Baywatch Resort Gao Reviews

Poor management and false promises. I had booked Suite room on MMT and got delux rooms from hotel saying mmt pictures are wrong!! Hotel definitely not 4 star looking at rooms.
Food is ok however restaurant is very small and crowdy/noisy because of big groups from major tour operators.
I would suggest to avoid this hotel if you are looking for calm and romantic gateway to south Goa.
Location is close to colva beach but hotel don't have internal connectivity to beach, you have to come at common road and walk towards beach.

It's a beautiful resort located away from the city. It's peaceful and relaxing place right next to the beach.

Food is not grate and room very small look wise good

Service was gud.. place was extraordinary super n amazing staffs...

No free WiFi @ this resort, yet every hotel and resort I stayed in had free WiFi while traveling the South. Bathroom needs major over haul, bedsheets torn with holes in them.

1. It placed in South Goa.
2. From resort to beach just 200m and beach was so amazing there you see white crab.
3. Resort placed in outer from main area surrounding within 1km you only find beach.
4. From there to other area they have cab with cost and the cost is so high.
5. Food taste in this resort is medium.
6. Swimming pool have only 4ft.

Extremely poor services with lack of provision of some basic amenities like toothpaste.
Also d food quality and variety was v v poor.

Great location, walking distance to clean and beautiful beach where you can enjoy your moments. We stayed there for two days and really enjoyed our stay.
Going by the crowd, looks like this resort is very popular amongst foreigners. Food quality, is good however rooms were not to the level of expectations.
Staff come across with shade of arrogance. They took half an hour to open my room when it s allotted. Looks like that electronic card was not working . For getting my room opened , I had to make three trips from room to reception .
Other than location of the hotel which close the beach ( its may be 700 mtrs) , nothing great to mention.

Resort was OK. First of all wherever u go u expect good hospitality along with leisure for which u r paying. Front office staff plus few of restaurant staff behaviour was very rude and pathetic as if we are staying for free. Resort wasn't value for money as they charge for every small things...only complimentary 2 small bottles was given n few toilteries. In breakfast they don't provide bournvita and on asking for 2 spoons of it for my son, they said it will be chargeable. Breakfast was pathetic and room service also ok ok. After charging 10k for 2 days this type of behaviour is unavoidable. One can get other good place in lesser price with more humble and courteous staff.

Resort is very big and calm. It is 5 mins walk from the main gate that too a easy road to reach beach. But there were certain things which were a bit disappointing. We had 3 meals for 2 days in this place and other than deserts, we didn't like anything. Food can be improved a lot and another factor that was disturbing was a lot of chlorine the water. One dip in the water, my eyes started burning. Would recommend if you are not concerned about food and pool. Beach which was closer to this place was amazing!

Amazing resort..beautifully designed and we'll located with a walking distance to the beach. The service is excellent and all staff are super friendly.

2. The only thing bay like was the seals , belly up lounging the whole day at the pool side and most of the poolside was reserved for them, then came the cacophony of karaoke in the evening ,in came the corporate dinner guests 100s of them , the hotel looked like a mall , they had the chorus going with ' Yes You Can Do it ,. They kept shouting these slogans :- Next year will be better , we can do it . I was left with headache wondering whether all that slogan shouting will really help boost the sales numbers for them, or the hotel in the new year!

Kinda bad experience from this hotel. We had five rooms and only one room Ac was working. Quality is bad and also service is not that great. Even the DJ night is too loud that we can hear it in our closed room . Really A bad experience

We have a wonderful stay. Beach is just 300 meters from the resort. Food is good. 1 star is less because I feel rooms are smaller.

The place was nice. Had a pool and quite near to the beach. Food was not up to the mark. The management was really cooperative. I had a very fun time there

Decent food. Not the greatest rooms but hygienic for sure. Location can be a turn off if you want to explore goa but if you need just a beach day it could be fine. ...

Facilities wise good resort, but resort location is very far from main places of goa

Resort location is good and resort is beautiful but the service is very poor. You'll have two single bed mattress on a double bed(so uncomfortable), two blankets (one for upper body & another for lower), Room service is so poor that after cleaning you can find dust on floors & bed, also they sometimes forget to provide the towel. The food is not that good, in breakfast you'll find only few items & that too tasteless. During our stay we complained about the same, but nothing was done by the management.

Rooms are very old, ceiling fan making noise, bathroom is not cleaned properly.
No welcome drink, nobody at reception to take luggage to room.
Overall one of the worst resort I have stayed ever.

Compact sized resort with all essential in right place. Food is on the expensive side but breakfast spread is awesome... They also have quiet a few activities like folk dance performance s and live music at dinner time on Friday and Saturday. Overall good place. Very near to beach

Very beautiful property, located in undisturbed and beautiful beach. The resort is well maintained. The staff make you feel at home. The food is excellent.

Good place to stay. Ran into a few inconvenience hope the staff sort them out.

Gym is poorly maintained. Most of the equipment is broken or cumbersome to use.
Front desk is average barring few.
SIGHT SEEING TOUR is pathetic. Pls dont opt for that.Poor AC in vehicle and they stop randomly and u miss many good spots esp the beaches.Cruise is not that great.

This resort is very nice.. very friendly and co operative staff, food is excellent, premises was clean and lush green. All necessary precautions were taken related to Covid 19
Just one request to the management, please provide a bucket and mug and small stool in washrooms.

A nice place near Madgao, in Pedde South Goa, near Sernabattim beach. Well maintained rooms,but should comeup withsome solution to mosquitoe problem.

Superb Hotel nd they know how to maintain their words .

First of all it's located at very peaceful location and just 3-4 min walking away from sernabatim beach, food was super tasty, staff is cooperative. Very neat and clean swimming pool ands rooms too.

Good place, quiet, close to the beach, can relax, take long walks, can be a good holiday for many, not a happening place for the young.

Misleading photos in the website. This place sucks! This is the only place I have seen will charges for slippers! How very cheap! The beach is not visible from this place. Unfriendly staff! Only positive is the room size, it a decent size room. Over hyped place.

It's fine. You have to walk a lil bit to go to the beach since it's not attached to the beach

It was a great experience, with a varied choice of activities even for the children, Kudos to the fantastic staff especially Mr. Awadesh and Ms.Chandravati from F&B even Chef Kishore and the chef at the live counter(name not known) ,Ms.Lourdes Alphonso and the entire team from Housekeeping and Mr. Surojeet from Front Desk were all very helpful and approachable.

Worst experience, very bad management will never visit again

Good ambience, excellent for family vacation with kids, has swimming pool for adukts as well as kids. Food n drinks are bit too expensive that is only downer

*Resort is very clean and near to the beach.

Good atmosphere...walking distance to Beach.Disappointed with rooms coz we found big rat in room no 108 and there were ants on the table. We told the hotel staff, they checked and alloted us another room at 11:30PM.
