Best place Holiday occasion, walkable distance to beach.

WiFi is really really slow .Actually we are not happy with service and food .
I requested to stay little longer because my flight time is 7pm and they agreed with that and then on check out day they force us to check out at 11am
And there is no food places nearby and they have only sandwiches and they don't allow outside food .
And I asked for receipt they say they don't have an receipt.
They have bar but they don't have enough choices.
My room was a super deluxe room but room is not that great and really nasty and dirty.

Good food, music, atmosphere, awesome beach, interesting funky little bar

Nice location & good property but service is not good

The worst experience ever. Stinky bathrooms for the lower rooms. The spa girls are annoying and get too personal . I suppose they are trying to built rapport but there's s limit. The mgt staff are terrible.

A very Good resort nearby to a very nice and quite beach. A lot of things happening around a good quality swimming pool.

Beautiful place , situated at the perfect place , the drinks were good too

Rooms are really good, swimming pool was maintained nicely.

I have just checked in the resort and i go to take views first the inner locations are awesome, worth stayable.

It is more like an old age home. You will only see foreigners above 60 years of age. Staff is highly rude and unprofessional. In fact, I never saw any one from their staff smiling, they seem to be angry that we were there. The property is good and they have location advantage. Colva beach is just 100 meter away from the hotel.

The another worst part about the hotel is that the cost of the food items including water bottle is way too expensive. And the taxi stand just outside the hotel is another big disappointment. They charge you like anything.

The worst part is that they don't care what you think about the property and the staff.

Ok ok place.Breakfast was also fine. Wifi chargeable n even dental kit too. The best part is beach is just 5 min away n clean. The place is so inside from madgaon bus station. I asked for travel taxi which they refused n said just go out n ask union taxi office which is just outside the hotel.

Do not stay at this hotel. There are way better options for an extra 10 euros. Rooms without windows, smelling like public restrooms and with cockroaches... DO NOT STAY AT BAYWATCH.

Stayed here for one night. Apart from proximity to beach, nothing else is worth. They claim it to be a 4star resort, but lags far behind in terms of hospitality and customer satisfaction. Absolutely lethargic attitude of staff. Food (buffet for breakfast and dinner)was below average.
Not a place worth visiting twice.

We had a small party kind of thing for like 40-50 people and the arrangement was amazing. Not only that even cost wise it's completely affordable.

A cool romantic resort in goa for couples.
It has two mid size pool, play zone for kids. It is close to Beach.
Food is not so great.
Service is just good enough.

Facilities shown on the internet are not available. The facilities of the resort was the main attraction for me and my husband. They should have mentioned that the facilities are not available due to covid. In house food is good but limited. Staff service is slow. Highly Disappointed

Too many flaws in the room while we checked in, the resort is frequently booked by corporates for conferences, has a good pool, the evening restaurant theme is excellent, they also observe Rajasthani folk dance and music in the evening selectively

Very bad experience. Food not good. Rooms are congested. No cleanliness. Rude behaviour by staff. Even comb is chargeable

Staying over here for 3 days & Day 1 has not even ended. Family wedding of my nephew Neil Lobo & the goan ambience, food, drink & friendly staff were just too awesome to comment on. Great start we have & we are surely planning a 2nd trip here with friend. The European friends also enjoyed our company & enjoyed the bollywood music with us too. Day 3 has ended & we have to leave today. But surely we would be back.

The hotel is not clean. We lived in room 151 during early January. There was dust and rubbish under the bed, dirty air con, dirty couches. Mosquitoes were also very common guests. I have an asthmatic child and we did not enjoy our stay.

I ve bought jewelry in the hotel store. Everything turned to be fake. After making an examination in my home country I discovered that things that were sold turned out to be other stones rather than ruby, emerald and garnet. Be aware of the store and do not purchase anything in there.

Do not recommend the hotel.

We went here for team building activity. We stayed for 2 nights. First 80% were issued 2hrs before the check in time. Next the staffs were very good and co-operative. Third our group felt that the food could have been better but I differ since this hotel was the only place were I didn't use any antacid syrup. I was ok with the food. Fourth the beach is very close to the hotel.

Area's of improvement
1) I feel that the price of drinks are too expensive. It can be bit cheaper considering Goa.
2) can have more choices in the breakfast buffet.
3) bar can be better. With some music to have some party considering that the location is far from partying.
4) swimming pool can be open till late night as we are coming for holiday and need to be free from restrictions.

It's kind of a frod thing. They have mini bar, snacks, brush and small paste and water in the room but its not free everything its chargeable. They won't say it's chargeable but on the check out they will take the cash

For 5rs tooth paste they are charging 35 rs
For 20 rs dairy milk they are charging 70 rs

So u can expect wt will be the charges for the other things.

To relax its a good place, if u want to swim u have a small pool as well. For couples and family suits.

Brilliant place to stay, plus proximity to beach is an added bonus

Good ambience, courteous staff, band playing in the evening, excellent food n service plus top class Rooms.

Food quality is very very poor, food was not had any test like salty, sweet or spicy, it's testless food.

Good pool and good location. Rooms near bar are noisy at night.

Not good service. Small rooms. Costly. Charge for everything. Far away from Panjim.

Mediocre. The food was substandard, room was poorly furnished and service wasn't great either. A beautiful beach is walking distance away, which was the only good thing about this place.

Well appointed rooms, well maintained swimming pool, good food, indoor and outdoor activities, 5 minutes walk to the beach, but niggles like not working a/c and small beds(good for couple only, cramped if you have an infant/kid), compare to other resorts sheets were dirty when we checked in, was changed after constant persistent...Is why I have given only 3 stars

Beautiful resort with corporative staff. The food was good but everyting here is very expensive. Would suggest you all to purchase your eatables and drinks from outside. They will charge heavily for everything.

We came for an offsite, although the property is decent and beach is close, the experience was bad because they didn't keep all rooms ready and then were very rude and non empathetic when trying to adjust people. Even when asked about any services like airport transfers or city transfers, extra keys etc they were kind of rude, curt and non helpful.

Irresponsible staff. They aren t professional about their work and service. No room allotment even after 2months prior booking. Hotel staff was shamelessly explaining us that they don t have enough rooms even after taking booking amount well in advance.

Nice hotel but full of different noisy groups and teams.

Baywatch superb resort ,, I never expected , it have all spa n gym.
