NICE RESORT .PEACEFUL PLACE.
VERY CO OPERATIVE STAFF.
LOCATION IS ALSO GOOD, CLOSE TO BEACH.
ROOMS ARE CLEAN AND LARGE.
NICE SWIMMING POOL.
FOOD (Veg) WAS VERY GOOD.

AREA OF IMPROVEMENT:-
GYM WAS A BIT DISAPPOINTING, TOO SMALL.

Nice View.. Quiet Place... A little inside from the main road. They charge for water and toiletries which should be changed.

The rooms were good but only some of them. We don't even get the choice to choose our room. The room service is too bad. They charge us with basic things such as water bottles, tea bags, coffee sachets and sugar packets. They even refused to clean up the rooms as "they clean the room only once a day". Some staff is very rude as if they don't even want us in the hotel.

Please don't stay at this resort Doesn't even qualify as a star hotel behaviour of reception are of poor quality but still priced very high.I rate this accommodation 1/10 (very very poor) my only and only one review was for bar staff and most memorable thing is one of receptionist say to my sister "RESORT SE BAHAR NIKAL MAIN TUJHE DEKHA LOONGA" what type of behaviour of this.......Please don't stay to this hotel waste of money and time..........

Beautiful landscaping and next to the sernabatim beach, place not much explored... A place to visit

Excellent location but very bad service .. Hotel staff is more interested to keep Russian tourists happy .. had booked deluxe room and in the middle of the night water started leaking out from AC .. Staff is not trained and looks like they have been hired as part time .. Better options should be explored

Noisy resort. Not advisable for couples. Foreigners (white skinned) are highly welcome here. They would go extra miles to serve foreigners. Indians are not paid any attention unless you are a big group. Avoid seafood here. They serve stale and bad seafood that should have been discarded other wise. They served us a fish which we could not even eat. Best is to stay vegetarians here. Vegetarian food is okay. Not great but above average. Service needs to be improved. We faced issues with bedsheets and towels which was not expected. I saw the reception guys misbehave with an elderly couple. I protested and later they apologized to me. I told them we are not related, please go and apologize to them. I had booked a four days stay here. But I would not book there again.

Plz don't go there because it's very dangerous place and mobile network not available and wifi charge apply 100 rupee for 1 day

It's a wonderful place to relax, rewind and recharge

Very nice resort. Good employees and service. Package saves money. Good for family or couples but not for bachelors. Good food.

Gym trainer was nice we became the friend and we workout together during my stay. Access to colva beach was also amazing with security no one else can get in until unless you are staying in those resorts .I really love to visit again and again and will surely recommend to all my family and friend

We had a room overlooking the pool and lots of greenery around. Makes a nice view frm the window. The bathtub was in the balcony. Real cool. Nice resort to chill out. But room service was poor. The guys at the reception too were not helpful. The buffet breakfast was varied and good.

By the beach side perfect for small vacation in South Goa

Good place near colva ....beach is back side of this resort and walkable distance peoples called this place as silent zone no noisy things gonna happen ....you just enjoy beach...food ...and drink ...one more thing beach shaks available but Dink's are costly as per goan market....so buy you're drinks from wine shops it will cost you cheap....

would have given 5 star if the event info was passed while checking in which we missed. food, ambience and service were 5 star. check-in delayed as its crowded. only issue is no transport apart from the car rentals outside the resort

Calm place, beside seashores! Cool place for relaxation

The hotel left a double impression ... the staff is very responsive and friendly, not a bad territory, but ... the terrible smell in the room from the chemistry of which they poison the bugs, the breakfasts are monotonous from normal fried eggs and oatmeal, the beds are against the split, there is the first channel , semi-live Internet (bought a SIM card for 400 rupees for 100 days was enough) ... Near the beach there is a taxi driver Pityr (with a red crest) friendly, prices do not tear but bargain

All staff and management is good but guests are too noisy and a bit unpleasant behaviour. No consideration for other guests.

Worst ever resort poor service beach is 2km away food below average non cooperative staff manager do not deserve to be called as manager expensive against the offered food rooms etc isolated place that is not easy to approach unless have own vehicle with detailed map to reach

A good place for family and friends trip. But not recommended for corporate events

Best place for holidaying good breakfast, dinner . Very good room ambience and resort atmosphere. Very good staff they handed over my lost mobile near pool . Thankful to staff they did not spoil my family holiday.

They need to improve a lot on service parameters...It doesn't seem that any staff of their has been groomed to be suitable for Hospitality industry.
Worst service experience ever..

Worst experience staying in Baywatch. We didn't get service as per expected. We pay lot to them but the service is zero. Unprofessional staff. Not even wifi is working. They promise other things while booking and gave other things after reaching hotel. Goa is beautiful for a vacation but please don't take stay at Baywatch.

Close to Sernabatim beach. Walking distance approx. 200 mtrs from beach. Rooms are decent. But away from Madgaon town. No shops or market nearby. Decent restaurant with good options.

Not a beach resort, they don't have a private beach, rooms are ok and food quality is average.

The most pathetic place that anyone could ever witness to be at! These people could even ask u to pay extra in case u want to breath; we been asked to pay extras for sugar and small milk powder sachet. Food quality was perfectly fit for wildlife animals. In case you are planning to check in to this property; be prepare to stay at reception for at least 45mins with the most insane staff you ever could fine on this planet. In case you will find something wrong with your room; they will most probably ask you to deal with security head. The concise aftermath is; the best way to describe this nasty place is the most horrible Goa rooms to be at!

The resort is very immersive. The rooms are neat n tidy. The pool water and gaeden is well maintained. The environment is joyable and enthusiastic.
You can enjoy poolside food / drinks which is iceing on cake.
The staff are professional and friendly as well. Sepcially Anjit, Yashpal, Ashmitha and reception staff.
The PAM restaurant food is good. You will get lots of variety in breakfast, lunch and dinner. The ambience is good.
The Flame poolside grill
This is the place where u can really enjoy dinner with your partner its outdoor restaurant , with soft sea sand flooring and natural open shades with beautifull live music. The food is excellent specially grilled one the chef will grill in front of you that will add more joy to your evening.
The cold wind bliss and hot grilled fish with live music which make you feel the difference
The Beach(Sernabatim) is 5 mins away from the resort
Over all Awesome Experience :-D
Must gooooo goa and must experince Baywatch reaort :-D

Qualify of Indian food good.

Room service is pathetic.... They deliver food to your room but never come to clear, despite reminding multiple times.
Similar experience in the restaurant... Service is bad.... Cutlery never replenished... No water served, clearing the table is hardly done unless prompted.... Buffet food is usually cold...
And to top it all, just happened to check that the chocolates in the mini-bar had expired.
Overall, I would never like to come here ever again, or even suggest to anyone else looking for a good stay with family.

For South Goa, it's a good place to stay. Most of the people love the place due to proximity to the beach. Evening you will have a live singing band in coffee area. Pool closes by 7:30pm well maintained pool.
Food is too good however hygiene is a constant but overall it's good to be here once.

Very bad housekeeping & staff have bad attitude as if we are asking rooms for free...

Good Place - hygiene and breakfast, but cheats on mini-bar items, not only highly priced but charges for what is not consumed (gst extra). Lunch/dinner okayish.

Location is good really enjoyable. Food was fantastic.

Nice hotel, but rooms are basic. However the staff are lovely and very helpful. Only downside is all the weddings and conferences. The dining room is a little small and, being buffet service, is more than chaotic at times. There were a couple of minor gripes, but overall a good hotel.
