I unfortunately have the position in actively work in a high role at the corporate office. This is a very toxic work environment for not only the employees at the office but for the managers and drivers in the field. The only objective for the higher CEO, COO and VP s are making money and cost savings. There is 0 to little attention on the amount of work the managers and drivers do for the company on a day to day basis to keep this company running. The new investors of this company is a joke. But for the most part, the majority of the stock holders won t leave just so they can cash in their stock the next time the company sells. I hate it for the next investment company as there will be a lot of managers and office personnel that will be leaving the day the company sells. I would not recommend one single person to work for this company in any role. My 4 years experience has been hell and I ve seen the hell all the others have been through. Trust me, there are plenty of other jobs out there and employers that can and will treat you much better. Save yourself the time at any level of this future crashing company.

DRIVERS BEWARE.... the starting pay is low compared to other trucking companies as I deal with them directly from a day to day basis. There is no OT and just straight time. They make you cross train at other locations so they do not have to pay the OT. Another way for the company to save a dollar and screw a driver. Don t take my word, just ask your manager or other drivers. Hillbillies and rednecks that run the office along with being racist all the way down to local managers

I have been at the murfreesboro site 4 months now. I am in the process of leaving the company. The pay is decent for the area but no over time just straight. Also it is 12 hour shifts. Current management is nice but they just don't have the help they need to please the customer. Very high turnover due to drivers being overwhelmed and over worked. If lazerspot cares about keeping this site I hope they start making an effort on the corporate side of things. You have good and bad here just like anywhere. Good job if you want to be home everyday.

You guys must not work in Murfreesboro. They can't keep drivers. If you look at them the wrong they will fire you. 2 safety meeting are required daily, unpaid. I was fired while off the clock and some out of state safety guy said I was going too fast in my personal vehicle. Never had a verbal, written, or any other kind of warning. I was there 5 months and never had a problem. But when they let someone fire you that has no idea what goes on at a particular location it shows they really do not care about their drivers.

Poor management, missing mud flaps, bent mud flap bars, air leaks, check engine lights, confrontational customers, 15 different bosses , etc. on the positive I was home daily. My stress level has gone down 200% since I was let go . There s far better companies out there!

The people I met are nice and caring but cannot say the same for the equipment. I'd say if this company would put as much effort in its equipment as its employees I would have stayed. I have used spotting equipment before and coming to Lazerspot made me realize that my cdl is more important than having a mark or being smeared. I was told "if the spotting trucks where I worked were inspected they would be put out of service." I've been in safety and telling me something like this made my reasons not to stay.

Worked in Westfield, Massachusetts, was just fired because I was better then the lead driver and he was jealous... he made it his goal to get me fired..... the manager (debbie) is racist, and already has her crew, anyone else is borrowing time. Miguel Cruz the lead driver would make up things to get me fired and succeed after 4 months....awful......corporate never answer your phone call and they really just dont care...cant express concerns to anyone

I was a leader for lazer Spot. They told my crew of 36 that they had a sopt for all. All lies. Most of us got lucky and found a great job with pt. Performance team. Thank God. If you were a smart driver you would steer clear of this company.

Great company to work for as they really care about their employees especially during this global pandemic. Lazer Spot has shown me that they are always willing to go the extra mile to keep their employees safe and comfortable.

I have been working with this company for 11 years and it has been a blast. As long as you do the job safely and professionally it's one of the easiest jobs you could get. If your a trucker and want to be home every day then this is where you need to be.

AWFUL AWFUL!!!!! They treat employees with NO respect. Corporate is a not anywhere anyone should work. the field is disgusting. Whether you are a driver or a corporate employee, RUN! Do not waste your time. They do not value their hard working employees, they will cheat you, lie to you, give out personal info. No one cares about anyone other than themselves. Recruiting department is an absolute joke...

Horrible place to work they don t care about their employees. Trucks are garbage the ac will go out when it s 118 degrees they tell you to wear a cool towel and even when the ac does work they harp on idle time no matter how hot it is. Easy job but has low pay poor benifeits long hours no breaks. I wouldn t recommend this company to my worst enemy

Working here in Illinois. I come to work and the manager is high or on something. The manager never is around and treats his favorites better and so obvious. they refuse to pay us overtime and continues to work us 60-70 per week. I would not recommend this job unless your right out of school and need practice.

This company is garbage they do not have state of the art equipment there trucks brake down every day takes weeks to fix so they give you a truck that is garbage managers show favouritism you will work your ass off not to even get noticed you will train a new.person and they promote that person before you they don't treat there employes equaly if you looking just to have money then sure but don't expect much from this company they will meet every demand from the customer not worried about the drivers

The yard drivers at Kimberly Clark in McDonough are supposed to move trailers for drivers if they can't get to their trailer. When you try to flag them down they roll right past you like they dont see you.

Absolutely horrible company to work for. Raises are a joke if they don't find a way to disqualify you from receiving it. They hide behind a b.s. labor law that classifies you as a farm worker so they don't have to pay overtime. Have been sued more than once for it. The sight managers tell you one way to do things then when the regional manager shows up the sight managers tell them that the employees are not doing things the way they are told. The ones who get new customers lie to the clients to get the business and fall short on the delivery of services. In short unless you can't get a job anywhere else then apply to get the experience and get out as quickly as possible.

Keep a close eye on your paycheck! My husband works for lazerspot. They cut his pay WITHOUT notifying him. We realized it a few weeks later looking at pay stubs. They have yet to fix it going on 3 months now. Filed a formal complaint with Dept of Labor.

Best Company I've ever worked for. Been with them for 10+ years now, Ive had some ups and downs but overall, I would recommend them to anyone.Every site is different, you have different managers with different personalities. There's advancement for anyone as long as you put in the work. Like I tell everyone, don't look at where you are now, look at where you can be down the road....

Pathetic management.. gets rid of the best employees to get cheaper ones. It's all a money game for these trash individuals. Should I mention they terminated me during this pandemic without a real cause.

If you need a fast pay check, it'll work. I was told by the Shelbyville, Il site manager that they had "permission" to run overweight loads with a signal axle truck on the city's streets. When I called the local sheriff and then refused to do so I was sent home. After getting a call from his boss I was told things would change. They rented another double axle truck while ours was in the shop when it got back marker lights where still out on it, no turn signals, and no low air warning buzzer. All items that I had put in my inspections before it ever went to the shop. A week goes by before I ever see Art "the site manager" again. When I bring up the issues he tries to tell me that one marker light out is not illegal. We argue about it back and forth when he finally just flat out tells me if I don't want to drive his trucks to park it and go home. SO. I say again if you need a quick pay check it'll do, BUT you'd better get out of there as fast as you can before the piss poor management and faulty equipment gets you tickets and then your stuck.

Lazy employees just sit and chat as truck drivers pull trailers from doors at the Home Depot Rapid Deployment Center in Topeka, KS. Almost everytime income in here this happens. I attacked a picture.

You do not want to work for this place 1st off they only pay you 15.50 an hour when local work in Evansville Indiana is 17.00 an hour and that's low grade here 2nd off they will NOT pay you over time at all and make you work 12 hours a day. You have to work to hard to get enough money to live for a week like you have to get wire trailer doors back with wire you have to use a red strap to open trailer doors and you have to kick chock and you have to use Jack stands you have to use glad hand locks and you have to sweep out trailer and have to pick up paperwork from guard and give to warehouse then give back to guard when you take trailer back out of the dock. Want you to do all this for 15.50 an hour. So you are better off staying on the road matter fact I'm going back over the road myself I can make better money and do less work. Let them run there self out of business.

I worked for this Company in Columbus Ohio, they had a few Site Problems and yard dog issues but once that was worked out, I really enjoyed working for them. Anthony was an awesome boss and easy to get along with as long as you did your job. The District Manager Daniel was also a very cool boss, as long as you did you Job correctly and by the rules.. They do have a few rules but these will keep you safe, so just follow the rules and do the job and you'll enjoy Lazer Spot in the Columbus Oh area

These people can barely flip a light switch let alone spot trailers. Trailers are left to high and the jockeys slam trailers to the ground and drag them forward making it impossible to crank landing gears up. Jockey s think they own the lots your truck and trailer. Loser spot is more like it

Proud to be part of an organization that acknowledges the importance of bringing employees close to home and essentially contribute to local communities by safely moving one trailer at a time.

I have been an employee with Lazer Spot for over 8 years. I started as a driver and have been able to advance into management. I can honestly say that I have truely enjoyed being with this company. By always doing my best, by challenging myself to do better, by going above and beyond what is expected of me, my work ethic has opened many doors for me at Lazer Spot. I look forward to the years ahead and the challenges that await me. Thnx Lazer Spot for the many opportunities that you have given me and your trust in me. #lazerlife

I have been with Lazer Spot for 10 years on June 1st. I have held many different positions, ranging from driver to management and many in between. I love this company and have chosen to build my career around it. I am currently at the site in Jefferson City, MO. The manager of this site is always fair and consistent. I enjoy working under his leadership. The corporate office and everyone there is always helpful and willing to help with anything l have ever needed. The company is all one big family/team with one goal. I have made many lifetime friends working here and plan to be here for a long time.

My husband has worked for Lazer spot for quite a while now. They are telling him to work 7 days a week, approximately 60 hours, at straight pay. How ridiculous is that. They do not care about the drivers, they are only interested in themselves. They gave him a raise two weeks ago, $0.36, it has yet to show up on his paycheck. Worst company ever
