Absolutely love this place and the property. The Shamana Spa is addictive. So clean and the staff is polite, friendly and helpful. The indoor pool is large enough for a good swim workout. The Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room are a grand experience too. I love how well everything is maintained.
The grand Hyatt goa is located in the centre of Goa at Bambolin beach , making it an ideal choice to enjoy the whole of Goa.
It's only 35 min drive from Goa international airport . The hotel can provide you pick up drop facility on a chargeable basis .

A grand entrance , lobby , huge buildings set up like a colonial site with some amazing views with in this cast property which spans over 28 acres . Grand pools , grand dinning area , lawns , lobby , Central area , everything seems so huge and big .
Rooms are well appointed with a wonderful view of the bay and overlooking pools as well.
Amazing staff ...every where .eager to help you... wonderful food .

Had a lovely stay here for four days. Great property with a private beach. Really beautiful indoor and outdoor pools, but not functional due to covid. Lovely spa. Great casino. Excellent service .
Only complaint would be the limited breakfast buffet spread which got monotonous.
Such a well made hotel blending the heritage with the new. Ample conferencing facilities and plenty for the family too. Well laid out lawns. Good swimming pools. My only concern with Hyatt group has been the food which I didn't get to try this time. This is a lovely hotel for a family vacation...
Grand Hyatt as the name suggests it is Grand and beautiful as well. It is a wonderful place to go for. If a person has to chill inside a hotel with all amenities then this is the hotel. They have everything in fact it had sailing as well, which is a lovely addition to a hotel. We had lots of fun while sailing and special thanks to the Manager and our Sailing instructor Megan. She was very good in sailing as well as in conversation. The swimming pool is huge and it had different categories for different age groups. Now comes the service part which they are little less efficient because there were two three moments when we had to wait or in fact call them twice or thrice. The staffs are courteous and good. I have given them 3 stars and you must be wondering if almost everything is fine then why 3 stars??? I have answers to that. We went to their Casino and it was the worst experience of our life. They are not clear about anything. They don't give you the 100% information before entering. It is all shady and the people are also not up to the mark. You can't leave anyone alone there. The casino part made our experience horrible. Otherwise everything was good. Don't know whether we want to visit the place again. I wrote my experience so that other customers should not fell prey to these problems.

It was monsoons when we visited goa. View from our room was garden facing and beautiful. Restaurant offers beach view which looked stunning in the evening, or may be because of the monsoon it looked such beautiful. I loved walking around on the lawn of this property.
You can even relax near the beach, personally feel its quite therapeutic.
Very nice resort with great view to beach and connectivity to main road. The staff is really pleasant and polite. Nice buffet breakfast and dinner and overall ambience of the place.
We were recommended this property by a friend. Upon reaching there, we were not disappointed. The staff was quite courteous and the service was excellent. The hotel has a private beach and lots of activities. Also there's a beautiful chapel in the premises which adds to the scenery. We visited the Strike casino as well and had a nice time there. It was an awesome experience staying at The Grand Hyatt and we would gladly stay here again.
One of the best places I've stayed at till date. This place was super luxurious and everything that they have advertised for.
The property is beautiful, picturesque and clean. A lot to do within the resort.
The staff were truly the best. We had a couple of requests for them and they went above and beyond to get us that. There was a taxi strike but the staff made sure to arrange for us a ride to the airport.
Definitely recommend and can't wait to go back!
