We had a great week staying at Saltaire in Inlet Beach recently. This was my first time to book with Beach Reunion Vacation Rentals. I can sum up my experience by saying that the next time I book a beach or vacation rental, I will check Beach Reunion website first! I liked the way they were always available for questions or concerns either via phone call or text and were very responsive each time! We had an issue with a smoke alarm and the pool heater, and after my phone call to the Beach Reunion rental office, we had maintenance at the house within just a few hours! The house was extremely clean (and very beautiful) which told me that they employ top-notch cleaning crews (a must during this crazy pandemic). Our check-in time was a little confusing because our email information told us that we could check in at 3:00, but the cleaning crew told us they thought it was 4:00, so they were not quite finished at 3:00. We were then delayed an additional hour past 4:00 waiting on someone to come and spray the interior of the house with a COVID-19 disinfectant. This person never showed up, but I think that was a breakdown in communication within that particular company and not Beach Reunion. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for their next vacation rental! The staff was extremely responsive, professional, helpful, and very friendly!

I rented the Sea Horse property in Destin with a group of friends from college for a week in early March. The house was very nice and was located in a somewhat upscale gated community with access to a private beach approx. 100 feet away. Our only complaint was that the neighborhood security guards were relatively strict about noise after 10pm so we were asked to keep it down on a couple occasions. Overall we had a great experience and I would definitely recommend it to other spring breakers.

I have had the opportunity to work with Allyson directly and she was very pleasant helpful and professional. the home we stayed in was very nice the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. We also rented a golf cart which we had a few problems with and they were very quick to rectify the situation. Looking forward to next year working with you

Here is the great. Beach reunion management company is fantastic. They answered all my questions and concerns and spoke to the owner of the house of our behalf on a number of concerns (reviews of loud construction, check out times, etc) the house is absolute beautiful. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook. The pool has a lounger/couch area that my 2yo hung out at and still felt close to everyone swimming. So many rooms and lots of privacy between floors. Temp control on each floors so if you have family members that like the room warmer/cooler they can adjust the temperature. We loved the ping pong table on the first floor and the tv s in every room.

Here is the one major downer. I believed this place is infested with palmetto bugs (aka roaches). There is a musty/oily smell throughout the entire house that stays on your luggage/purses/backpacks long after your stay. (Been 5 days and still smell it) Upon research this is a result of the infestation. We killed many bugs. They mainly came out at night. It s a beautiful home otherwise and cleaned really well. But because of this, I would not stay here again. I know every place in Florida will have bugs/critters but this was not just a couple we saw. If the bug issue is under control I would definitely stay here again!!

We dealt with bed bugs, in not one but two of their rental homes. The first home was the one we originally planned to vacation in, and the second was the one we were moved to after bed bugs were found the first night in the original.

Yes, we were finally moved to a third home without bed bugs, owned by a different company. We appreciated that. It was a beautiful home. Yes, Beach Reunion's property manager did our entire family's laundry we had packed for the week. We were instructed to leave our clothes so that bed bugs were not transferred, regardless of instruction we appreciated that she and only one other person from what I understand, washed, dried, and folded all of those clothes. I'm also sure there were reasons why we were told our clothes would be returned the same day they were taken and were in actuality, returned not until the very next evening. We lost a few days of vacation time due to lack of clothing because of bed bugs, which was upsetting.

However, I would like to address the continual blame being placed on us as well as the lack of responsibility being taken by the owner himself, which is a majority of the reason these reviews are being left. We are being told that it must have been us, in fact, who brought the bed bugs (to 3 separate bedrooms) because the previous renters reported no such issue. And we must have transferred them to the second home as well. Well, none of our belongings were taken into that home being that we had zero clothing. And we took precautionary measures of checking for bed bugs upon entry, which were found at a pretty decent size (speaking within their growth cycle) in the first floor bunk room. Along with bed bugs, empty chip bags were found under the mattresses, also not ours as we had just walked in the home and simply lifted up a bed mattress.

It is NOT the fact that bedbugs were found in two luxury vacation rentals owned by the same company that I am leaving this review. It is how the owner literally is taking zero responsibility for bugs being present, it is the lack of any sort of apology that they were there in the first place, and just the complete unprofessionalism and contemptible behavior exhibited. That is all.

*In response to the owner yes, your company was given the all clear. AFTER you took care of the issue right? AFTER bed bugs were found in the exact room in the second home mentioned above. The report is public. Anyone who doubts the reviews left by our family is able to look up the inspection report for themselves.

Lune Lac - From the moment I saw the photos on-line @ at Beach Reunion I knew I had found the right location for my destination wedding. The on-line information was spot on and easy to use. I could choose my dates and set it up on the first try. Carrie Monroe with the concierge service was fabulous and went above and beyond to give advice, work with my planner and met our every need. Nothing however could compare to the moment we stepped foot inside this gorgeous spotless home. We all squealed with delight... after all the preparations for the wedding can be very stressful and this was the cherry on the cake. A pristine white sugar-sand private beach, room for my 12 guests and still elegant privacy in the Master 3rd floor suite to truly feel like that pampered bride. Girls check out that spa bath on the 3rd floor. Even with the looming Florida hurricane to the south everyone was on top of the news and made us all feel safe and welcome. Our guests have already stated we need to make this an annual event. Don't miss out on this gem and the incredible services offered by everyone @ Beach Reunion. Great vacation! Just returned from an awesome weeks stay at Peace of Paradise. The beach was literally right outside the back door and minutes from great restaurants! The most wonderful part of the trip was the concierge, Carrie. She absolutely did everything to make our stay as perfect as possible. She gave us detailed restaurant ideas and reviews and was just a pleasure in every aspect! I would highly recommend Beach Reunion to find the best vacation home for you and your family!

We stayed at Destin Frangista Pearl property and it was amazing! The property is on the beach and has beautiful views from the bedroom balconies! It has 5 bedrooms one of which has lots of bunk beds perfect for a family vacation and not to mention the property was super close to all the stores and the Outlets. I also recommend Pompano Joe's which is within walking distance, food was delicious and the drinks were great! Will totally be booking this property again soon!

Everything was amazing. Enough room, furniture, blankets, etc...

The only issues were that the AC vents seemed like they needed to be cleaned, and with the COVID scare, it was kind of off putting.

We figured out there was a pool alarm, but didn t see anywhere how it worked. Along these lines, it seems like it should have been cleaned more often throughout the week.

The management company was great to work with and the house was very clean and in a great location.

We loved our stay the home was beautiful and very comfortable for a large family. And just a short walk to the private beach. Staff was amazing. Met the owners of the home, very nice people and were so sweet they brought us snacks. We had a wonderful time

We stayed at the Aegean property 8/3/14-8/10/14. We had a very large family reunion with over 30 people and this property was absolutely perfect. The house is very well laid out with excellent common areas (LR, Dining, pool, kitchen, etc.). The bedrooms were large with amazing bathrooms. The bunk room and the gameroom were an instant hit with the kids. The second and third floors had their own washer and dryer which was very convenient.

This is a very upscale property with two of every appliance in the kitchen, high end fixtures, extensive trimwork, upscale flooring and furniture to name a few things. The pool area is fantastic with a built-in grill, a flatscreen, a large table, two mini fridges, and plenty of seating. Entertainment was easy with large LCD TVs everywhere, strong wi-fi, air hockey, video games, and more. Jim explained the details and the planning that went into the house. Needless to say, there was a lot of thought put into making this dream vacation home. Despite the upscale surroundings, however, the overall feel of the property was warm and inviting.

Carrie, our concierge, was perfect. She gave us a very thorough walkthrough on arrival day and catered to our every need throughout the week. She gave us restaurant recommendations and offered to take care of beach rentals. We didn't need any additional beach chairs/umbrellas since a few were included with the house rental. By the way, the beach was very convenient and was spectacular.

This is an amazing property managed by a top notch company. Don't hesitate.

We stayed at Calypso and the house and pool were awesome and very close to the beach. Loved the area! Dealing with Beach Reunion was a breeze, all interactions were professional. We definitely had some concerns due to COVID 19, but I am so glad we decided to keep our trip as scheduled. Our flight arrived early and they were very accommodating and let us drop our luggage and then finished cleaning and sanitizing the house early so we could access the house early.

Overall a great experience and I would definitely rent through them again!

My husband & I are also members of the family who discovered bed bugs in not one but two of the rental homes. It was awful & even tho we were placed in a third home with a different company we still had 2 days of our long time planned & expensive trip taken from us due to moving from place to place & our clothing being treated & laundered for 2 days. It was so disappointing for all of us but on top of that we were accused of trashing the homes & they needed deep cleaning. That is so untrue!!!!! I could go on about the experience but it pretty much was covered from others. One thing that I can't quite understand is how the cleaning crew has not discovered bed bugs in TWO homes if they we're doing their job & changing bedding & in the first home we found numerous chip bags & wrappers under the mattress. How was that missed???? No way could they have not seen what we saw!!!

This rental company makes the process so easy. Love working with them!

We checked in to the Calypso home on August 12, 2017, and we were scheduled to stay there through August 19, 2017. However, It all began with some of the children in our group getting biten by some type of insect who were staying/sleeping in the bedrooms that were on the second and third floors.

By 6:30 AM the next morning we were all awaken by the children because they had bites all over their legs and arms. We went up into the bedrooms and looked around. It wasn't until we lifted up one of the mattresses to our horror we found bed bugs that we could tell had lived there for quite some time. We even found a piece of clothing with blood on it stuck between the boxspring and the mattress in one of the beds.

We took pictures of all of this and called the landlord telling the staff of the situation but were told the owner was vacationing in Ireland & would not be back until the end of August. They offered to find us another house to move to but this was difficult because it was our Family Reunion and there were 28 people sleeping in this rented home for the week.

The office representative told us to bag up our clothes and they would have them laundered for us so that we didn't bring the bedbugs back to our residential homes when we returned home.

Can you imagine 28 people putting all their packed clothes they had brought with them in plastic bags & handing them over to someone to have them laundered? Scary thought, right? Yes it was. The lady promised they'd have all our clothes back to us within two hours. Didn't happen! Not even within 24 hours! They didn't get our clothes back to us until 48+ hours later. And that was after numerous phone calls to the office staff by several of our family members. Unfortunately, they lost several pieces of our clothing & brand new pieces of clothing came back with stains they didn't have when they left.

After we had put all our clothes in the plastic bags to be laundered we went to look at the second house they said the 28 of us could move into. A couple of the grownups went in to look at it.

It was a beautiful home across Highway 98. We could even see the ocean from this home. But guess what?! We lifted up one of the mattresses in one of the bedrooms on the second floor and there they were....more bedbugs!

So now they were telling us that they are out of houses and that we could stay in hotel rooms and they would reimburse us. Well after they didn't keep their word on the two hour return of the clothes, we were afraid that we wouldn't be reimbursed for the hotel rooms and we'd already spent $10,000 to rent the first house for the week, which to date they are still refusing to refund any of the money.

Now we're into the third day of our Family Reunion. They did find another house with a different landlord who didn't have bedbugs.

The rest of our stay was wonderful but now we are home & the Landlord is back he is refusing to give us any of the $10000.00 back. Obviously, he will hear from our attorney.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS With this company!!!

I was extremely disappointed by the recent trip to Destin and what happened. I arrived at about 3 am on a Sunday morning and was told that we had bed bugs as soon as I walked in - went into 3 of the rooms and saw bugs in 2 of the rooms. I More

We really enjoyed staying at casa dePalmas. There were a few things that can be address:
The shower coming up to the house was coming apart a lot and spraying everyone.
The tv in master bedroom did not work as well as the TV in one if the apartments. The flamingo bedroom door does not lock and it s on the outside of the door. Also a few more pots and pans could be available to guests.

We loved our stay in this stunning home! We had 20 in our group and everyone had plenty of room. Our family ranged from 10 years old to 69 and there was something for everyone. We enjoyed the outdoor area and pool so much and the beach service for 8 was used every day by everyone. We also enjoyed the included bikes and golf cart. The kitchen was fully stocked and was perfect for our large group to cook together. The pool table was also a big hit! We hope to be back soon! This was a perfect home for us!

The people at Beach Reunion were great to work with! Prompt and very helpful thru the whole process.

The pool is the by the best part of this property. Great for small children all the way to adults. Loved it!!

The house, to be honest, is nothing special. Not bad by any means, just nothing that makes you go wow. Much of the furniture is outdated and even stained and dirty. We felt somewhat misled about the bedrooms. The upstairs bedroom is not really a bedroom. More of a room with a bed with no privacy. The side room with all the bunk beds, which is where most of the kids slept, has not exit except through what is being called a bedroom. The couple that stayed in that room had ZERO privacy and was very disappointing.

Beach access was great. Close walk. Major problem with the beach service though. In our agreement it says we would get the beach chairs and umbrella. However, 3 of the 6 days we were there we did not have beach chairs set out for us. The final day the man running the service was VERY rude to us saying he had set them out every day but each of the 3 days we spoke with one of their workers who looked with us and they weren't out.

Overall, wasn't bad just wasn't great for what we paid. Will use Beach Reunion again no doubt, but will look for a different property.

Big house. Nice large great room. Big back yard. Really close to the beach. Life Is A Beach! Beach Reunion was super easy to deal with too!

Beach Reunion was ver responsive to all of my inquiries and concerns! The rental location was fantastic and very clean. Great access to the beach (2 min walk) restaurants and shops! The kids loved the private pool and the space of the rental accommodating all of our guests! This is our first time renting with Beach Reunion and certainly will not be our last!

Excellent accommodations! We stayed at the modern Sleek Retreat. The staff was a pleasure to deal with, and provided the little extras that made for a great stay. Will definitely book with Beach Reunion again!

Peace of Paradise was the perfect beach getaway! The views of the beautiful beach and ocean from all three levels of balconies will be remembered! Great open layout with plenty of space for everyone to gather.

It's always a pleasure to rent a unit with Beach Reunion, the customer service is excellent and all the employees are so pleasant. The home we rented, "At Last" was well equipped with a fully stocked kitchen including espresso machine. Very clean house with plenty of linens and towels. The gas grill was very handy with a nice sitting area while grilling. Beach chairs were provided for the beach along with some water toys for children. Very nice pool with plenty of comfortable lounge chairs directly across the street from our unit. We always felt safe in our beautiful well kept gated community. The stairs and no water view would be my only negative comment. We highly recommend this lovely community and Carrie Monroe as our consierge and Laura in customer service who certainly go the extra mile to please their clients.

Beach Reunion Rentals was extremely friendly and helpful any time I needed anything! Our family stayed at the Destin Diamond, and we loved it. It had everything we needed and accommodated our large family easily. It was also just a short walk to the beach! We will be renting from Beach Reunion Rentals again next year!

It was a pretty good house we stayed at. It looked way better on the inside than the outside. We had a lot of fun being on the beach.

This luxurious, beautiful, well decorated, spacious vacation home was ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS. They left no rock unturned..The only thing you need to bring is your food, clothes, and liquor . All of your needs were covered to accommodate large or extra large groups. From the kitchen appliances, utensils, cookware, towels, new washer and dryer on each floor, lawn chairs EVERYTHING. This home actually sleeps what it states in the descriptions. Everyone will have a comfortable bed to sleep. The beach is LESS THAN 10min WALK from this home... All your
needs will be met I promise. This rental home is DEFINITELY WORTH EVERY DOLLAR... Thank you for this wonderful experience. If you decide to book this home, you WILL NOT be disappointed. Look forward to returning really soon.

We were part of a family reunion, all staying in the Buena Vista. There was plenty of room for people and for supplies. The kitchen had a large and a small refrigerator, plenty of cabinet space, two sinks, and was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, etc. Beach Reunion Vacation Rentals was swift to respond to one or two requests for minor additions. The kitchen and dining areas are attached to the central living/gathering area where most people spent the time when not at the beach. There is a convenient public access to the beach right across the road. The Buena Vista unit also has a pool that is regularly cleaned and serviced. There are several large trash receptacles outside that held more rubbish than we created. Two mechanical maintenance issues were handled promptly, before most of the group even showed up. So far as the rooms, everyone seemed happy, especially that each couple/family had their own bathroom. Overall, not only did this unit meet the needs of a large group of varying ages, we were extremely pleased with the accommodations and the management.

This place is beautiful and the property management team was wonderful!!! I can't wait to go back.

We had a great stay. We had a total of 22 adults and 3 children. Enough room for everyone. the pool is a good size, the only complaint was the pool was a little dirty but I reached out and they had someone clean it. The beach is only a few steps away from the house that was a big plus. I really have no complaints for this house. Everything was as described. Thank you for our stay.

This house (Sol Mate) was a great location in terms of proximity to the beach. We could be on the patio by the pool and easily see our kids on the beach. The house itself had plenty of room for our group of 18. It was a little rundown in some areas (cabinets, bathrooms etc) but it was fully stocked in the kitchen which was nice. Plenty of seating in the common area and in the kitchen. I think for the price paid it was a good value.

The Beach Home was Beautiful! All of my guests enjoyed the House.

My family and I just stayed in the Frangista Jewel. It was perfect for us! We loved that there was a coffee shop practically next door and a Dairy Queen!! The home itself fit our needs very well. The bunk room worked great for the kids and it was nice that they had their own bathroom. The living room was large enough for all of us to gather during meal times and we spread out through this room and the dining room. It was also nice to sit out on the balcony and watch the sunsets. The beach was just across the street. Took maybe 30 seconds to walk over. The staff at Beach Reunion were absolutely wonderful! They helped us to choose the perfect house for our stay and answered all of our questions in a very pleasant manner. I think we spoke with just about every agent there and never had a bad experience. Once we arrived, there were a few minor issues (smoke detector was chirping) and there was maintenance out within an hour of our call! Overall we were very impressed and will definitely be renting from Beach Reunion again. We have stayed with different management companies in the area, and they were by far the most accommodating and personable. Thank you for a great vacation!

We rented Venetian Palace for a wedding and the bridal party stayed all weekend. We had enough room for 8 couples and then some, with so much space no one felt crowded. And we had the best time!! The wedding reception was so much fun and everyone complimented us on what a cool idea it was to just have a party like that in such a big, beautiful house. I couldn't have done it without Laura, who secured our rental and patiently answered my questions for the 10 months before, or Carrie, the concierge, who was so sweet and met with us a few months before and helped us even on the day of the wedding. She went above and beyond and I can't imagine this experience without her. Beach Reunion is the BEST and helped make our weekend and wedding perfect!!

Stayed at Beach Reunion Aegean home in May 2014. Extended family of 18 people. GREAT HOUSE!! We booked it for 2015 before we left. Pool deck is huge, outdoor kitchen with extra fridges and ice maker. Inside kitchen equipped nicely with two fridges, two dishwashers, two ovens, etc. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very large, and there's lots of bunk spaces for the kids. This house has one bedroom on the main level, which is a requirement for us, with a 90 year old who cant do the stairs to the bedrooms. There's also a bathroom with outside access to the pool area. Cant beat the location, off scenic gulf blvd, in a low density area, and just a short drive to multiple grocery stores, shopping and dining. Easy 2 block walk to gate to beach. Beach Reunion folks are awesome, great customer service, eager to please and help out in any way. They'll be seeing us for years to come!

We had a very nice stay at 77 Sunset. The staff was super helpful when we had any questions and the house was beautiful. I would definitely recommend this house to other guests with big groups and I would definitely come back for another visit!

First time renting with Beach Reunion and we absolutely loved our experience. We will be renting again from them in the future.

This was a Plan B vacation for my family reunion we do each year. We typically rent 3 or 4 condos on the beach for the 20 of us. Because of Covid, we chose to rent a large house, super walkable to the beach and a pool. This fit all out needs! There was enough space so that if we needed space, we had it. The home was beautiful! It also had anything and everything in the kitchen we needed to cook our own meals, which we did each day! Any time we had questions, the local rental company was quick to respond and very accommodating. Beach was only a couple minute walk. Also, the pool was very private, which apparently is unique to the area. Many private home pools were on the street for all to see. Every bedroom was spacious! And had space to put up clothes for the week. Washer and dryers on both floors that needed! Sitting space enough for all of us! Large open floor plan in the main living area! Like this place was PERFECT for what we needed and exceeded our expectations in every way! We are already looking at dates for next year to book the same place! Our Plan B Vacation has now shifted to Plan A! And much because the beautiful home that accommodated our large group of 20!

They were extremely accommodating. The home was perfect and the location was great.

We had a few minor issues and they were addressed promptly. Justin made sure we had functioning ice makers and taped down the carpet to prevent any accidents. Had a wonderful stay and can't wait to hopefully return next summer!

This is a GREAT house for 2 families to share - tons of bedrooms, bathrooms and two washer/dryers make life really easy. It's a 2 minute walk to the beach, and the pool is lovely. there are 2 master bedrooms as well. We had 8 people and could easily have accommodated 12-14!

We had a wonderful vacation thanks to the great people at Beach Reunion. All the people we dealt with at the rental company were extremely friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had.

The property was fantastic too. Well maintained and
had everything we needed to have a great vacation. We hope to return to the beach really soon and experience another Beach Reunion property!

Do not boook here.. Rude Serivce, Penny Bedford was extremely rude. I'm sure Jim the owner may be different, but my transaction was not with him.

I booked a 28 BR rental property 6 months out and needed to cancel/reschedule. I booked online and received a confirmation. The confirmation has a 69 damage fee (non-refundable), but if you call them they charge you an admin fee. Booking online you save on the admin fee.

When needing to cancel - There is not an online option. So I called, and guess what.. They will charge you for the phone call cancelation that was never on my receipt nor was I charged to begin with. Not good business practice or customer friendly. There are plenty of homes in Destin/Miramar area. We go every year and great service to choose from.

House was very nice. Bathroom in every bedroom was great with large party. Love the two dishwashers and two washer/dryers. The pool is about 5" deep... around 14x18. There is parking on the side of the house, which is great since there is no parking allowed on the street. A broom, a decent vacuum cleaner, and extra blankets would be nice adds.

This was our 11th year in a row from renting from Beach Reunion. Jim and his staff has always been great to work with. The properties we have rented are always very clean and kept up very nice. I would tell any one you can trust them.

Beach Reunion as a beach rental company was impressive. Prior to arriving, they would respond within minutes at all hours of the day. Once we arrived, I continued to be impressed by their response time to issues and questions. My only issue was the condition of the home itself. It was very clean, but showing major signs of wear and tear. We noticed the house is currently for sale so maybe the owners are letting things go intentionally. Cracks in the steps held together by duck tape, cushions on couches ripped and stained, chairs broken, only 14 forks in a house that sleeps 28 people, etc. There also needs to be more couches in the public areas. Again, very impressed with Beach Reunion's service, but the home itself needs to be updated.

3rd time renting from Beach Reunion. Our most recent stay was at 77 Sunset. PERFECT house for a large group. Management always responsive to needs in a timely manor.

What a great week at the beach. The house was beautiful and had.everything we needed for a wonderful week. We needed a propane tank for the grill and it was promptly provided. We will definitely be back next year!

I Love Beach Reunion Vacation Rentals!!! I have rented vacation properties from them since 2012. The staff are always so accommodating if there were any issues with the pool heating since we always come down from Atlanta, Chicago, and over from Mississippi in January. This year we originally reserved the Santorini, but there were some issues with the pool heater. A couple of days before we were scheduled to arrive I received a call updating me that we would have to move to another house. I was holding my breath thinking, I hope it's big enough to fit all of us comfortably. Glad that is was our favorite house the Aegean! Here's a little history... I started off renting the Santorini in 2012 which held 16 ladies comfortably, and the last two times in 2015 and 2017 we have been in the Aegean(our favorite) which held us just as well. The two homes are pretty much across the street from each other(Aegean sits on the corner), a short walk to the beach, are owned by the same owner, and are very spacious ! The outdoor kitchen, heated pool, bedroom sizes, large kitchen(fully stocked), and large bathrooms were just what we needed with that many ladies in one house! Everyone had enough space to stretch out and not feel cramped. The added pool table and open chill areas, balconies, and corner nooks were just what the doctor ordered for some of the ladies! I always get asked where did you find that HOUSE once folks see the pics from our annual Soul Sista Trip! I give out the Beach Reunion website every year! The Ladies on staff have always given great suggestions on restaurants and keep me up to date on new businesses that may have opened since my last visit. Great company and my number one choice in Destin! We'll be back soon!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! My family and I go to Destin every year for vacation. We discovered Beach Reunion about 7 years ago and refuse to stay with anyone else. They always treat us like family and take such great care of us. Last year we had a minor problem with the grill. We called them and they immediately sent a maintenance guy out to look at it. It ended up being an operator error on our part. But they were so quick to come out to fix it. Wonderful company!

We ve stayed at this house 2 times and loved it each time. Our favorite thing is the location. You are literally right at the beach and on a strip where everything you really need is within walking distance. The house was super clean. The patio furniture could use a little make over, but it s really hard to keep outdoor furniture clean with the humidity and rainy weather.

I would never rent through Beach Reunion ever again. Our group booked "Bella Vita" last year and had many issues during our stay. They were somewhat responsive to some of them - sending out a pool guy for pool heat repair and a dryer for the one that wasn't working. I even found a bra (not mine!) between the nightstand and bed. Gross.

However, I broke my ankle after falling on the front steps of this property during my stay. There were non-skid protectors on *most* of the steps (see pics), but not on the last few. Which is where I fell. Almost a year and a half later, and nothing but run around and refusal to pay medical bills.

I can't count the number of phone calls that have gone unreturned. Or the flat out lies I have been told. They refuse to five me the name of their insurance carrier. I have hired an attorney and they also refuse to provide the information she requests.

My advice, stay away from this company! Very shady!

We rented this house for our wedding and it was a really nice time! There was plenty of room for everyone and we never felt crowded. Sleeping arrangements were good, the pool had a ton of room and the backyard had room for tables and chairs during the wedding. My only suggestion is to have someone meet you at the house when you get there to show you everything available and maybe explain the in's and out's of the house. Thanks so much for a good time!

Wintertide was an incredible place. Everyone s jaw dropped and they all loved it as they entered the front door. Wonderful area on the second floor to gather for meals and drinks. The pool area allowed everyone room to enjoy the sun, games and swimming! When we return to Destin we will look to book this location first!

We rented their beach house on Frangista beach during Presidents' day weekend. We were 6 adults and 4 kids. The 4 bedroom, 3 level house is perfect in every sense. We loved our time there. The customer service is great. All my questions were quickly answered on phone. We will definitely go back.

The house was perfect for our family's visit. Beautiful, great location, roomy, and close to the beach. We had a few minor issues that were addressed quickly. Thank you for a great stay.

The home was beautiful with everything you need or want. The kitchen was a cook s dream and well stocked. Short walk to the beach and great view of the gulf and sunset especially from the 3rd floor. Enjoyed to the bikes provided to explore the area. You don t have to worry about being crowded in this home as there is plenty of room for everyone and we enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Would definitely return.

We rented the Calypso for my sons wedding and we were not disappointed!! Everyone was so nice and went out of their way to make everything just wonderful and so special. The concierge, Carrie went above and beyond and even the owner stopped by to say congratulations to my son and his wife!! I will definitely be back!!!

This is the right place to book from for a very fair deal either for a single family or a group of 100+.
Having worked with Beach Reunion in Miramar Beach more than a dozen times over the years, I know that Jim and his team do everything possible to make all my vacation plans go smoothly and easily every time. My extended family and friends have always been pleased. I do love being right on the water but staying in one of the houses off the beach is really great too. It is a very short walk to the beach entrance from any property. For the budget minded vacationers, those houses in Frangista Beach are really great options. The Venetian is the nicest one I have seen, and one of the largest houses available anywhere. The outdoor kitchen, gigantic pool & hot tub along with the high end furnishings are way beyond the typical standard in most vacation rental homes and units. My next favorite is the St. Lucia Penthouse VI at the Silver Shells Resort in Destin. It is by far the nicest condo I have seen in Destin. It has the ULTIMATE views of the Gulf, Destin skyline and the pristine state park plus it offers very quick access to the Destin airport. 77 Sunset is a very roomy house with a fully stocked kitchen , 2 washers, 2 dryers and 2 dishwashers. The pool was nice but... we could only get in it one night. This is where the problems began. It was unseasonably cool and the pool was very cold. We asked for pool heat. We were told that they could do this. We were then told that the heater wasn't working and needed a part. The repairman was supposed to pick up the part and come back to repair it. This was Monday. Tuesday I still had not heard anything so I called the office and was told that she wasn't aware that it hadn't been repaired yet. I was told that I would get updates. I never received any updates unless I sent them a text or called. I was then charged for the pool heat... I called on Wednesday to get a refund and cancel the pool heat. I finally received the
refund on Friday. I really liked the house and thought the staff was great... that is until we had problems with the pool. We only got to use the beautiful pool on Friday because the outside temperature warmed it up enough to make it tolerable. I was very unhappy with the customer service we received.

The rental home was beautiful, well kept, well stocked, and clean. The rental process was easy and they sent all the needed information before our trip. We had no problems and would rent from them again.

Beach Reunion is a great place to rent from. They are more like family to me. I have rented houses 7 years in a row from them. I got married in 2016 and Had over 160 guests. We had to rent 7 houses. They all were in walking distance from each other. The owner Jim even gave us a golf cart for the weekend to transport the older people. This year we are going back in October and have 4 houses for our own "Oscar Party". If you want to get treated like family and want affordable pricing. Go with Beach Reunion.

We loved our week stay at Iorana II in Miramar Beach, FL - my wife and I hosted our four children, their spouses and our eight grandchildren - plenty of room for everybody in this beautiful, massive home.

We especially loved the huge kitchen and family room, the private pool, the 3 minute walk to the beach with groceries and restaurants a short drive away.

The neighborhood where the house sits was quiet and secluded from the beach and crowd activity.

The employees with Beach Reunion, the property manager, were professional, responsive and very customer friendly.

We had a vacation there we'll never forget.

The house was very nice and the decor was very tasteful. The master suite, bath and walk-in closet were top notch. The other bedrooms looked beautiful and were appreciated by our guests.

We definitely enjoyed the quick walk to the beach, the community center with work our facilities and tennis courts. It has a pool too but we mostly used the pool
and hot tub at the house.

The place was very clean and well-equipped.

The downsides were the freezer/fridge and couch. We couldn t open the freezer when we arrived but they sent someone out right away to get it fixed. Unfortunately, the fix k ky lasted a few days. It turns
out the freezer door was sticking and that caused ice build up. We couldn t get the freezer door to close all the way. We couldn t keep things frozen in there. The fridge does not have an ice maker/server on it. We found out the last day there is a water dispenser inside but it was odd it wasn t on the outside. Not a very big fridge for all the people they can have.

The couch was the shocker. My husband told me ahead of time it didn t fit there-more appropriate for a boys college dorm. There are quite a few stains on both couches and when u sit you either slope or sag. We couldn t tell that from the pics. It definitely doesn t fit with the rest of the Decor. It was also limiting in terms of seating.

Everything else was excellent and as described.

Just spent a week in the Blue Whale . The house was perfect for our 3 families. Lots of space and the backyard was a highlight of our trip. There were a few things that needed attention. Logan & the Beach Reunion staff were extremely helpful and very quick to respond. We would highly recommend this rental company and this home for a vacation in Destin.

Great house!! House had everything we needed, loved the pool and the ice machine!! Having the golf cart included with the house kept us from having to rent one. Had to call several times to check on quarantine restrictions since we were traveling from out of stay and we didn t know if we were gonna be able to stay until a couple of days before we were to leave. They were always polite and stayed positive that we would be able to make our reservation. Thank you!!

We have been renting homes in and around the Destin area for 15 years now. Santorini is top of our list after our first stay. Very comfortable for our large extended family. Five stars for having two refrigerators, two dining tables, two dishwashers and two washers/dryers. Also, finally having enough dishes, silverware and beverage glasses for the number in the household was great! Pots and pans and bakeware were also adequate. I m used to always bringing extra from home, but that would not have been necessary this year! The only thing I needed more of would be dish towels and I always automatically bring extras with me. House and pool were clean and everything was working! The pool was heated upon arrival for the grandkids to enjoy from the time they pulled up! We have only used Beach Reunion twice but after this experience, we will definitely use them again. Thanks for the great house!

Where do I begin with this home?!? Our tennis team stayed in Born to Sun for our annual Christmas get together. It is absolutely amazing! We loved how spacious it was and how beautifully decorated it was. When we arrived it was nice and clean. The outdoor area is wonderful. We spent a lot of time in the kitchen outside relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. We also loved the lighting around the pool! Made for such a cool environment! I can't say enough about the rental company Beach Reunion. They were great to work with. We will definitely be back and have already referred them to our family and friends. The house that we rented for our college fraternity reunion was perfect. It had large common areas that we used to gather and watch football, it had spacious bedrooms that easily accommodated 18 men, a big kitchen that was great for entertaining, and a heated pool where we spent the evenings reliving stories from our past. The house is nestled on a quite street that is great for walking in the mornings. We rented a golf cart and used it to go to the store, pharmacy, gift shops, and to frequent local restaurants. We had a 5 star experience in the Destin area!

Our stay at Bella Blue was amazing. The house was exactly as we expected. Location was great. So close to the beach you could hear the waves yet it was close enough to all the convenient of shopping and eating. We had an amazing trip and would stay here again.

Rent from these guys 5-6 times a year and they are hands down the best customer service in the 30A area. Carrie and Jim are always an open line of communication.

My favorite place is the beach front property named Frangista Pearl . the rooms were exactly like the pictures, Very clean and comfortable. We had great time with our kids and extended family and some friends.
There was enough space for everyone. The view direct on the ocean was very serene. Location is great, you go down stairs and you are walking on the sand.
It has been our favorite place, we used same property 2 years in a row. Cannot wait till we book it again for 3rd time.

We had a fabulous stay at Bella Vita! When our trip had to be postponed in March due to Covid-19, the staff at Beach Reunion worked with us to reschedule. They were extremely professional and flexible. Carrie, the concierge, provided us with services, such as a top- notch personal chef, that made our trip not only enjoyable, but safe. She also connected us with an excellent fishing charter and many other amenities that took the guess work out of planning a vacation.

The house itself was beautiful had everything 10 people could need! The bunk room was a huge hit with the teenagers! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals and the roof-top was a great place to view fireworks. The kids had fun fishing off the patio and the pool was perfect! We had problems with the air conditioning and the property management had someone there within an hour to fix it.

I highly recommend Bella Vita and Beach Reunion!

We had a party of 24 guess, the house had plenty of room and sleeping arrangements for everyone. We only had 2 small issues. One was we paid for the heated pool for a week and it wasn't worth the money because it didn't work properly.. it was warm and never actually hot. Sometimes it was cool like in the 60s and the pool was only 72, our trip was in November, Thanksgiving holiay break and would of been nice to have a hot tub and heated pool. The other issue was it didn't have a beach access code to the private beach so we had to use public beach access. Everything else was wonderful the house was beautiful with great views. Kitchen had plenty of dishes, appliances, mixers, everything worked great for cooking a Thanksgiving meal for a large group. Also wed like to thank the management services for being very responsive and accommodating all of us. This was a trip we will all remember and we would definitely come back again.

Place was amazing. Management team was very responsive and understanding during these unprecedented times. 10/10 would recommend.

If this is your first time going to Destin, FL, get ready to come back. If this is your first time at a Beach Reunion Property, get ready to never stay anywhere else!!

First off, the afternoon we arrived at check-in time the sanitizing crew was just leaving and the house smelled fresh, clean and breezy. That made us confident that we were in good hands and would stay healthy. I ve stayed in many VRBO/HomeAway/AirBnB places and Beach Reunion / Calypso is definitely high high on the list of good places to stay at.

Next, we unloaded our food, into THREE FRIDGES!! Two outdoors and one indoors!!! How cool is that! Easy access to beverages for Adults and Kiddos! The house was clean, the pool was sparkling, and the bedroom are beautifully decorated in a cool beach style that makes you want to get to the beach.

Speaking of the beach, its about a 2 minute walk, and we had 4 kids with us. Private beach access is very nice and the included beach chairs and umbrella made going to the beach every day an obvious and easy choice for us. Tip: we like early morning or late afternoon, and avoid the high noon sun.

When it came to eating, this home is close to a bunch of good restaurants, ice cream parlors, and souvenir shops. The outdoor grill served us well and we cooked 8 tomahawk steaks on there. Not a problem. The kitchen is stocked well and in the week we spent here we only ate out a couple of times.

On the first night the a/c on the third floor choked up a bit, and we called Jim, the owner/manager and within an hour it was fixed. Now that is good customer service!!! A++

I would highly recommend Beach Reunion / Calypso it was an awesome home to stay in with our friends! We were 30 and the house accommodated us comfortably, and our hosts were responsive and professional. I Would definitely stay again, and we cant wait to check out the other Beach Reunion properties.
