Excellent pizza and service. The city is hurting everyone with their new parking meters and poorly thought out processes to make a few quick bucks though.

Great pizza, huge crust to dip in honey. The staff is friendly and good. If you're up in the mountains you have to stop in and get a pizza.

Beau Jo's Pizza is the most amazing pizza place I have ever eaten at. It is on my most favorite restaurant list and I have traveled the 48 contiguous United States. If the wait is longer, it's worth it. I personally had quick service. Note the pizza is pretty expensive, but it is still worth it. My family actually redirects travels to pass through this wonderful town specifically to eat here. Each time I have been here I have had fantastic experiences. Very high recommendation. Tip: try the honey.

It's a beau Jo's. Plenty of parking out back. Some staff can be rude. Some can be outstanding, it really just depends on who you interact with.

Great pizza, love it. The price keeps it from five stars. It costs too much.

Update: I read the reply from the owners and they convinced me the money is for a good cause. The pizza still isn t cheap, but it s great.

The honey to put on your crust was unique. But pizza was only ok. Service was friendly and nice.

Fantastic pizza and service. We had a 5lb pie and it was devoured by kids and adults. The pizza is delicious, but drizzling the honey on the crust takes it to another level. The prices are also very reasonable.

Nice salad bar. Very fresh and we'll stocked. Good mountain style pizza. I got the Cajun mountain pie but next time I think I'll go for less toppings on this style pizza.

Traveler's FYI... Idaho Springs, CO has several amazing restaurants. Beau Jo's is one of those! We were passing thru and my wife was going to a few different shops. She decided, after smelling the pizza when passing by, that we were going to eat lunch there. They have one` of the best salad bars that we've been to. We ordered a thin crust, even though they are known for their thick crust, and it was some of the best pizza we've ever had. If we lived in town this would be our "go to" place for pizza.

This is place is one of my favor pizza places ever! If your going to WINTER PARK or GRANBY you should definitely stop by here and eat before you go up to those ski resorts. You will not regret it! YOU HAVE TO EAT THIS DELICIOUS FOOD

It's our tradition to go rafting at Rocky Mountain Whitewater Rafting and then grab pizza and beer on the way home. They have a delicious salad bar! Best "Colorado style" pizza, ever! Save your crust, use the honey- welcome to Colorado!

Super busy so expect a wait. The pizza is good but there is just way to much crust. I have been here several times and I do think the sauce has improved however its not the best pizza on the planet. Good service and good locations.

Some of the best pizza in Colorado. Very unique, it can only be described as "Colorado style pizza". Excellent beer selection, and an overall great atmosphere.

Excellent food! Make sure you go hungry because the pizza is delicious. They give you honey to dip your crust in and it is amazing.

We often go here on our way to or from the mountains. Great Pizza. Love the thick crust and the option of honey. Only took off a star because they changed the sauce on my favorite Pacific Plantation.

Way cool place. Every inch of wall space has some Americana antique nailed to it. Food's good too!

Great home style pizza with a thick crust. Fun atmosphere for friends and family. Sometimes the wait is really long, but it's always worth it. The cocktails are weak. The salad bar is small and the downstairs bathroom is super tight.

We paid 50 dollars for two pizzas plus drinks ... you can get two steaks for the same money elsewhere!

Great food and service... getting kind of pricey. $40.00 for a large pizza and two drinks.

We waited 25 minutes to be seated... server took us toward our table and we asked if we could seat outside (wonderful day for outside dining), so we did. About 5 minutes later, the supervisor came and got us from the patio in an very unfriendly manner, telling us to go back to our table inside - which we never actually had, because they didnt have served outside. Once we were seating inside, the server and bartender was unfriendly - second person in 10 minutes of being at the establishment... once we got out drinks, we waited a long while before he came back to get out food order, after having slammed the waters on the table...Not coming back! P.s. the pizza was decent.

Who would have thought.....pizza crust and honey. OMG. My friend and I each got a small pizza and got 2 different flavors mine was the plantation one and the dude ranch (I think). Oh my. This was yummmmmmmmy.

If you're from Colorado changes are you've eaten a great pizza pie from Beau Jo's. They've been around for as long as I can remember and I enjoy their Italian food every chance I get!

Great Mountain Pies (pizza), although they recently changed their pricing, so watch out if ordering a custom pizza with toppings, you may be surprised by the cost.

A great place to stop after a morning of off-roading. They were able to accommodate a party of 7 during a busy time fairly quickly. The crust of every pizza is a built in desert with their free honey at every table.

Always a favorite stop when going through Idaho Springs. Love the motherlode pizza, always the perfect cure for any pizza craving. Delicious!

Walking in, the hostess didn t even greet us until another guest told them that we weren t apart of their party. Being sat at the only table in the middle of the walkway while there was a bunch of open tables. We waited 20 minutes at the table before our server even greeted us, and then had to wait again for him to bring us the water we asked for. He was Not attentive at all, he seemed like he hated the fact that he had to wait on us.

Best pizza in Colorado! Make sure you save your crust and dip it in the honey at the end! Even though it was pretty busy our server was on top of it and we didn't have to wait long for anything!

Pizza was done quickly, delicious, and the waiter was really nice. Not sure if I'll spend $30 on a large half and half pizza with only two toppings on each side here next time tho. Maybe a small and some appetizers would be a more cost effective choice.

First visit to Beau Jo's during the epidemic. Great atmosphere with the live band performing down the street and eating out in the street was actually kind of romantic. Food and staff were excellent!

The service was fine, however I was not impressed by the pizza or baked cauliflower appetizer. Not quite sure what all the hype around the pizzas is about...but to each their own I suppose!

Lovely location. Had a mix up with our food and the server took it off of our bill. Pizza was great, wings were just ok.

Love Beau Jo's. Always a fun place. Pizza is great! The nice thing is you can also do a salad bar too and there are many other selections if you are not in the mood for pizza.

I am not fan of pizza or Calzones but this place exceeded my expectations. I would back, no doubt about it.

This place is EXTREMELY overpriced for mediocre pizza. The menu is confusing. We ordered the XL create your own , and got about 5 toppings thinking it was 5.50 for all five. When we got the bill it was 5.50 PER TOPPING. so we basically were charged $30 for our toppings! For that price you'd think it would be loaded but it was barely even covered. We were shocked when we got the bill for a $60 pizza. Our server should have explained the unclear menu to us. Wouldn't recommended or ever go back.
