Loved the vibe, the portions against the price and obviously the taste!!
Definitely a great place to hangout!

Staff are extremely rude and don't care about customers at all despite being really nice to them. Don't even bother with this place, spend your money at another dessert bar who deserve it.

Never again YUK!! got a normal butter scotch pan cakes from them. Got them delivered by uber was absolutely yuk

Everytime I go there which are months apart, staff don't have good customer service. Ice cream is well presented and it's clean but customer service is just bad.

Bay vista is a desert hub and the place quite lively with the music usually open til late. Strawbanana is a must try from Bay vista. Its quite a big serving and easily serves two. Chocolate sauce is poured quite generously making it absolutely yum.

The ice cream wasn't to bad, but over priced for the quality. Isn't a nice place to be to enjoy your dessert. The Music was so loud it blew our head. They didn't have tap water. Overpriced. $27 Bucks for the Ice cream with a lots of chantilly on top.

Nice atmosphere and food. Music was a little louder than I personally prefer but others seemed comfortable.

Definitely not as good as it used to be however it is still a nice place to hang out.

Terrible food for the price you're paying. $20 for an extremely average cake, you gotta be kidding! No idea why it's popular.

There are much better patisseries with decent taste and cheaper price.

Food was alright. Service from 2 ladies upstairs could have been improved. They look miserable and have the biggest attitude. Would not recommend this place.

Crepes were ok. Decent sized portions. Would have been really good if I had not had tried the crepes at Four Frogs in the city first. Big intriguing menu, will be back to try more. Place is clean, new, and poppin'

Overpriced but it's a good place to chill with friends

Unpleasant experience...

Wanted to have a sweet and chocolatey experience.Unfortunately, the supervisor incharge had other ideas for our ( me with my two friends) plans..

The supervisor just didn't let us have our food for no solid reason, instead he had clear and obvious lies for every statement he made...

However, finally he did let us have the first floor and have our desserts...Yet, it was not sweet experience....

NOTE : the waitress here was understanding our concerns and did try to talk through supervisor, so not everyone is bitter

PS : Not a Guy to express unpleasant experience, but this was not good..

Been here many times. Desserts always deliver. Can get very crowded though with long lines but has become an iconic Brighton le sands destination.

Great place to just hang out and have a desert. Plenty of options to choose from. Icrecreams in a cup were realy nice pancakes were okay. Pricing overall was average.

Very expensive and too big, better off to share the sugar then feel sick after it.
If they make the music lower it will be better and I can seat longer otherwise you can't hear anything than loud music.

Always filled with big crowds and serves amazing desserts, Bay Vista is the ideal dessert bar and cafe to show your inner child by eating so much delicious treats! My family s favorite is the 5th Avenue, New York Ice Cream Bowl filled with peanut butter, chocolate, boysenberry ice cream and much more! The cafe is very comforting and the staff are friendly and helpful! Totally recommend this when looking for a great place to pig out!

Deserts and food is amazing. Portion size is huge. 4 stars only because the music there is so loud that it is difficult to have a conversation. It s a great place. Pro tip. Really think about how hungry you are. You can easily share a desert between 2-3 people.
