In April, 2016, I brought my Mazda 2 into the dealership as I had noticed oil on the garage floor. The oil oil pan was removed and resealed. I was told to bring the car back at the beginning of June as Mike, the Service Manager wanted to ensure that the seal was working. At the end of May, I again noticed oil leaking from the car. I called Mike and he said to bring the car in to be checked. Mike asked to keep the car for a few days and he gave me a car to use. My car was repaired and again Mike asked that I drop by so the pan could be checked which I did.The problem was repaired at no cost to me....an amazing service department. Having this kind of a service department will definitely influence my choice a car for my next purchase. Many thanks to Mike and his service department for the professional service that was provided.
