Can I give it one star? This company never tell you the truth and very rude
Absolute horror. Spent 2 months under contract to buy a house they own, they accepted our fha offer. 5 days before closing they said they refuse to make fha required safety repairs. They also refuse to make conventional loan repairs. Weve paid thousands on inspections and appraisals they now get to keep for free. They refuse to sell the house for $1 less than top market value And it's a total fixer upper. Listing as if it is in perfect condition. Cost us time and money. Takes days or weeks to get a reply. Lied numerous times about condition of property and that repairs were made.
Even THEIR attorney told me I got "screwed" and they proceeded to court anyway. Nothing on their home page about wanting to keep homeowners in their homes is true.
