We had an excellent experience with BBC. My initial contact was with Jarret and we all but had the deal done on the phone before I stepped into the dealership. Austin helped me the day I test-drove the truck and he was awesome to work with as well. I returned the next day to seal the deal and met with Jarret. We got the deal done and it was a smooth process. In and out within an hour. I also had an issue a week later with the vehicle that could not have been prevented by the dealership, outside of driving it daily. They were quick to resolve the issue with no questions asked.
