Best Western Hotels Review

This was a nice Best Western. Good location too. The room was comfy but we stayed in January and its' cold in the desert in January and I really like having comfy blankets when I sleep. The bed had hardly any blankets and when we requested an additional blanked we had to walk to the lobby to get it. For $159 a night that didn't seem right. The breakfast is okay, nothing but plastic like eggs to eat for someone who eats low carb. With all that being said, this hotel was the lowest price for that night so I imagine there was an event going on. It was really clean and very quiet.

Rooms are livable but a little run down. Nice convenient location next to the 51. I'd stay again if I had to be in the area but I wouldn't go out of my way to stay here.

This is a very good hotel. I would definitely recommend it to anybody looking to go to the Phoenix Children's Hospital. it was close but it was out enough that it was out of a lot of distractions from the main downtown. And it had a lot of amenities next to it or around it.

We stayed in a king size bed room it was very clean, quiet, and the AC worked great. The great customer service, staff was helpful. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Very clean and up to date with the times. Amazing shampoo and supplies they supply you with. Next time I do an overnight in Phoenix, will definitely stay here. Don't have to bring as much. Plus an awesome pool :)

Very pretty and classy. Every day we have free breakfast! From 6 to 10. They even have a outdoor swimming pool and a jacuzzi too. The only problem was that at night when I tried to go to sleep I heard some screams and knocking. The service was great, positive attitude and nice. The bathtub was dated, but clean. I recommend this hotel for you. The beds are really comfortable and relaxing. You also have your own TV.

The motel was absolutely great. Rooms were very clean, breakfast by American standards very good. Fruit, yogurt, eggs.
Staff was very friendly.

We stayed here 2 nights and had no problems. Good breakfast in the morning. Friendly staff. Location is good. But one thing I will say is the bed is just not comfortable. Maybe the mattress needs to be flipped. I don't know. But I would definitely come back

The rooms are very clean and quaint. Had a mishap with the front desk accidently assigning a key to another guest who accidently walked in on us but it was resolved and the staff who was working at the time apologized for the inconvenience. There is a walking trail/mountain preserve very close to the hotel with a lot of picnic areas. All in all it a good experience and a very nice location with great views.

Not very good rooms,dissapointed and not happy with the place overall. Stains on bath towels! Under staff. The staff that are here are very nice and helpful. Look like a Motel not Hotel...

Took a family trip to Arizona and the price and location of this hotel was great. It's not to far from any stores and parks are close by also. The breakfast was awesome, you actually get to have real food and not ur typical continental breakfast. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable.

The cable was hard to do. They use the clean remote thing and it was hard to get right number. No TV Guide but there was a list of the stations. But the station's we are all different for example CBS station 5 was 3. The queen bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed the swimming pool. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast is good the first time I ever saw pancake machine. Just press the button and two pancakes are made.

My husband and I stayed at the Americas best value in downtown Phoenix and when we arrived there young lady was very helpful and when we got to it room there is no lighting in the foyer area so you don't know what you're talking into them realized how dirty and old the AC unit was turned on and heart worked but it was so loud it done like it was going to explode. We called front dark she brought up a remote and said if the problem of the AC bothers us later to let her know. Put it this way I didn't sleep all night.

Property is kind of old but kind of remodeled. Road noise was a huge issue. Television had poor reception. Needed pest control as I saw huge black widow spider on stairs and killed a scorpion in my bathtub.

The rooms are clean and updated. There are a few minor things, like when you take a shower the water always comes out of the bath faucet as well as the shower head. But nothing major. We stay there every couple of weeks when we're in town visiting family & always have a good experience.

The staff here was great at social distancing. We felt like the room was clean and safe. The no-contact breakfast grab bags were low in protein and high in sugar, but with the Covid outbreak, we understand the need for feedback on these newer cultural changes. I already miss the BW steamed eggs first thing in the morning but I know the world is going through changes right now.

Staff were nice, everything was clean and complementary breakfast was pretty good for a 3 star hotel. The only suggestion is to re do the roll-in shower. The shower head sprayed right toward the shower curtain and the shower floor didn't have enough angle to drain properly. The water pooled and went beyond the shower floor making the bathmat soaking wet. The mattress was too bouncy. I guess we are used to memory foam mattress at home that doesn't bounce. Pillows and bedding were of nice quility. We will definitely try this place again if need to return to Phoenix.

The room was clean and nice, the bed is comfortable, all that is great. The only issue I had is the bathroom floods when you shower in this room, which is more of a problem of the hotel's then mine but it was annoying to have wet feet every time I use the bathroom after a shower. Otherwise, if you book online the price is fine and everything else was as expected

Not impressed with this facility. Hotel was under renovation. Noisy during the daytime hours. Many construction workers wandering around the property. TV controller didn't work and had to unplug the TV to turn it off. Breakfast was good and the staff were pleasant. Convenient location. Reasonable price for the time of year.

1 - Hotel was under construction. At 4:00 in the morning we were awaken by the sounds of construction. 4:45 the hammering and sounds of electrical tools was unbearable.

2 - Bathroom door would not shut.

3 - Breaker door was gone.

4 - Baseboard trim was missing.

5 - Mentioned to the front office about the early construction noise, they denied the time and said nothing was scheduled to begin.

I stayed at this place on the recommendation on my friend who has been in this hotel multiple times before. We took 2 rooms and got an Amazing Service, Rooms are spacious, the breakfast is very good too. I would recommend this hotel.

Flew in for a family member in hospice - hotel staff was so kind and accommodating of my special needs. Will definitely stay again when visiting Phoenix.

There 2 room suites work really well for the family. Clean comfortable beds. Breakfast included.

We've stayed at this hotel for a week or so annually for the last five years. The new owners are making a real effort to upgrade the facilities and were very responsive to any problems we had. We will definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a good place to stay in this part of the Phoenix area.

Great location . The value for the amenities was great as well as the customer service of the staff. This is a great property. The only issue is that there is no elevator but if you dont mind stairs its cool, there are only 2 floors.

Prefer sleazeball motels? Don't go here. This place was awesome! Free social hour, rooms with 2 TV's and a chaise lounge. A freaking chaise lounge!

The hotel was being remodeled during my stay. I'm sure it's quite lovely by now.

Great clean comfortable safe place to stay. Breakfast was good. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

Very nice place-central to everything-easy to get to where we were going-swimming area was great as was the hot tub.

The morning front desk person, DeVonte, was incredibly nice. However, he and the breakfast are the only things I can compliment at this property. After our first night, we called down for an extra towel, as there were 3 of us in the room, we were informed it would be about 20 minutes for them to bring it to us. After hour we still hadn't received the towel, I went to find housekeeping to get it, the maid was not very friendly about it, but I was able to get the towel. the beds were haphazardly made, there was still food/trash that didn't get thrown, toilet paper wasn't restocked nor was there a spare roll, we didn't get any washcloths for the 2nd day, it's very loud and they're doing renovations so there is old furniture, tractors and storage containers all around the parking lot, they started jackhammering fairly early on a Sunday. Some things can be chalked up to human error, but if I'm paying $100+ a night for a room. I expect more and unfortunately this location really isn't worth the price.

Nothing extravagant but nice clean quiet rooms with a few free beers and friendly staff. Really good breakfast too.

The Hotel checked us in early, provided directions to the most convient parking and explained the amenities that were offerred. The breakfast selection was exceptional andwas maintained and kept fully stocked during the hours of operation.

A hotel with superior customer service. Simply this service is what, earned a 5 star rating from me.

This is a very nice Best Western Hotel. Extremely great staff. Only problem was with the shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers in the shower. They don't work well. Prefer individual bottles. Dispensers = BAD IDEA

The rooms are nice. The staff is great. The building next to the main road has very loud traffic noise. There are complimentary ear plugs on the night-stand...

I do not recommend this best western.
Went to use the pool and there were 10 people, mostly kids in the pool, the youngest had a diaper on in the pool! Then all ten of them got in their cars and left, they were not staying there! No help from the front desk about it either.
Very disappointed.

Good outside appearance. Comfy beds. Good breakfast. However, the bathroom did not have a vanity to put your toiletry items on, No towel holder. The handicap shower did not have a slant to the floor so water went all over the floor which could be a hazard to someone who was handicapped.

Great value for the money and a wonderful staff at this Best Western location!

Enjoy my stay there even extended for another night. Will be back.

I recently stayed at a Best Western for the first time. I must say I will come back to this location in the future. I loved the staff's friendliness and positive attitute at all times. Patti and Chelsea were amazing! During our last breakfast visit, Patti walked up to my toddler and gave her a snack bag which she loved to say the least! The breakfast crew was always really pleasant and friendly as well. Rocio was such a nice lady. I appreciated that the pool, hallways and overall maintenance of the hotel area always looked clean. The location was also a plus since we were less than 20 mins away from our travel destinations. Definitely coming back because I believe we won't get the same service elsewhere.

I have stayed at best Western a few times. They are always accommodating.

What a nice surprise, this Best Western Suites was terrific. We were traveling with our dog and they made us feel very comfortable. The room was big the bed was comfortable it had a whirlpool tub and a great breakfast. Lots of luxury at a reasonable price

This Phoenix location is a very comfortable experience both from physical plant and most important helpful personnel

Overall a very nice property. Very comfortable bed, very clean. Not a single bug anywhere. ( I checked for them). Friendly staff, breakfast OK but not exceptional. Minor facility issues ie: bathtub stopper, dim light bulbs, leak in shower pipe. All were addressed immediately. A good value for the money. Perhaps a 3 and one half star.

Totally a nice place to stay . In town for business staff is professional and treat you like a good friend . Rooms clean and up to date .

Nonsmoking room had stale smoke smell, but it was clean, the bed was comfy, and the breakfast was good.

The location is right near everything in Phoenix, service was spot on and awesome. Rooms were very clean and quiet. Will certainly stay there again on my next visit to the area.

We were very happy with the stay. It exceeded our expectations. We had great refreshing time by the well kept pool. My husband had a good workout in the workout room. We appreciated the god hot breakfast, and the beer and snack on the evening. It was nice to meet the other guests and have a chance to chat. The hotel staff was also very nice and helpful. I recommend it.

Centrally located to get to everywhere we needed to go, in Phoenix and in Glendale.

My wife and I stayed there since she had training in Phoenix. Great staff , our room was ready ,clean, and for being in a pet friendly room well maintained. The breakfast was great, but this hotel offers a social hour. I'll be training in Phoenix for a month, looking forward to staying there. Our thanks to all at this Best Western.

Best Western has nice rooms and comfortable beds. Having the fitness center and pool available was great.

The place was nice. Plenty of parking. The breakfast here was much better than some of the other hotels I've stayed at. The service was amazing!

Didn't like that they didn't have elevators and we got assigned to the second floor and there were no first floor rooms available. Free breakfast was a major plus and the room was spacious and the beds comfortable.

The staffs are extra friendly. 5stars for the staffs.
