Place is good but service / food absolutely useless.

Excellent rooms and swimming pool to chill and relax during weekends

Amazing place. Had a peaceful stay and good food too though on the price side. Staff was polite and the security guy watching kids near the pool saved my 2 yr old from drowning. Very well maintained space with private beach access.

I liked dining at pool area for dinner only in winters & food is also nice

Property is nice but staff is little less hospitable to local crowd and more towards foreigners.

It's a small boutique resort .with very good ambience .next to sernabatim beach .right on the beach. Quiet n peaceful place to holiday .evening sunsets are beautiful

Location is far from City. Request to be placed each and every time for basic needs (Dental kit, Shaving kit). Complimentary water served is too less.

Poor cleaning, wornout towels, cockroaches in bathroom,food not up to the mark, small swimming pool, small parking....but allthough staff was good..

Quality of food is not good , service of food etc very poor,
All managers are treated like they are attending client on charitable work.
We are very much disappointed.

Pathetic Hospitality... Had been at this place few weeks ago...we were 2 and in the room there was only 1 glass... When asked for an additional glass was told we don't give.... AC wasn't working properly... No one bothered to fix it for hrs....big name but poor service....regret being there...

I came here from Dehradun with my school trip... it was a wonderful experience.. Enjoyed a lot.. The poolside party was just amazing

Nice hotel.. basic but functional. Reception is poor but all the staff are very accommodating and can't do enough for you. The food is good but kept warm by tee lights so you need to eat early for heat hot food.

Resort is very clean with good service. Food is also great. The location is quite favourable because of sernabatim beach right next to it.

Security is too bad he I have ever seen tht too bad behaviour he told me too bad word I m guest of urs plz change security and privacy policy too

Room service was very bad.. had to remind them thrice for a simple welcome drink too.. booked for suite 3 weeks before, but they were giving us a deluxe room.. got the suite after waiting for 45 mins and an argument with the manager.. WIFI chargeable at Rs.100 for 24 hrs.. breakfast was good... dinner buffet is not worth... also the main door lock was not operational at times.. had to struggle and open the door..came for a holiday, but most of the time spent in calling the reception and housekeeping.. colva beach is very good and walkable from the resort... overall would not recommend for a stay here..!!

Good place for outing with family and friends but need to improve room service and focus of testy food .

3rd class service, AC not working in no of rooms.
No matter you have paid for AC rooms, management wont bother to provide you another AC room or make it working

Good location, but cleanliness of hotel is like ok.
and they even charge for WIFI
They don't even have basic medicines if required in emergency.

This Hotel is not Good in terms of room and it's services... Not worth of money at all...

It was an overall nice experience. The resort is right next to Sernabatim Beach. The room service needs lot of overhaul. They need to be trained to handle guests with dignity and also need for a faster service time. The resort was very hygienic and takes adequate measures of safety for these Covid times. Food is mediocre and they can improve on their morning buffet menu including the taste.

Good hotel for a family holiday.
Normal rooms. Everywhere is clean. Linen and towels are changed every day, although somehow the sheet was stained, but changed immediately.
Food and drinks - a good choice (we had everything included).
In the evenings, of course, boring; there is nothing but live music. But for a relaxing family beach holiday is a plus.
Near the city center, lots of excursions, you can always go somewhere. Everything is near!

We had a pleasant stay. Baywatch resort is cosy and romantic. Loved the food especially the fish curry and rice and the chicken legs were to die for. The staff is courteous. Thumbs up from our side.

Location is good for beach goers. But the property maintenance was run down and felt the front office service's to be quiet immature and in disarray.

Location is about 7 minutes walk from the beach...but only open beach ... no exclusive beach..the pool. Ambience are good ... service a bit delayed ... as they have group guests from Europe and other states ...front office staff very helpful.. especially the travel desk

Nice place with large rooms. The staff is helpful. The place has a pool, restaurant,fitness,spa and massage centre. Near to the beach. Definetly a must try.

Very bad service , you get stopped outside the gate and frisked for details and stuff ..great way to welcome guest....you get 1 litre of water for all the occupants in a room/ day and not allowed to get water but forced to buy water. !!!!!! Water is basic necessities....you are not allowed refill water either, what!!! Be sure to ask what you can do and not.. check alcohol and food price for what they serve !!!!!! It's will surprise you. Not bad to pay for good service and good stuff!!

What's good:

Resort expanse is good, spread in fair amount of space !

Three large and small swiming pool but not to deep !

Plenty of place to sit around in evening for a drink , different options such as pool side and a small set up on small sand dune as well !

Beach is approx. 5 min walk and the beach itself which is slightly away from Colava beach, is serene, silent and nice to spend time in water !

Cons :

Found staff irritated a bit in supplies of towels etc may be because they were running full of small kis who had come to play club football in Goa!

Small rooms, difficult for four people, mattress is difficult to be put comfortably !

Rooms are dated, so are toilets and electrical switches , needs renovation !

Best resort if you really want to relax.
Staff is very polite.
Rooms are spacious and very clean.
There is a beach just close to this resort.

Stayed here for a business conference. This place is not worth the money they're charging.

Food is below average
There is no such things as service
No hygiene, AC was leaking water whole night in my room.

Stay here only if you have to, don't ruin your vacation.

excellent Maintenance..i had stay here almost one week in month end of MAY ..Very luxurious Resort ,nearer to Sea good atmosphere ..if u want go Satu in GOA it's best for. tour purpose ..From here u can Cover almost 15 beaches in 3 days
