Location was good, close to the beach. The service was staff were good but front office go strictly by the book, won't accomate even the smallest request of the guest.

Bed linen was not up to mark.
No free wifi.
Food was ok.

One year back we booked total 35 + rooms..At that time service was very good..but this time I don't know about food quality and service.

Hotel is very nice. Location is also good. Beach is also near situated back side of the resort just 15 min walk you will reach there so called private beach . Food is also nice Waiter are also good n helpful. But you will face 1 problem in every rooms there's lots of ants in the rooms surrounding which can sometime seen in the rooms . And never take the room near the water pump you will have to face the noise of the pump 24 hours.

It's a near to beach property not a beach property. Beach is less then 500 mtr. It's decent place ideal for family and couples, not for business travelers as it its on outskirts. Advised to book a vehicle to roam around. There are many popular beaches near by like benaulim, sernabatim, colava etc. Offers good food, advised to book breakfast with room. Property is well maintained along swimming pool.

No located near to beach , but also that far from beach , 5 min walk that's it

Located near sernabatim beach this is a decent resort. The rooms were pretty clean. The pool was pretty small as per my expectations. The beach is not connected to the resort. The beach is clean and serene. Food was a bit spicy. Staff was courteous. Overall it was decent.

Huge place, more apt for large families than young couples. The pool is just too small for swimming enthusiasts like me and drinking water is charged after the first day. The best part is the beach, which is nearby and clean.

Not worth the money. Rooms are not cleaned regularly. Need to ask for housekeeping multiple times until they show up and just clean shabbily and leave. Balconies are not cleaned, linens are not changed. Food is bad with lots of oil and junk in the offering. Everything is chargeable. Even extra water bottle. They keep just 2 small bottles of water. Late check out or early checkin is chargeable too. There s nothing around except for the beach and they do not allow outside food to be taken in.

In terms of service, I would give them 5 stars. But it is far away from the beach. It's far away from the local market. Best for loneliness people and honeymoon couple. Food was awesome. Check which is the best season to visit his before booking. Infrastructure was good. Little expensive.

Resort is good but Room service and food are not good

I suggest u that plz don't come to this resort there r many problems of manythings........ There are the problem of Network, Water and when the people go to the swimming pool the member will say that u have to purchase a new shorts (rs 300) otherwise u can't swim.....The cost of RS 5 lays is Rs 30, Rs 40 kingfisher is of Rs 122..... Outside weather is very hot...... you can stay or any other hotels near bay watch resort and that will be in cheaper price..... And environment will also clean of that hotel..... But I suggest u plz don't go there

Very Good Service, cleanliness, infrastructure. And very beautiful place

Serene location, beautiful settings, and good food but management of restaurant during morning breakfast require attention from management. It appears management is clueless about the quantity assessment and quick recoupment, which is sometimes irritating. However, chef is wonderful in skill and interaction.

A 4 star Property with Private Beach in Senbertian Beach, Near to Colva, South Goa.

Perfect for Honeymoon couple or those who wanted to spend quality time in serenity.

And perfect for corporate events, weddings, group party and group tours.

An awesome property at South Goa that adds a few charm of its own to the serenity.

The beach is a few walks away and is lovely.

The breathtaking way you get greeted by the sea waves is just so much fascinating.

You get the self drive car and two-wheeler facility from the resort itself.

The property is close to Colva beach, where you can do water sports activities under professional guidance.

The belt of beaches include mesmerizing Betul and Cola beach too.

Butterfly beach is 1 hour drive. There are various unexplored beaches in South Goa that make the visit worthy everytime.

Goa will never grow old.

Decent property with an excellent location. Very close to the beach. However, service levels need to improve considerably, especially when handling larger groups.

Service is great, washroom s clean, rooms bath in sunlight everyday and 2 min walk to sernabatium beach which inturn connects to colva and benalium beach, just food can be better...

Bad experience. Rooms are sub standard. Even if you don't eat anything from mini bar in room, they will charge you saying that you had it. Very bad customer service.

Quite a good place for a leisurely purpose..if you are willing to roam around Goa then it's not an ideal place to stay at.
