Employees are very rude to people that are renting from owners

The rooms were great except half of us got a rash from the sheets or pool or something. Also one of the security was totally took his job and himself way to seriously. Other then thoes few things it was a great view and short walk to where we needed to go.

Great Hotel. The parking deck is a bit bothersome. There's only one working elevator. Inside the hotel there's indoor pools and spas.

We love spending our vacations here, clean, nice and very friendly.

Please avoid this place. First, ocean view is not a guarantee. It may be partially or mostly obstructed. Oceanfront is just that. We booked last minute for an evening. The room we walked into smelled of cigarettes and was extremely dirty. The dishwasher was still full of dishes. I was given an upgrade to ocean front. The room was clean at least, but old and run down. There is a washer dryer in the suite, but no soap to wash anything onsite. The staff is extremely rude. Beware the pool is inside, but if there is any hint of lightning in the area, they shut it down. This was extremely disappointing. That was the one thing we promised our kids when we stopped after being on the road for hours. The corridor was also dirty and disgusting. Parking is a nightmare as it's across the street in a dark poorly lit garage. Overall please avoid this place

The pictures were not really how they looked on booking...I wasn t really satisfied the front lobby was really clean but as soon as I went out of the lobby I was really disappointed the rooms were somewhat dirty the hotel smells like straight weed we wanted a room with the view but didn t get it
