A nice place for dessert but anyone who cared for halal should be very careful in selecting the menu option

Music is too loud you can't even speak to whoever you are with. Some of the desserts are nice, though last time I got stale waffles. Also... Customer service isn't the nicest.

way overpriced for the offering and considering you have to order and pay t the counter. Obviously most people coming here don't mind paying through the nose for a half cooked crepe

Very tasty - obviously - but also very expensive.
The giant sundaes are easily enough for 2 people to struggle to finish, so if your eyes are bigger than your stomach, tell them to pipe down.
Coffee was pretty average, and extremely hot.

Enormous range of deserts, drinks and icecream. Light meals are also on offer. Extremely quick food service. Has a great atmosphere and always very busy. Not an ideal place for a quiet romantic dinner or dessert as it's very busy and the music is very loud.

Fantastic service, friendly staff, the interior of the place is wonderful to be in. The desserts on offer are delicious and well worth it.

The front house girls were amazing . I went in made my self comfortable , music was on point good vibes , went to order my Dessert . All staff behind the counter were having a Good deep conversation except one bloke, he was working independently , rotating the desserts at the display . They looked at me , and completely ignored me , I waited for a min but felt like forever . Don't want to give a negative review . I own a business myself . The owners must have been working hard to keep it , at this level . The staff could be less Judgemental , and provide , Even better service :) Dessert was on time , keep it up .

Poor customer service despite how nice and expensive is the food. I paid for a bottle of water and I asked the waitress for a plastic cup, to which she simply replied "you have a self service station" (which is in the other side of the restaurant). Also, I asked for a regular coffee and they charged me 9 dollars for the smallest size in the market. Additionally, I could not ask for a simple piece of cake to eat with my coffee because with or without ice cream or a decoration, the cost is the same 15 dollars! I bought at the same time 2 ice creams to share but I received just 1 spoon on each, I asked the waitress for additional spoons to which she attended reluctantly. My advice: if you really do not want or you are not willing to attend people in a proper way, you can save lots of money firing your staff and putting a sign in the door " come and attend yourself".

Love Bay vista always been my go to for my desert fix.

Always busy. But service is always fast. Desserts are so delicious.

I was amazed with the service. Had a great time with a friend of mine there. The staff is so friendly and quick.

Wait time to serve a crepe and a bacon & egg sandwich is an HOUR!!! Unacceptable.

Sit customers that you can only serve! At the very least, inform your customer before hand that your serving time takes forever. Improve your service.

Possibly the worst beverage I've ever had. The amount of sugar made me feel sick & when I asked for it to be replaced or diluted she brought the same drink back. The desserts were no better.
Don't go there unless you need a massive sugar high.
To make the experience worse the music was so loud I couldn't hear the person I was sitting next to.

Came on 19th June and they had free pancakes for everyone. Otherwise location is amazing and place has a good vibe. Can get really crowded but overall its lively.

Lovely place to enjoy the beachside during the day, but it does tend to get a lot busier at night. Staff are friendly and the ice cream selection is great- moderately priced but desserts can be pretty heavy so it s worth it.

Ice cream bowl is great with nice view. I really enjoyed the atmostphere and the dessert. Staffs should be friendlier.

One thing that is good is that is doesn't close till 1am every night.

The serving was massive, maybe the best for you to do is to share with a friend because when I was there, I couldn't really finish my ice cream.

Seriously tho, wouldn't have expected this to be even so much better than it looked, but Bay Vista seriously took my breath away, just one bad thing about this is it's not convenient for me to come here :'( my fault, but on the good side I'll have less sugar. Highly recommend everyone who loves a romantic late night dessert date or a sweet family time to check this out. <3

Last time I was there, one of the waitresses kept flirting with my fiance right in front of me ! she kept ignoring me but doing everything she could to get his attention ! She came over so many times for random reasons just to say something to him! The whole time we were there she kept staring at him which made me feel so uncomfortable! Not going to return if that will continue, this is a business not a night club.

Great selection on deserts. Good place good vibe. Helpful staff when you get their attention - it was busy though. I went with a thickshake and brownie. Did not disappoint. While we did scan our COVID QR code the place felt a bit too packed for my liking. Didn't feel like social distancing was happening. Also the music was way too loud could barely hear anything my partner was trying to tell me accross the table. Overall good experience. Will come back.

Should try those epic ice cream bowls. Good value for money and tastes good! Wait times not too bad either. Avoid it when they are busy.

I love bay vista. I tried the savoury crepe. The chicken, cheese and mushroom. And it was delicious. I highly recommend.

This place has a lot of hype but doesn't fall through. The options are overt decadent and very expensive. The huge menu makes selecting what you want quite hard. Staff were disinterested in helping and would rather stay at their stations as opposed to assist with enquires.

Terrible service to begin with, they forgot my wifes froyo (whole reason why we went out) so I ate my pancakes alone which weren't so good and I had to remind them about the froyo which was average.

Unpleasant, simply ignored even we would like to ask to get a menu. Chinatown Restaurants still know how to serve better

Unmissable!!! Fantastic desserts, large portions, average prices. The menu is rich in any specialty, the crepes are huge, the huge ice cream bowls ... It is difficult to eat more than one course. Recommended for all sweet lovers.

Great place for a late night sweet cravings. Down side is, they don't offer free / tap drinking water. You have to pay for the water, no tap water.

Had sorbet and coffee here. Quick service and friendly. Sorbet delicious. Big menu of desserts. Busy place. Music a tad bit too loud. Great location.

Extensive menu and quality service. The meals are served quick, and have never failed to impress. It's a perfect setting for all occassions, and the beach setting really complements the establishment. If you're looking for quality desserts in a great environment, whether it be dine-in or takeaway, Bay Vista is a solid option.

A bit crowded and cramped in but overall tastes delicious

I love the variety of the desserts they offer. Service was good too. Very fulfilling and for me I need to share the dessert to someone because it's just too much and too sweet for me.

Very rude waiters and poor customer service. I can't believe the staff are still there with no knowledge of customer service. The owners should hire good staff otherwise this place will be closed soon. I don't recommend it to anyone who is in love with desserts. The more time I go there the more disrespectful ,poor and frustration when you spend so much money with no sense of human or customer service. Never me or all my family and friends go there again.

The pancakes are always fresh and the quality is just unmatched.

Great dessert place. Really enjoyed the sweetness of the waffles & the tarnest of the smoothie.

The deserts remain very sweet. Bay Vista is using covid as an excuse to serve free water. Instead, diners are expected to purchase bottled water for $3. Ridiculous. If you think it's not safe to provide something as basic as water, then consider stop serving food and drinks.

Bay Visa, the dessert king opposite to Brighton Le Sands beach. You ll find most of the sweet treats here, coffee, milkshake, waffle, pancake, gelato.. not to mention that they (almost every time) pair a dessert with either chocolate or Nutella. It was an effort to flick through so many pages in their menus. What I love about this place is their ambiance. Bubbly and fun. The cast of waiters and waitresses, damn, do you even lift, bruh. The music, hands down to the DJ

The waffle was a little bit thick tho, its better in Oliver Brown or Max Brenner. Milk shake, uhh, way too sweet. But again I d come back just to chill because of all the above.

I give the icecream bowl nicks coluseum or whatever it's called a 5/5 stars, the best ice cream ever! However, the deconstructed waffle and banana was underwhelming and the fondue for 2 wasnt too bad. Overall though, I like this place if you're sitting in a booth. It can get so noisy and sometimes you have to wait in line but that's Brighton I guess.

Service is quite bad and the prices are astronomically high. Food is delicious though

Great desert? Yes...But here's the "icing on the desert" the best coffee you will get anywhere. Thumbs up to Genesis...barista !!!!!

Got the Tiramisu adult Sundae, tasted yuck . Had stale brownies in it and the ice cream was vanilla instead of tiramisu. On the other hand the "I miss you tiramisu" is amazing . But the sundae was the worst ever .

Not a bad experience especially with the icecream. Quite delicious and creamy but the services need to be improved. Maybe there was a big crowd but there is no need to give people dirty look when they are browsing through the menu.

You have to try this place to believe it. My boyfriend introduced me to it, and I love coming here on a saturday afternoon for indulgent desert and coffee.

20 Min waiting for the food when is busy, their excuse is busy kitchen all the time, looks like they need more staff. There are places with better service, I rated one star as everytime I go is like that.

They do make great desserts. Just have to watch your waste line.

The new menu looks fresh. I really enjoy their cafe durry, which is the affogato. Try to sip into the coffee using the waffle stick. You ll be amazed

Great variety, and good for a splurge. The food is a bit overrated. It's not really the best ice-cream or waffles or brownies, but the when it's all on the same plate with nuts and fudge, it's still pretty damn good.

Really bad customer service skills by the staff member at the door and another at the counter when we wanted to order. The menus were so dirty especial during COVID. My partner and I ended up walking out and didn't end up ordering. It makes sense why they had only 2 customers in there when all the other shops had full houses.
