. I will return.

Very friendly..... I had reservations for another hotel and was gonna have to show up the next morning. They said no problem. I shown up and they had given my room away. I called BW and asked if they had a room available and when I could check in. I told them I would pay for the previous day if they co uh led get me in right away as it was 6am, they told me that was not necessary and gave me an early check in 10 hours early. They will have all of my further business.

Close to the airport but not too close. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that needs a cheap place to stay.

Fantastic Hotel Chain... We seek this one out far and wide. Comfy casual settings. I must say this Best Western was a breath of fresh air. Immaculate rooms, friendly staff and a great social hour.

Curtains in the room dont close. So if u like that people can see into ur room.

Great staff super friendly. Quick and easy checkin and out process. Rooms were clean and sleek designed. Pool sadly was closed for palm tree trimming. I wish I would have known. The pool is a huge must on our stays. Breakfast was warm and good. Area seemed to be okay. Will try again another stay

This hotel was very nice with a very helpful staff and a delicious breakfast. The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was very easy to get to.

Really nice area to stay in as you are close to Sky Harbor airport but also close to getting out of town going North if that's what you want. Hotel was lovely. My only complaint was the street noise but I was in the rooms closest to the street as I had pet-friendly suite. Rooms were large, beds comfortable, a really nice breakfast and even a free social hour with beer and wine.

Gave 4 stars due to the great service they provided us. At the time of the review, it appears they are doing phased renovations. Some areas of the room such as the bathroom have been updated but carpet is old and beat. Outside is clean and it appears to have had a recent facelift. Breakfast is free and has a good selection. Also has a complementary social in the early evening. It appears they really trying to 'up their game'.

Great shower!!! Room is spacious and clean. Free breakfast was great, not just your ordinary continental breakfast. Friendly staff. Even have a social hour which is a great idea.

It's a very nice place and it's located in a very nice area you have several options of foods,and hiking trails near by.

We went through a dust storm inside and didn't notice it passing, so that was nice. Room felt a little cramped. TV was all analog channels.

Super clean and nice staff! Awesome continental breakfast. Plus BBQs you can use and they are new. Also the view from the 2nd floor is really something!

I am a retired US Marine, and am disabled with walking being quite difficult. The staff at Best Western made my stay easy and comfortable. This is my hotel of choice.

A/C was perfect, laundry area very nice and reasonable, breakfast outstanding. Very clean and nice staff.

Staff did not have the room clean, when we first arrived in the room the refrigerator was unplugged and smelled like a dead animal.

After cleaning it up and 2hrs pasted the refrigerator still did not cool, I called the front desk or tried to and the phone did not work.

After getting to the front desk they did nothing for us so I had to buy an ice chest to keep our baby's milk cool so she could eat.

The baby crawled on the floor for less then five minutes and her knees, legs and hands were black like she had been crawling in a fire pit. So needless to say the floor was not an option for her and we had to keep our slippers on.

The next issue was the bathroom in the bedroom it had no hot water so we had to use the second bathroom in th office area of our room.

The next morning we had left for the afternoon and when we arrived back to the room it had not been cleaned or even trash empty this was at 539pm.

I called and asked the front desk and they said were sorry our cleaning staff was behind and only did half the rooms so far.

This was the worst roach motel I've ever stayed at. The motel 8 is mu ch cleaner and rooms work in them too. Stay away from this place 200 a night for a sweet is a joke for what we endure and the manager would not even give us a discount for our stay for the 2 nights of hell

Older property than most Best Westerns I have stayed at but well maintained. Easy access off freeway. Friendly staff.

I would probably have given 5 stars, but housekeeping didn't clean my room one night out of 3 (I was late in leaving that afternoon, around 1:00pm) but I feel like they should've cleaned it later? Other than that, this hotel was really great. Awesome breakfast set up and really clean exterior.

Error in reservation at main office. Error in night staff to day staff communication. Bathtub fixtures had to be connected to use tub. Total disappointed. Only acceptable experience was the breakfast. Phoenix stay.

The hotel was very welcoming and the staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms had updates and furnished with great cushy beds. The AC unit had trouble keeping up or being reliable. It seemed to have a brain of its own. The breakfast was good with eggs bacon sausage biscuits gravy and host of breads yogurts toppings cereals and waffles. Coffee was really good. Swimming pool was useful and a cool dip but needed cleaning around the tile. Staff works hard and management appeared to be everywhere checking on things and welcoming people. I would definitely stay here again and I know the exact room I would like to have!!!

This place has gone downhill. The jacuzzi bathtubs need to be either replaced with regular tubs, or repaired. I hate giving bad reviews, so if I give one, they deserve it. I wouldn't say this place is bad, necessarily, but it could definitely needs some improvements made. That, or take the innsuites off the name.

In town form Tucson for business. Upon first impression, The front desk staff (Oji) was polite and helpful with check in. Taking the time to speak with my employer on the phone
when an issue arose, they had some fresh cookies as well. The also have a shindig with complimentary snacks & beverages for 5 to 630pm. The room was clean bed seems comfy, free WiFi and property is clean.

Ask for and saw our grab-n-go bags but could not get someone to answer the desk. Sleeping I guess. Will know next time not to depend on night clerk at this location.

I selected a room for 3 nights which was very clean and neat, Management was great, have the right to a decent breakfast buffet from 6:30-10:00am...also a free Social Hour from 5-6:30pm. Also have room service clean up. Have TV in living room and in bedroom. Have a mini-fridge and a 2 electric burner stove and microwave. Living room has a sofa-bed. Very Satisfied...
