Shambolic security/entry procedure for contractors working in this building. Lady next to me waiting 40 minutes. Me 40 mins so far. Insufficient staff on door. Treat clients like kings, staff like animals.

Amazing building, with a fancy restaurant on the 14th floor for special guests and clients. Probably one of the best and biggest KPMG offices around the world.
the managers are rude to staff. I have worked there and the abuse from the top is just absolutely disgusting. My father's huge international companies will not support this Firm. there are 3 other in the 'Big Four'. Absolutely avoid. cheaply subcontract the important work to save costs, sacrificing the quality despite charging clients high fees. Can simply have these works done in a small firm. It's got the corporate branding but what you see is what you don't get. As a former employee and my father's companies being former clients, there are much much better place to spend your money. Don't dump your money in the sea.
Front house staff all lovely and very welcoming people not usual at canary wharf buildings as the receptions teams usually are all rude

Unqualified, rudeness, unhappy unknown of everything and very badly English spoken Brazilian man, attending at the reception today is this raining afternoon, who s should t being working there at all. Unfortunately I have a very badly time trying to understanding his very badly English, to be honestly I think this lovely company should choose much better and properly they staff in this well known company, who I know for years, please give a place to English people s firstly because this country it s belonging to them and not to the others countries.
