This is a place to be comfortable in the amenities are very much what they say.Many have hot tubs and breakfast. T HE ROOMS ARE CLEAN AND VERY WELL CARED FOR AND POLITE STAFF.I would recommend Best Western to many people for travel or in city stay
Best Western Inn and Suites, Holland Mi Our family stayed there and we had a horrible experience. The door that allows you to enter from the parking lot was broken and not working as well as many other rooms with the same problem. Light in the bathroom that was just replaced the night before came crashing down on the floor spreading broken glass the next morning. We had to pack up and leave the room early. I had a medical issue that did not allow me to leave the hotel until urgent care opened so we had to sit in our vehicle instead of our paid for room. Billing came two months later. I was shocked to see that they even charged us. Contacted hotel to get this resolved. Seems getting their money seems more important than customer service. After reading the BW reviews of other hotels I will not be staying at BW any time soon. Comfort Inn and Suites is my new choice of hotels.

PLEASANTLY SITTING IN LOBBY UNTIL BW MALE EMPLOYEE Mike entered with his smart phone blarring rap musician radio interview with every violent, negative, offensive word in the english language without regard for others. This was completely ignored by the front desk clerk who was extremely busy.
This is the headquarters but a nice building with confusing signage
Terrible customer service, the big caucasian woman who works the front desk was so rude smh. Don't invest a dime!

My daughters and I were staying in the hotel for two nights while the wifi was getting turned on in our new home. Late the second night I called and asked the front desk to extend one day and they said, no problem. The next afternoon without a call or warning, a man whom was later identified as the manager opened the door to the room without knocking and I was changing. Yelled obscenities to my daughters and I to get out! I tried to explain that he had my credit card on file and I called to extend a day but he didn't care. He physically pushed us out the door, literally putting his hands on my daughters and I. We left several items behind in the shock and commotion. I called the company several times without any resolution whatsoever! I feel like they think they can treat customers any way and not have to answer to it! I'm so disappointed and angered! I don't stay in roach motels, I pay for the security that things like this wouldn't happen! But that's exactly what they are!
It was a beautiful view in the mountains near a golf course. Very green and the layouts were perfectional
I stayed at Best Western St. Louis Inn and came into contact with human feces on the side of the toilet bowl that was dried up and left by the housekeeping and staff. I immediately reported it to staff and was not offered an alternative room or reason why my bathroom wasn't cleaned.
Housekeeping came up and cleaned up the fecal matter and I have a video and pictures of the cleanup. I got sick while I was in STL and purchased items from CVS Pharmacy but had to go to the ER when I got back home in Little Rock Arkansas.
I have medical records and documentation to prove my claim. I was even comped 1 night by the hotel but that does not resolve this issue.
DO NOT STAY WITH THIS HOTEL. I am planning on getting an attorney and making this public.
Stayed at the Best Western Sherman Oaks, Ca from July 12-15, 2016. Could not have had a worse experience. The parking lot was being resealed, so parking was limited, but hotel was full. Expected us to move car by 8:00 AM each morning. No apology from staff instead simply rude. One employee at the check in desk was simply an ass and should be fired. I wish I had his name. Will never stay here again. Also, room never cleaned one day. Not sure what I was paying for.
My husband and I recently stayed at the best western foothills in Yuma Arizona I have to say that the hotel was immaculate and the staff were very conscientious in regards to the COVID-19 every guest and employee was wearing a mask my husband and I are high risk for COVID-19 and I would absolutely have no problem or concerns staying in this hotel this makes the second trip in the last two months
And any future trips to Yuma we will definitely be staying at that hotel
In Denver I got a room and I took a bath and the tub wouldn't drain nor would the sink. To date. It has not been fixed yet so what am I supposed to do?
I was at the Tucson best western for 3 night. I paid cash for the first 2 night. Decided to stay a third used my debit card. So I have a pending transaction for the room. Also have a paid transaction for the room. Now I have to wait 10 business days for the pending transaction to get released. The long and short of it don't stay at best western. They will put a hold on funds for 10 days using a credit card or debit card. The sad thing about it is no one is willing to help. You just have to wait. HOPE YOU DONT NEED YOU MONEY FOR 7 TO 10 DAYS.

Terrible!! Stayed in Holbrook AZ. A kid got sick and we used a towel to clean it up, they wanted to charge me $200 for damages. They emailed me and said they would only charge me $100. However, they charged me twice. One $100 charge, one $200 charge, and double charged my room rate. Contacted the hotel via phone and email, no reply, contacted cooperate twice, no one has gotten back to me, so I'm out $500 for one night and a $10 Towel. Will never ever EVER stay at a best western.
The Low-Rate Guaranteed claims department always finds an invalid excuse to not honor low rates found on other websites and when you do provide them a valid link to the low rate website they take an extra day to respond to you because rates change daily so the next day the rate will be different. They intentionally do this. They ve clearly seen the link with the low rate and wait until the rate changes the next day to respond denying your claim. There s more I just don t have the energy to deal with misleading claims, lies and promotions. Why does Best Western offer anything if their going to find a excuse to not honor??? I m writing this review as a loyal rewards member for more than 8 years, because of issue like these I ve now signed up for Marriot rewards hoping to have a better experience.

Unsafe property to stay at. You risk your health and life is stay at this property. Initially I called the hotel to say i was diagnosed with Covid and stated that I was happy to provide a copy of the documentation. The manager refused to cancel my reservation. In my opinion that puts all the guest at risk. My wife was still going to go then the Glass wild fires in Napa and Somoma broke out requiring most of Napa and Somoma to evaluate. The fire is still raging and most of the areas under a mandatory evacuation, and the air quality by government websites is unsafe. The manager refused to cancel the reservation. If you stay at this hotel in my opinion you are putting your life at risk. It is obvious that this owner or manager takes many short cuts and staying at this property is like rolling the dice with your life.
Best western plus sun dial in Scottsdale, az was decent in appearance the parking lot is so tiny and only one car per room is permitted. However, the staff-specifically "Dino" was unacceptable. He absolutely ruined what was supposed to be a night to remember for a bride to be. We were not drunk. We were not loud. There was a total of 13 of us and when we walked in the lobby coming from dinner, he immediately started reprimanding us for being there. I had bought 2 rooms and he said only 4 people per room- no guests can visit in your room. I tried to explain that they would not be staying, we just wanted to open gifts and have cake... while I was saying this he was talking over me and at me so I could not speak. I finally got in, "may we use this common area to open gifts and eat cake?" He said fine so I went upstairs to grab the presents and cake, on my way up one of the girls called me because he changed his mind. I came back down and he said he changed his mind and we needed to leave immediately or he would call the cops. I tried to ask why the change of mind but he again started talking over me. The bride asked, "Sir, may we speak with you without you interrupting?" and he said no. We asked to speak to a manager and he said he was the manager (his name tag said guest services). He then said we had 20 minutes to retrieve our things and leave.
Again, we had not been drinking, we were respectful, and this was recorded on their surveillance video and I extremely hope it is reviewed! We were not a group of young 20 somethings. Half of us are moms, with a median age of 30. I had been planning this night for the past 6 months. I was in tears. The bride was in tears. It was an awful, awful experience. Some of the worst customer service I've ever had. I hate confrontation. I hate causing a scene. I've never done a review before, but I am so upset.
Luckily, we explained our situation to Valley Ho and we got an amazing deal on their penthouse suite. Their customer service and just basic human social skills and compassion are outstanding. Highly, highly recommend them.
Also, while figuring out this ordeal- the restaurant where we had dinner (Bootleggers American Smokehouse) took our group back in and let us bring in cake and open gifts and gave us all complimentary moonshine. This is how adults treat one another. This is how businesses thrive. Superior customer service and understanding. Dana and the staff at Bootleggers really saved the night and we are so greatful.
None of us will ever be staying at a Best Western and we will be writing letters to this corporate office; as well as, finding every review site possible to spread the word. Dino should not be in this business and Best Western should be avoided unless you are looking to be scolded and treated like children... no not children, treated like inferior human beings.
Best Western International Headquarters Hotel Customer Compliant policy is extremely ignorant, and can be describe as hiding under rug any legitimate customers (guests) complains. They will do everything possible to ignoring or hide any bad guest stay hotel experience at Best Western. I have called about my bad (extremely unpleasant experience to stay on one of Best Western Plus Hotel in Madison, AL) and they do not want what so ever to address any issue with local BW Plus Hotel Management. Customer Service simply say to me that it not Best Western HQ business to help you with local BW Hotels guest complaints. Extremely ignorant Best Western Customer Service and BW Top Management approach.
This place is S h i t. Dont like the dictators . BW thinks its Marriott. Dont dream too much.
I recently stayed with my husband and two children at the Best Western Milton Inn in Blairsville, GA. We were very disappointed in the customer service as well as the accommodation. My husband booked the room online. Once we arrived the front desk staff checked us in like normal, however once we got to our room it was all down here from there. We were given a smoking rooms after specifically requesting a non smoking room. When my husband called the front desk to request a change we were told "no changes" and that was all. My husband even explained to them that one of our daughters has asthma and still we were told "no changes". We tried to make the best of it since we were all so tired. The beds had cigarette burns all over the bedding. The bathroom was not cleaned and their was a used toilet paper roll out. Not to mention that my entire family of 4 was sick the next two days after staying there! We would not stay here again, nor would be refer it to anyone either.
My least favorite Best Western experience, unfortunately. However, they were very responsive to my request for a different room.

Ended up having to stay long-term at a BW hotel in Marble Falls. I ve almost always stayed at a BW when I needed a hotel throughout the years. Each of those hotels received 4 or 5 stars. However, the marble falls BW is privately owned and it is a terrible representation of the brand. Although I m currently a diamond member , I am getting rid of my BW info and never staying again unless it s the only option left.
While the housekeeping staff were super friendly, they all looked so overworked/exhausted. Most of them only spoke Spanish, which was fine. Maintenance guy (Joe?) was a hard worker and Maryann? at the front desk was really friendly.
The complimentary breakfast is ok, but definitely better at other locations. Rather than replacing/safely storing some of the food, they rely on the turnover of people (We had all gotten very sick from the waffles and OJ before I watched and noticed this).
The rooms were tiny and the beds were extremely old. It seems there was always someone smoking or drinking right outside the door. We had to keep our doors and windows shut and when we turned on the AC, all we could smell were the smokers outside. They denied our request for a room change.
The cheap microwave worked - it either undercooked or burned your food. Our room had a broken iron machine and table, half of the outlets didn t work, a very loud AC, and omg the mini fridge. It made noises all the time, didn t work properly (food went bad, didn t get credit for it), and took a long time to get it swapped out (had to tell front desk several times). The shower head came undone regularly from showers, causing it to leak often (at least this was an easy fix, we just retightened it).
Although we were at a hotel, we reused our towels, saved water, and so forth. One day, we had all slept way past housekeeping hours and one of us brought the dirty towels downstairs so we could get a couple new ones. The clean towels and housekeeping supplies were just behind the door. However, the manager got very angry.
I think they kept the pool cooled. The hot tub was ok (Note: must turn on 1 hr before going in otherwise it will not be warm). However, one day after going to the hot tub, our feet felt funny. We mentioned to the front desk it felt like there was broken glass particles in the hot tub as our feet stung badly after using it twice. They said they would take care of it but other guests mentioned about it too during breakfast. We stopped using it.
Did NOT receive the 140k BW points due to a discounted rate which was not a discount. It would ve been a lot cheaper to stay at some of the other hotels. Even though they said it was the busy season, other hotel sites had the same rate.
Terrible customer service: Contacted BW corporate via phone calls, emails & FB message. Either no response or the same sorry! please call our #. I could continue to go on but all in all, it was an extremely expensive and disappointing experience.
I'm complaining about your Best Western Country Inn & Suites in Dodge City, Kansas. The TV didn't work and had to call someone. The shower came out like a firehose and you could not adjust the stream and you could not adjust anything about it. It blasted out to the opposite wall. In addition to that, as if that wasn't enough, it came out so hard that it flooded part of the bathroom to include the front of the toilette. Got into bed and realized they short sheeted the blanket. Tried to connect to the internet and had none. My husband had to go downstairs to get it straightened out. Don't waste your money here ! The Manager didn't do a thing. I even doubt we will get our money back altho I am going to call my credit card and have them work on it from there end. Oh , and the kind size bed is soft.. Probably 20 years old
Told no elevator for luggage. Had to drag bags up stairs all rusted up and rubber for steps worn and falling apart and sticking up just leading for an accedent to happen. When will people smarten up???? Best western iwo jima Arlington va.

Notice that i gave one star. Would have not given any at all, can you do minus stars?!!! As soon as I walked in the lobby, it smelled like cat piss. My company booked this room and booked a double. I am a member ( for 15 years now) but for some reason they wouldn't change it to a king! So after that aggravation we went to our very small, dark room. Also smelled like a cat box. The ac didnt work!!! When we asked to switch rooms, we were told that the ac wouldn't work unless it was hot outside...... it was 94 degrees!!!!!! I guess that's not hot to them. We went OUTSIDE to smoke a cigarette. We where TOLD! that we were not allowed to smoke any where except in front of the building! We weren't even allowed to smoke in our own car!!!!! After being In this horrible room for one day( my company needed time to move us) we found roaches!!! The room was dirty. I moved the side table and found lots of trash. The breakfast was luke warm coffee and a banana or a pack of peanut butter crackers! What? Crackers for breakfast. And they watched you so you couldn't have 2. This place sucked!! I'm in motel rooms 48 weeks a year. I'm pretty sure I know what I'm talking about!!!!
