The ice cream is good. Long lines, busy, but it moves quick. The tour itself is ok. Quick in and out
The 2 star part. The video in the beginning of the tour starts off ok until the end! I didn't go there to listen to their political agenda I went to eat ice cream. Asking for donations for their left wing support is ridiculous. I won't be back
Ice cream is good but not sure if it worth the drive
Went on a Monday, no lines and very few people. Tour was quick, lively and to the point. The ice cream is (obviously) delicious. Great quick (less than an hour) stop, assuming it's not during peak season or time.
Very busy and the gift shop is outrageous expensive. Like 5 dollars for half and ounce of lip balm for God sake
Fun family experience, even if the tour is a little more oriented for kids. You can't not love Ben and Jerry's. Just be warned that some people let their kids go crazy in this place, and it can be a little irritating. But that's not B&J's fault, so 5 stars.
We really enjoyed seeing and hearing about how they make their delicious ice cream! And the sample was a nice bonus. The video that starts the tour was good for the history of the company but quickly turned into a commercial for their charity efforts. That's not a terrible thing, charity is great of course, but it felt like Ben & Jerry were really pushing for support in the video. Once it ended though, there was no other mention of it from the tour guide or anyone else.
I have been many times, and I was happy to see they updated thier video. Who can go wrong with a tour that ends with delicious ice cream.
Ice cream was great as usual... girl serving it not so much. Wouldn't hurt to smile a little and be friendly.
Fantastic area and atmosphere. My family and I come here every year, and usually because we have my young nephew with us. He really enjoys the playground, and we get a kick out of the flavor graveyard. The tour is alright, but the guides are great. I only rate this four stars because I wish there were more things to do in the factory or on the rest of the grounds. Otherwise, perfect.
The leadership is not really worth it. At the same time, a video film showing the production steps is shown, while a female employee boredly presents her text. In the end, everyone gets a mini portion of a given variety from a mini-paper cup, the ice is badly cooled and almost melted away in the hand. Conclusion: if it is Ben & Jerry's, then spend rather four dollars in one of the many ice cream shops of the company and leave the tour.
It's a short tour, and the grounds held the attention of our crew, aged 2 to 7. The ice cream shop was long, giving time for the kids to play in the park, explore, then eat the ice cream before our tour. Priced right.
Ben & Jerry my favorite Ice cream. This is the factory where most of their ice creams are made. Tour guides were very friendly. Sample ice creams given are very tasty.

Great place to visit.. I feel that not enough is being done to promote the roots of the business .... Great theme but not fully used... Plus with all the outdoor space maybe a 2nd ice-cream outlet would be great??
Tons of fun! Went with a group of 6 adults and had a blast. Wish the tour was a little more in-depth and the prices were more reasonable.

The best of the best. Delicious ice cream Field trip with the children. But ... difficult parking and long lines to buy.
We enjoyed the tour, but felt like it was lacking for the pricetag. The guide was informative and the sample tasting was good. We also enjoyed the Graveyard.

Great ice cream tour was cool at the end you sample a new flavor. The factory is powered all by renewable energy. Plus the farmers who supply the raw materials use renewable energy.
Ice cream was very fresh, scoop staff were friendly and helpful. Store and other staff are not friendly or helpful.

Nice place to take kids. They would enjoy it. I went with my friend and it was small and quiet ambience. The production wasn't happening st the time we were there, which was a downside though.
Arrived about 4 hrs early and they were running behind loading.. sat a total of 8 hrs
For $4 it was a fun, lighthearted tour with a tasty sample of ice cream.

What a wonderful place to visit! So glad we scheduled it in. The tour qas fantastic and very informative. The tour is handicapped/wheelchair accessible and about 30 minutes long with an ice cream tasting at the end. I loved that I could HEAR our tour guide, and the gift shop was pretty special, too. Loved being able to step into line amd pick from over 20 flavors, some of which are not even available at our local grocery store! Well worth the trip and the chance to drive through some really beautiful countryside.
Great day trip! We loved learning about Ben & Jerry's history and absolutely LOVED the segment calling for action by all of us to fight poverty and social injustice around the world! Ben & Jerry's just got MORE awesome for us! , and ICE CREAM!
Wait time for the tour was a little long but could be because of the time and day. Cost of the tour was reasonable. The tour guide was funny and informative. Free sample of ice cream at the end of the tour. Cute little souvenir shop. Free parking and fairly easy to find.

Great place to visit. Plan on spending a lot of time if you go in summer. Long lines for ice cream and wait time is usual 1hr for tours and if bus loads arrive.
How could you not like Ben and Jerry's great ice cream :) We waited in line for ~ 20 mins to get ice cream before our tour. This was during school vacation so didn't mind the wait. Its a bummah they didn't scoop and sell Chubby Hubby but I tried the new 7 layer bar and it was very good too. The staff were great and funny and the tour was excellent and informative and our kids loved it.
This is a place for the whole family. We had a wonderful time with lots of creatively flavored ice cream. All I can say is: WOW!!
Loved it so much the first time, returned with the kids -- but the second time, our tour guide was mumbling, slurring and rushing. They didn't understand a word she said.

What a magical and wonderful place. It's like Willy Wonka's chocolate factory, but for ice cream. The tour guide did a great job and if you go, do yourself a favor and visit the flavor graveyard. Way funny!

I wish I could visit this place every day! The sweet smell walking up is intoxicating and slightly mesmerizing. You can't help but feel like a kid in a candy shop. Take a tour and discover the history of the men who make dreams come true one bite at a time. Then enjoy a sample of some of their best creamy creations or go buy a pint or cone at their shop. So much to see and do, but don't forget to lay your respects to those flavors that have been laid to rest. May they rest in delicious peace.
Tour is interresting. This place is a must to see. A lot of People and a tasting at the end of the tour.
Many flavors to choose from! Be willing to wait in the summer up to an hour!
What can I say, it's Ben & Jerry's. We went fornthe ice cream and did not take the tour. They allow dogs in the outside ice cream area.

Grounds are nice; factory tour is a little underwhelming; the 6 PM tour actually started at 5:40 PM, so go earlier than scheduled time.
