SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT! For a first time car buyer the guys at Bay Mazda made me feel very comfortable. They explained every detail to me very carefully about every detail of my fee and made sure that I was happy with my vehicle. I applied for a brand new Mazda CX-5 on Saturday and was able to pick it up Tuesday night. Amazing service from Aiden and Sean. Couldn't have asked for more for a first time experience! Thanks guys!

I purchased a new, standard Mazda 3 on June 7, 2016. I just completed my first service appointment. On both occasions I have found the staff (sales, service, etc.) at Bay Mazda in Belleville to be extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I also love, love, love my vehicle. Best service ever! Our car broke down on our way to Bon Echo for our camping trip. Got our car to Bay at closing time. They diagnosed the problem, found parts and had 2 mechanics stay overtime. Not only did they help us, they got us road ready within 2hrs. Record time! Saved our camping trip and made our little girls and dog welcome into their shop while we wait. Thank you so much for all that you did!!

My experience at Mazda was incredible. Everyone there was so friendly and knowledgeable. I felt that I could trust each of them and knew I was making a good decision purchasing the car. Steve was my sales associate and Sean helped me with my financing. I truly couldn t have asked for a better experience and am grateful I was lucky enough to have associates that I could trust. I am searching for a new car, and Mazda was highly recommended to me. A friend took me to your Dealership in Belleville, where I was very fortunate to meet Toby Fitzpatrick. I am a woman who knows very little about cars. Toby was warm, very knowledgeable, and extremely kind. He made an effort to get to know me, and to learn my priorities in a car. He then showed me the models that he felt would fit my needs. When I settled on a beautiful Mazda CX-30, I was very grateful that at no time did I feel pressured to buy. I was thrilled with both the the package that he put together for me, and the total cost. Reluctantly I have decided to wait before making a decision. When I phoned Toby to tell him this, he was again very kind and understanding. I live in Toronto, but if I decide to buy a Mazda, I will make a point of coming back to Belleville, and I hope that Toby will be available to help me.

All of the staff there from sales, service, and parts have been exceptional to deal with.

I have a special case recently and the GM Jim McPeake went above and beyond to help me out.

I've now had the CX5 GT Tech for 5 months and cannot say enough great things about this vehicle.

The stand out quality is by far the fuel economy. On average I am getting between 650 -700 km per tank!! I've have never owned such and efficient car.

It handles beautifully and the tech options make it stand above others. Love the auto dimming and the braking. This thing drives itself.

Last, but certainly not least the sales and service team have been wonderful. They are friendly and helpful and have made my buying and servicing experiences to date effortless.

I planned to get a Mazda 3 and I went to this dealership. This was my first car ever and I was not sure what are the things needed to get a new vehicle. When I first took test drive with Matt White he explained me everything in detail and I liked the vehicle right away. Then he took me to Sean Belfry, the finance manager @bay. He went over with the price and everything and made me feel comfortable until I understood all of it. Besides he tried getting my financing approved at couple different places as I had some difficulties. But at the end he got that approved and arranged to get the vehicle in the colour I liked the most. He also tried to make me save money wherever he can and went out an extra bit to give some more discounts. Finally at the day of delivery Matt, even though he was almost done for his shift stayed extra to explain everything. Over all I would say it was the best experience to date from the time I came to Canada. Friendly staff, good vehicle, great service makes Bay Mazda best dealership for me.

i was looking to buy my first suv and started my search at bay mazda. i test drove a 2015 cx5. over the next several days i went to a number of dealerships and drove their suv's. i found i was comparing them all to the mazda cx5 and none of them came close. then just before christmas i read an article and saw pics of the 2016 cx5. i knew then and there i had to get the 2016 model year. that is when Aiden in sales there made my christmas! i mentioned the 2016 model to him and he said to give him a few minutes and he would get back to me. well in a few minutes Aiden did get back to me telling me he had found the exact model i wanted and in the colour i wanted as well. i have had my cx5 for two days now and could not be happier. Aiden made this purchase the most relaxed and professional one i have had. great staff, amazing vehicles that handle so well; why look anywhere else. highly recommended. bob

I HAVE NEVER FELT SO INSULTED AT A DEALERSHIP IN MY LIFE!
I CAME INTO THIS DEALERSHIP LOOKING FOR A SIMPLE SERVICE ON MY VEHICLE. THE SO CALLED BUSINESS MANAGER SEAN BELFRY WAS TOO BUSY PLAYING GAMES ON HIS PHONE TO EVEN RECOGNIZE THAT HE HAD A CUSTOMER STANDING IN FRONT OF HIM.
ONCE HE REALIZED THAT SOMEONE WAS STANDING THERE HE QUICKLY SHOVED THE PHONE IN HIS POCKET.
HE THEN SPOKE TO ME LIKE I WAS A CHILD, AND PERSONALLY ATTACKED ME.
I AM NOT SURE HOW SOMEONE OF THIS CALIBER HAS SUCH A POSITION, IF I WAS THE OWNER THIS PERSON WOULD BE TERMINATED IN A MOMENTS NOTICE.

In April, 2016, I brought my Mazda 2 into the dealership as I had noticed oil on the garage floor. The oil oil pan was removed and resealed. I was told to bring the car back at the beginning of June as Mike, the Service Manager wanted to ensure that the seal was working. At the end of May, I again noticed oil leaking from the car. I called Mike and he said to bring the car in to be checked. Mike asked to keep the car for a few days and he gave me a car to use. My car was repaired and again Mike asked that I drop by so the pan could be checked which I did.The problem was repaired at no cost to me....an amazing service department. Having this kind of a service department will definitely influence my choice a car for my next purchase. Many thanks to Mike and his service department for the professional service that was provided.

My wife Glenda recently had the pleasure of purchasing a new car from Bay Mazda. Our whole experience dealing with the sales staff at Bay Mazda was very enjoyable and positive. We felt we were treated fairly and with the utmost degree of respect. We did not feel pressured and the staff went above and beyond to answer questions and provide us with all the information we required to make a good purchase decision. We were very impressed with our sales experience, and will be returning to utilize the after sales service. Purchasing a car there wasn't the best experience. They made a mistake on the paperwork and didn't want to have to fix it, so they wanted us to pay for the accessory we added in cash, rather then the financing. They weren't very accommodating and it really soured us on the place. That was a few years ago however.

Since then, we have sold that car and upgraded to another Mazda at a different dealership, but still come to Bay Mazda for service. Their service department is awesome. They are on top of recalls, and are friendly and accommodating. Would recommend their service department every day of the week and twice on Sunday

Edit: Since placing this review, the management contacted me, concerned about the previous experience I had purchasing a car from this location. It was nice to see that they seemed genuinely concerned about the negative experience. A+ customer service

I bought my Mazda 3 in 2012. I had tried different Mazda dealerships to service my car and had received such bad service that I could not wait to get rid of my car. I have dealt with the service manager Mike at Bay Mazda and because of him, I have fallen in love with my car again and decided to keep it. I called and inquired about getting Sirius satellite installed in my car, Mike had the parts and installation completed within 2 days of inquiring about it. The service team there is always a pleasure to deal with and they take the time to listen to concerns that I may have and seem to go above and beyond. Its extremely rare to find such great service and I have recommended Bay Mazda over any other Mazda dealerships to friends and family. I cant wait to deal with Bay Mazda when I decide to upgrade to a SUV.

We just picked up our new Mazda CX-5 from Bay Mazda and we love it. Working with Sean was fun and easy. He was very informative and helpful, and created a pressure free experience that made you feel at home. These are the kind of guys you want to buy a car from. After test driving many makes and models, and doing a lot of research we kept leaning towards the Mazda CX-5. After dealing with Sean and the other guys from Bay Mazda, it was a no brainer. We highly recommend Bay Mazda. We had a great time buying an awesome car!

I have been a customer at Bay Mazda for 12 years and its sad that this review has to be written.

Beware of doing business here for the following reasons:
- A sales consultant felt the need to speak intolerance about individuals while I was getting my car serviced.
- This same sales consultant stole private confidential information about me and the private communication sent to Mazda about his actions, and gave it to a 3rd party insurance company they volunteer for whom has caused one issue after another.
- Even after this employee does these things and more the manager still refuses to let him go.

So unless you're interested in doing business where your personal information can be stolen and given to corporations with the intent to cause you harm I would stay away.

Had a very good experience at Boyer Bay Mazda this weekend driving from Kingston with my sister to help her buy a used 2014 Mazda CX-5. My neighbours we're also very pleased when I recommend they drive from Kingston to Belleville to purchase their new 2018 Nissan Murano from Boyer Belleville Nissan. Your dealerships are friendly and professional. In Kingston two car dealerships wanted to collect our data on their iPad before even considering showing us a vehicle and another was too busy to approach us after several minutes inside the dealership. We walked out! In Belleville,Bay Mazda bent over backwards even utilizing the service manager to make sure customers were greeted when all the salespersons we're engaged on a Saturday afternoon long after the service area was closed. They also put in an extreme effort to try and find a good trade-in price for her VW which had seen better days. Boyer should buy a few dealerships in Kingston and teach them what customer service looks like. You re doing something right at the very top of the Boyer group. Two good separate dealership experiences cannot be a coincidence! The management leadership at The Boyer Group is doing something extremely correct.

Cars are technically sound no complaint about that but rust is always an issue, no matter whenever you buy, they will say they provide warranty for lifetime or 7 years but trust me its going to come for sure, stay away from crooks in simple, a very great company so called is failed to fix the issue and DON'T buy it, if you want to stay away from THE RUST trouble. Rust will come link pimples on the car.

After much researching for a new car, we opted for the 2016 Mazda3 Sport GT. We had a few choices of dealerships. We chose Bay Mazda, and I'm glad we did.
From our first contact in sales rep Matt White, to the rest of the staff we had the pleasure of meeting, I knew we were going to deal with Bay Mazda.
The negotiations for pricing were friendly and in a timely fashion, no stress there.We found Matt to be a very knowledgeable guy about the car we were looking at. He is a car guy himself and we found it refreshing to have someone who could answer all the questions without hesitation.Matt also called us after the first week to make sure all was well with the car.
We have not been in yet for our first service, but I'm actually looking forward to going back and saying hello.That's how well we were treated.

I recently bought a used Mazda and took it to Bay Mazda for an oil change and to just check the car over. The inspection was only $5 extra and they lubricated the door hinges at no extra charge. Gave me some useful tips at no extra charge too.

I wouldn't consider going elsewhere for future oil changes.

Even though they were close to closing, the service centre staff were so kind and helpful, and they did everything they could to find a solution to my problem. To top it all of, they did all this for a VERY reasonable price. I could not be more happy with the customer service I received, and I would 100% recommend them to anyone who owns a Mazda. These guys are crooked. Just bring your car in here for an oil change. I guarantee they will be sniffing around your engine compartment and find something that needs fixing. I brought my Mazda in for an oil change. Shortly after they started on it, they found transmission issues and carburator issues. 450$ later, when i was quoted 65$ for the oil change.... Why exactly were they looking at my transmission and carburator when i only went in for an oil change ? I would avoid this place if i were you.

Cruising down the highway, driving the city and exploring back roads; here are what those first 1000 km were made of! Hours of driving with the smile!

The very first impression that came through my mind when I took the road with the new 6 is how composed the vehicle was; total control of the road added to a calm feeling through the steering wheels. Just like if the car was whispering: No problem, I got this! This car provides pure happiness while driving it; it s maybe not the most powerful in its class but the phenomenal handling is bringing the enjoyment and excitement to another level. Flying through the back roads with the transmission switch on Sport Mode brings instant sensation and really quick response from the engine, once again, totally Zoomtastic!!!

In conclusion, the new 2016 Mazda 6 GT is offering quite a package: An exclusive sharp look, a very high end, very well designed comfy interior and some crisp sensation on the road!! All this including the perks of the Skyactiv technology, what more can you ask?
